"This hotel's location is absolutely unbeatable, right inside the Shuangqiao Valley scenic area, directly across from Wuse Mountain. The massive floor-to-ceiling windows in the room offer incredible views – I even managed to capture a time-lapse of the starry sky at night. The room itself is spacious and well-equipped. Despite sub-zero temperatures outside, the underfloor heating kept the room perfectly warm, with no hint of cold. There's also a bathtub for a relaxing hot soak, and the shower is fantastic. Even the toilet in the bathroom is smart! From a facilities perspective, this hotel is truly flawless. What's more, the service is incredibly thoughtful, and everyone is so welcoming. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit."

"I originally booked a queen room, but the owner upgraded us to a twin room so we could see the street view, which was really nice of them! As someone with social anxiety, it was a huge relief. The owner felt like a friendly and genuine local. There's no elevator, but the owner helped us with our luggage, they were truly amazing. Even though it's a guesthouse, it felt more like a hotel in terms of standards; it was very clean and much better than I expected. Most importantly, the room was toasty warm, it had that sunny scent, and felt very safe. There's a restaurant downstairs, and breakfast is free. I especially recommend their yak meat hotpot, it's incredibly fresh and the soup is genuinely delicious. My friend and I couldn't even finish it all, the portions are very generous. Eating that in winter was so warming, it was a truly great experience. I was really touched by how kind the owner was 😭"

"This hotel came highly recommended by our friends. As soon as we arrived, Manager Xiao Zou enthusiastically greeted us downstairs and even helped us carry our luggage to our room – much appreciated! They also have newly purchased ******* clothing that guests can wear for free, which is a nice touch. The ground floor parking lot is very convenient and has charging stations. Most importantly, there's an elevator, which significantly eased the dread of climbing stairs in a high-altitude area. I highly recommend their hot pot; the portions are huge and it's absolutely delicious. The little dog, Zai Zai, is also very friendly and cute, and you can even stargaze from the rooftop. The views are fantastic!"

"This place completely exceeded our expectations. The room was incredibly clean and beautifully designed, with a very cozy atmosphere that made us feel relaxed the moment we stepped in. The bed was extremely comfortable we slept so well every night. The view was absolutely stunning. Waking up to such breathtaking scenery every morning was truly unforgettable and made the stay even more special. The service was outstanding. The staff were super friendly, warm, and genuinely caring. They took excellent care of us and were always happy to help. They kindly recommended many delicious local restaurants and shared great tips on beautiful places to visit around Rilong, which made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. The location is also very convenient,staff always bring us to wherever we want to go . Overall, this was an amazing stay, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place in Rilong Town. Highly recommended we would definitely stay here again!"

"Choosing this guesthouse for our trip was definitely the right call. The town was wonderfully quiet at night, ensuring a great night's sleep. I was particularly impressed with the bathroom facilities, which were on par with those of luxury hotels. A special shout-out goes to the guesthouse restaurant. Despite its high-up location, which meant we had to take a few breaks walking up for meals, the owner's cooking was simply divine! It was hands down the most delicious meal we had on this entire trip, and we would absolutely choose to stay here again."

"The room was clean and tidy, with both air conditioning and underfloor heating. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There's an oxygen concentrator available, which was a lifesaver. On the first night, I had severe altitude sickness after showering and couldn't sleep. They brought me a nasal cannula in the middle of the night, which made a big difference, and by the second night, I was fine. It's a 5-minute drive to Shuangqiao Valley and only 100 meters to Changping Valley. There's also a charming Tibetan-style coffee shop called ”Into Tibet Snow Mountain” in the Changping Valley Tourist Center square – definitely worth checking out!"

We arrived quite late, but the staff patiently waited for us. Upon arrival, they meticulously informed us about altitude sickness precautions, which immediately melted away our travel fatigue. 🏔 View: Mount Siguniang right outside the window, breathtakingly beautiful. The moment we drew back the curtains, my whole family gasped in awe – the main peak of Mount Siguniang seemed almost within reach through the floor-to-ceiling window! 🌄 Waking up to golden-lit peaks from bed in the morning. 🌌 No need to go out at night; the Milky Way and snow-capped mountains are perfectly framed outside your window. 📸 Every corner is a scenic spot, even dining in the restaurant offers mountain views. We took countless 'life-defining photos.' ✨ More delightful details: · The underfloor heating in the room was excellent, so we weren't cold at all during the高原 nights. · The toiletries were from a well-known brand, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly. · A rich and varied afternoon tea. · The chicken soup rice noodles for breakfast were delicious. If Mount Siguniang is a gift from heaven, then this B&B is the human warmth that makes that gift shine. This wasn't just a simple stay; it was a journey of healing, both from nature and from people. I've already recommended it to all my friends and absolutely plan to stay here for three more days next summer!"

"I visited Mount Siguniang by myself during the winter solstice. The hotel facilities are very new. I was experiencing some altitude sickness and originally planned to head back to Chengdu if my body couldn't handle it. However, after staying one night at Vienna Hotel, I slept incredibly well. Being able to rest and use the oxygen provided at the hotel gave me the energy to complete my hiking plans in Changping Valley. Having oxygen is truly crucial in high-altitude areas (extremely important!). The hotel also upgraded me to a snow-view room for free (though there was only snow on the mountain peaks that day). The front desk staff were also excellent and accommodating. If I ever return to Mount Siguniang, I'll definitely stay at Vienna Hotel again."
