"A rare hotel that has photos which are accurate. If you want to visit local areas you can go to the train station (10 mins) and find the yellow busses which stop in the underpass. They will take you into town and then you switch busses. Around 10 yuan to panda park or ancient town. Take the first bus to the panda park and you should catch them before nap time. Plenty of places to eat nearby. I uploaded a photo of a very affordable eatery a 10 minute walk away."

"It's quite nice. Close to the Qingyi River and Ya'an Bridge, several bus routes from Ya'an Station go there. It's a ten-minute walk to the Ya'an Covered Bridge (the large one over the Qingyi River), and there's also a smaller one closer. There are paths and parks along the river, good for morning runs and exercise. Further east/northeast is the Nuwa statue/square. There are many shops and fruit vendors nearby, offering plenty of food and shopping options. The hotel is on the fourth floor of a not-so-old five-story building. The rooms are newly renovated, clean, well-lit, and have good tables and chairs for working. With various discounts on Ctrip, it's 125 yuan per night, which is satisfactory."

"Great location, 5 minute walk from the Panda base. And next to the canyon for a gorgeous walk. The village is cute, pretty and quiet, right in the nature. The accommodation is run by a lovely carrying family. My children loved to play outside with the little bikes. The room has all the facilities and the beds are good. The bathroom is a bit basic. The kitchen provides good and tasty food. A great place to stay at! We are a Dutch family and stayed here for 2 nights."

"Below is the teahouse, and the top floor is the guest room. It's quieter at night in the back, and the air conditioning is powerful. The disadvantage is that the merchant client for online booking is not in the store and has to confirm the booking information with you repeatedly. Hope it can be improved"

GGuest UserThe room was clean and tidy, with all the amenities. Although a bit dated, the inn's decor was cozy, just the way I like it. The owner, along with her son, met us at the parking lot and helped with our luggage, which was very much appreciated. The inn is very close to the main attractions of the ancient town, just a few minutes' walk away. We stayed on the second floor, where there was a dedicated tea area, and our family had a very enjoyable Dragon Boat Festival. It's a shame they're closing after October this year. I wish the owner a happy and carefree life ahead!

GGuest UserThe boss and his family are very nice. The room is clean and tidy. The location is very good. It's right next to the panda base and very close to the Grand Canyon. It's a 5-minute walk. The conditions are like ordinary B&Bs, but the price is still affordable. The key is that it's very clean and in the mountains. It’s okay! The proprietress said that they have more than 20 years of experience in cooking Chinese food. The price is affordable and the taste is great! The boss couple were very enthusiastic and took us to the zoo. The small courtyard at the entrance was very beautiful with flowers and plants. I liked it very much. All in all, it was a very pleasant trip. I will stay with them next time.

They got up early in the morning to make dumplings for us, which was very touching. The boss's wife is over 50 years old and still looks pretty. She speaks softly and always has a smile on her face, which makes people like her. The food is delicious and the room is big. There is nothing wrong with it. Sincerely recommend.

KkaoxiangThis is my second stay after last year. I am grateful to the owner for his kind help this time as well. I consulted him in advance about everything from arranging a taxi to purchasing tickets before the stay, and he kindly responded to my inquiries, so I was able to travel with peace of mind. Since my destination is the panda base, the location is perfect, just a 2-3 minute walk away. The owner goes to buy tickets for me in the morning, so I can get plenty of sleep and it's good for my physical health. Also, the hardness of the bed and pillows here suit me very well, so I can sleep well. The room is spacious and it's very convenient for spreading out my luggage. This inn does not have non-smoking rooms, and the last time I stayed here, the room had a strong cigarette smell that was a bit unpleasant, but this time the room did not smell like cigarettes, which I was happy about. I know a lot of people who want to stay here, but it seems that the lack of non-smoking rooms is a problem. I've heard that many people would like to stay here if there were more non-smoking rooms in the future, so I'd like to let you know. The boiled dumplings for breakfast were very delicious. The fried rice was so filling that I couldn't finish it, so I put half of it in a ziplock bag and enjoyed it as a lunch box for lunch. It was delicious even when it cooled down. However, it was a little sad when the only thing served was white rice dumplings with sweet bean paste like dessert. The taste was good, but I like to eat something salty in the morning, so I would have been happy with 5-6 white rice dumplings with noodles or porridge as the main course. I'm sorry that white rice dumplings look like they would be very time-consuming and difficult to make. I will definitely stay here again next time, so I look forward to it.

If the boss pays before 12 o'clock the next day, you can pay ten yuan, but you can answer the phone after five or six calls from the boss the next day. The third is that the washing machine cannot be used. The boss said that the washing machine is their private and inconvenient for guests to use. If you come to this house because of the rain, you need to consider it carefully. The room conditions are like this. The off-season is about 50 in the ancient town. This condition is already very good, but the attitude and pictures of the boss do not match the actual two points. It is really not worth living in this house. There are many other rooms in Shangli Ancient Town. If it is not raining and anxious to find a room, you can go and see more and compare it. By the way, Shangli Ancient Town can be visited in about two hours, up to three hours, you can refer to it for those who come here to play.

AC is working very well, the room was nothing luxurious, but clean and comfortable, with all the needed amenities. The owner was very friendly and helpful, offered us tea from his family's own produce as well. The hospitality combined with the atmosphere of the countryside made it a unique and treasured experience, spectacular value for the price. The view from the room was also fascinating.
