"Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable, which allowed us to rest well. The breakfast was good and offered a nice variety of dishes, although it was a little too spicy for our European taste. The only thing we did not like was that guests were allowed to smoke in the corridors and even in the lift. We believe this should not be permitted, as the smell of cigarette smoke spreads throughout the building and makes the environment less comfortable for non-smokers. Despite this, we enjoyed our stay and appreciate the hotel’s hospitality."

"The hotel located near to the tourist spot. The hotel offers a very good free transfer around the city area. When walked out of the hotel building, the driver came out and asked where I was going and then gave e a left. The staff members are very helpful with any kind queries. The only problem is the the room does not have good sound proof. People stayed next to my room talked loudly till 2.30am of which disturbed my sleep very badly."

The front desk service was professional, and Vivian, who assisted us, was gentle and thoughtful. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and our requests for extra items were promptly handled. Upon entering our room, we found it meticulously clean and spotless, with neat bedding and refreshing ventilation. The breakfast was a delightful surprise, offering a wide array of options including hot porridge, pastries, fresh stir-fries, milk, and fruits. The Linxia beef noodles were freshly made and delicious! The quality far exceeded other hotels in the same price range. Our overall stay was perfect, and we'll definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Linxia. Highly recommended!"

"The TV cabinet door in the room cannot be changed when it is closed. The shower sprays everywhere and there is no way to take a shower. There is nothing to eat when I go for breakfast. I can only say that there is nothing good to see except the excellent location. This is the worst experience. It is not worth recommending."
