"My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The front desk staff were incredibly patient when I called ahead, and check-in upon arrival was super quick. The room had amazing natural light, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a great view of the street. The bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, the mattress had just the right firmness, and I slept soundly all night long. The bathroom featured a sensible wet/dry separation, the hot water was consistently stable and at a perfect temperature, and the toiletries had a lovely, subtle botanical fragrance. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options; the freshly cooked noodles and fresh fruit were especially delicious. The location was also very convenient, with plenty of local eateries and snack shops nearby. Even at check-out, they proactively asked about my experience and even offered a complimentary bottle of water – such thoughtful attention to detail! I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit!"

"The location is a little far from the train station, but the hotel shuttle bus was easy to find and easy to book! All of the staff were extremely helpful and courteous. I had not problems booking a massage, going to the beach, or finding me room. Check in and check out was simple and fast. One of the staff/managers spoke English and gave her WeChat to us. She helped with everything from booking items, getting the shuttle, and checking in. I really appreciate GIL’s help! I would recommend the hotel and I would stay there again!"

Facilities: There is a gym, restaurant and laundry room. The breakfast in the restaurant is good. Even if the number of guests is small, they can arrange enough things to satisfy them. The laundry room is especially good. The washing machine and dryer are very powerful, fast and good, especially good. The parking lot is large and convenient.
Service: Both the front desk and the cleaning lady are very good, polite and capable of solving problems. I especially want to praise my housekeeper Xiao Ou. During the check-in process, I felt that the first room was not good, so I called the front desk. The front desk clerk came to deal with the matter in five minutes. The housekeeper Xiao Ou had gone off work, and I don’t know how she found out about it. The housekeeper contacted me immediately before the manager left, saying that she had arranged for me to solve the problem. "The hotel is located directly opposite the bus station. Given the price, I didn't expect much, especially since traveling with a child means prioritizing a safe and clean hotel. However, after seeing so many positive reviews, I decided to take a chance and book a room. Upon arrival, I was still a bit hesitant, so I asked to see the room before fully committing to the stay. To my surprise, the room was almost indistinguishable from those at much more expensive chain hotels! Despite my initial skepticism, the young lady at the front desk was incredibly friendly and patiently assisted me. After check-in, they even provided a complimentary toiletry kit, including disposable bath towels and toilet seat covers. For this price and such excellent service, the value for money is absolutely outstanding! I was so impressed that I immediately booked another stay for July right after checking out. I'm genuinely very satisfied! It's also conveniently located near some delicious local 'Lao Ba Tea' spots, and parking is a breeze."

"Considering that I was going to visit the rocket base and Qiziwan the next day, I rented the Lanqiao Xiaoyuan under the Qingshui Bridge. Parking here is very convenient, not the peak season, and most of the cars at the door are estimated to be staff.
Environment: The environment of Xiaoyuan is very good, and under the bridge, you can see the Qingshui Bridge in the room, and the sea breeze is good. It is estimated that on the rocket launch day, it will be very popular here.

The room was spacious and spotless, with comfortable beds and pillows! Bathroom and its amenities top quality. Our son particularly enjoyed his breakfast, with great choice of delicious food. Big plus: the view! A green, lush forest of coconut trees - a dream! Highly recommended and hopefully we will have a chance to go back soon.

There is no formaldehyde smell at all. The environment is super awesome and the service is great. I praise the front desk staff. The beautiful sister was very enthusiastic and told us about fun and delicious places nearby. The overall environment of the hotel is really great. I always liked Lavande when I was on business trips (the main hotel is a place where you can listen to music), so I decided to stay here when I saw Wenchang. I am so impressed that I will continue to stay here next time I come to Hainan. Because it is very convenient and affordable, it is very cost-effective. I have to say that the hotel's breakfast is also very nice, with many varieties and the chef's skills are good👏. Worth recommending👍👍👍

GGuest UserWe drove west from Sanya. I am too old to do my homework and just let it go. I have stayed at Jinshi before, but I don't like the hustle and bustle there. This time I chose Wyndham. Parking is super convenient. The beautiful housekeeper Vicky Xiaoyun upgraded the room, gave welcome fruits and desserts, and recommended attractions and food. She was very considerate. The room was very comfortable. You can see the sea when you open the window, the swimming pool when you look down, and there is a bathtub on the balcony. There are books in the room. I am a person who must bring kindle when I go out, which makes me feel very friendly. I drank half a catty of white wine and came back to read the history of world arts and crafts for two hours. I really admire myself! There is a collection of travel essays by Wenchang in the drawer of the bedside table. The photos are beautiful and the text is not bad. I saw the price of 69. From the moment our car pulled up to the entrance, we felt their attentiveness, and they were just as enthusiastic when we checked out, helping us load our luggage. This level of service is something you rarely see, even at major chain hotels. The rooms are very spacious; the twin beds are a comfortable 1.35 meters wide, which I particularly like. While the facilities might be a bit dated, and some aspects of cleanliness could use improvement, I didn't get a chance to use the pool due to time constraints, but it looked quite decent from a distance. Downstairs, there's a bustling hawker center that seemed popular with locals, making it very convenient.

Front desk not really helpful. Just want you to go as it was the whole time ”OK, OK...” and ”I'll take you to your room”...
But no help with luggage, nor an answer if the kitchen would have something for me to eat... I sent my list of allergies (gluten, dairy, egg, honey and soy) to the hotel's wechat the evening so that they could give it to the kitchen...
First room:
The fridge was not cold.

The manager came and was friendly and helpful. He helped me with my luggage to another room 8505, which was larger.
Here the fridge was also not really making cold and switched off when going out. They couldn't give an extra card for electricity.
In the morning the manager showed me the different food at the buffet that I could eat, but I never received the pork etc, he promised the previous evening, for breakfast nor answered my message when I asked if I should wait for it...
For breakfast I could eat the fruit and in a steam basket a piece of corn-on-the-cob, sweet potato, yam and taro. They also had corn flakes.
Interesting they had 3 milk options: cow milk, soy milk and coconut milk...
The second evening I spent an hour on Wechat with reception to find out if the kitchen could prepare something for me with my allergies - I did give it the previous evening.... Then I went for a walk on the beach... When I came back, they hadn't prepared the fish! The manager gave me a coconut with a straw to drink the juice...
So I only wasted my time to find out if they could prepare something - I did give them my list in Chinese of what I cannot eat...😰 Luckily I always have some food with me...
The fish tanks are outside the dining room so you can choose your fish fresh.... As in most places in China 😊

AAnonymous UserI stayed at Xi Nian Hua Hotel when I traveled around the island. The hotel is in a great location. The surrounding environment is good. It is not far from anywhere. It is also convenient for eating and parking. The front desk service is enthusiastic and the room is clean and tidy. However, it would be better if the bathroom could be separated into dry and wet areas. It is still a trustworthy hotel.
