This is my first time volunteering to review a hotel. A treasure hotel booked by accident. Needless to say about the environment, at the foot of Zhougong Mountain, there are many mountains, lush bamboos and forests, which has the artistic conception of cultivating immortals in a paradise. As for the hotel, it is newly opened. Although the customer service staff are a little nervous for fear of not doing well, it does not prevent them from doing every detail thoughtfully and carefully. When checking in, the girl at the front desk took our bags and sent them directly to the room. She introduced the facilities in the room and the services that could be provided before leaving. Then came the exquisite welcome fruits and souvenirs. I have to say that tourism services still have to look at Sichuan! The bonus point must be the Guhai hot spring that comes with the hotel. It is a bit salty and I feel like I have been soaked hahahaha. The water is clean and open 24/7. It feels like taking a bath in your own back garden. After taking a dip in the soup, take a swim, perfect! Not to mention the very cost-effective barbecue and the free breakfast with a wide variety of high-quality ingredients. My family has not yet left the hotel and is already planning their next stay. I hope we can maintain this kind of service and quality, and of course we hope the price can always be friendly hehe. I would like to make a suggestion, although the hotel pursues service attitude, it should adhere to necessary principles. For example, a guest asked to bring barbecue to the hot spring area to eat, and the waiter informed the hotel that due to safety reasons, the barbecue cannot be eaten in the hot spring area. But the customer said he would pay attention, but the service staff did not insist. The basic principles of a hotel cannot be abandoned just because some guests are not well-educated.
