"I came to Wenchang for surfing this time, and this Hilton in Wenchang is probably the best hotel around. The hotel lobby has a breezeway design, offering sea views and a cool atmosphere. The overall resort vibe is great, with activities planned every day. The only minor issue was that if you returned late, you'd have to park on the roadside near the hotel entrance, which meant a bit of a walk. Also, the staff were all very polite. When we were leaving, the concierge staff at the entrance saw us opening the trunk in the parking lot to load our luggage and proactively came to help us with our bags. This kind of attention to detail was really heartwarming. This stay allowed us to truly experience the Wenchang Hilton Hotel – the environment, facilities, and service are all 5-star. I hope to have the chance to come back again."

"This stay was good. It's in an older part of Wenchang a bit isolated from more touristy areas. The pool and gym were really nice. Lots of amenities for children and the staff were all patient and helpful. We ordered a lot of take out because the food at the hotel wasn't that great and it was pricey. Recommend taking the train to the lighthouses, don't walk like we did. Not a bad visit for a low key getaway. They try their best."

"Unexpectedly, unexpectedly, I originally booked a twin room. The boss saw that we were two big and two small. We upgraded to a parent-child room for free. It was comparable to the coastline of a private beach. The water was not more than one meter. It was the glass sea. The water quality was not good. There would be sea urchins and sea grapes. Crony dishes are everywhere... The children are cheering and happy, it is definitely not a problem of two brushes and three brushes. Next time I come to Hainan for a holiday, I think I can stay here for 3.5 Tian unwilling to change places. The dogs in the hotel are very friendly and the breakfast is extremely attentive. Nutrition and color and fragrance are all available. Anyway, it is the best homestay I have encountered in Hainan."

"Aijing International Hotel in Wenchang 2024/02/06-08 Front desk not really helpful. Just want you to go as it was the whole time ”OK, OK...” and ”I'll take you to your room”... But no help with luggage, nor an answer if the kitchen would have something for me to eat... I sent my list of allergies (gluten, dairy, egg, honey and soy) to the hotel's wechat the evening so that they could give it to the kitchen... First room: The fridge was not cold. Bathroom floor wet and entrance floor dirty 😰 The manager came and was friendly and helpful. He helped me with my luggage to another room 8505, which was larger. Here the fridge was also not really making cold and switched off when going out. They couldn't give an extra card for electricity. In the morning the manager showed me the different food at the buffet that I could eat, but I never received the pork etc, he promised the previous evening, for breakfast nor answered my message when I asked if I should wait for it... For breakfast I could eat the fruit and in a steam basket a piece of corn-on-the-cob, sweet potato, yam and taro. They also had corn flakes. Interesting they had 3 milk options: cow milk, soy milk and coconut milk... The second evening I spent an hour on Wechat with reception to find out if the kitchen could prepare something for me with my allergies - I did give it the previous evening.... Then I went for a walk on the beach... When I came back, they hadn't prepared the fish! The manager gave me a coconut with a straw to drink the juice... So I only wasted my time to find out if they could prepare something - I did give them my list in Chinese of what I cannot eat...😰 Luckily I always have some food with me... The fish tanks are outside the dining room so you can choose your fish fresh.... As in most places in China 😊 Swimming pool was empty. Good comfortable beds. Down duvets. Nice spacious room with little balcony, but balcony has a concrete wall, not glass to see through... From the premises you go directly onto the beach! Very nice quiet environment away from the crowds! After the fireworks at 21:00 the outside lights were switched off and then you only hear the sea... If you do not have transport, it is a bit far, but if you want to go and rest for a few days, away from crowds, then this is a good place 😎🤠🌻🏝️🏖️ Thete are charging facilities for electric cars... @"

"Thanks to the manager, the warm reception of the younger brother and the waiter sister, the hotel is clean and hygienic, the service is very considerate and responsive in all aspects. The wine at the entrance of the hotel is a very good catching point. Listening to the enthusiastic introduction of the store manager is that the weather is good and it is also suitable for snorkeling. I have already experienced the sea, and I hope I can experience snorkeling next time. The sound of the waves in the morning is very healing, and the overall experience is perfect. "The butler service at Wyndham Wenchang Nanguo is incredibly thoughtful! They proactively added me on WeChat before check-in to discuss our needs. Every day after check-in, they'd ask if we needed more water, tissues, or other daily necessities, and their response was always prompt and attentive. The room was spacious and comfortable. The laundry room on the second floor is a lifesaver for families with kids; we could wash clothes after playing in the water anytime, saving us from lugging around a lot of luggage. Overall, it was a relaxing and hassle-free stay. Highly recommend for families traveling with children!"

"The Goldstone Hotel boasts an excellent location and beautiful surroundings. The rooms are spacious, and the balcony offers a stunning sea view. The hotel service is superb, and a special thank you goes to Manager Lin from the hotel lobby. Today, I brought my 70-year-old parents to Wenchang for a trip, and we accidentally left our luggage in the hotel lobby when checking out. We only realized it when we reached Qionghai, which made my parents very anxious. Thankfully, I managed to get in touch with Manager Lin. She added me on WeChat, helped us arrange a car, and ensured our luggage was safely delivered to our Didi car and returned to us. My sincere thanks again to Manager Lin for her selfless act of kindness."

"This is my go-to hotel, and it's always great. What I really appreciate is how clean everything is – no strange smells, and the sheets and duvet covers are always fresh, with no holes or yellow stains. Seriously, it's spotless! Even the slippers are new, disinfected, and sealed in a bag, which is perfect for someone as particular about cleanliness as I am, haha. The room itself is also very spacious, making for a really comfortable stay. The mattress is wonderfully soft too."
