"Highly recommend this hotel! It's the perfect choice if you're driving, as the parking garage is huge with three levels. The breakfast offers a great variety, it's rich and delicious, with bread and sausages – a really good spread. The front desk staff are very welcoming and helpful. The facilities are excellent, including a safe and a scale. There's even a lounge on the ninth floor where you can enjoy free live music from singers, sip coffee, and take in the beautiful night views of Yanji. Fantastic value for money!"

"The hotel experience was great. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was superb, offering Chinese, Western, and Korean options. All the staff were very polite, and the VIP manager was exceptionally attentive, even recommending a list of local delicacies upon check-in. It's definitely worth another visit. It's also super convenient, just a short walk across a small road to the floating market, and the popular 'bullet screen' wall is only a ten-minute walk away."

"The room was spotless and clean, equipped with smart home features throughout, including a smart toilet. The shower water temperature was consistently stable, and it comfortably accommodated three people – truly excellent! Disposable bath towels, toiletries, and even toilet seat covers were all thoughtfully provided. The landlady was very welcoming, recommending delicious food and fun places to visit. The only downside was that it was hard to book during the National Day holiday, so it's best to reserve in advance, and you might even get a better price."

"Facilities: Excellent! The location is super convenient. It's right next to Seomun Market, and only about a 10-minute walk to the Water Market. The famous 'Instagram wall' isn't far either, so you can easily stroll there. There are also well-known restaurants nearby, like Hanjeong Samgyetang (Ginseng Chicken Soup). Hygiene: The room was very clean and tidied frequently. Service: The service was truly outstanding. They would escort us to the elevator when we left, and helped us with getting water. They even gave us frozen pears and frozen persimmons to eat, and the persimmon and frozen pear juices were delicious. Breakfast was also very hearty. I'm genuinely impressed! The room was spacious too. I was traveling with my mom, and they remembered that she likes hot tea and coffee, which was a lovely touch. I was so pleased. We initially only booked for one night, but decided to extend our stay immediately after arriving."

"Yanji left such a strong impression on me, I'm still thinking about it half a month after returning! And this hotel, in particular, exceeded my expectations! As soon as we arrived in Yanji, the hotel called us to guide us to the parking lot. Later, because of some renovations in the back, the manager came out to help us park and even carried our luggage! The service was truly heartwarming, and the hotel environment was excellent too! The facilities were complete! They were so welcoming to my child, even giving them a small gift! What really stood out was the hotel breakfast. Out of all the hotels I've stayed in, this one's breakfast was the most to my taste. The beef soup and rice was even better than what you find outside, and the warm noodles were delicious too! All the aunties in the restaurant were incredibly friendly! Truly fantastic, I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit!"

"This is a rare hotel that received full marks during my trip this year. The facilities are complete and the hygiene is incredibly clean, including the restaurant, which is also very clean and tidy. The key is that the room price is not expensive, which is a surprise during the peak tourist season. Especially the front desk guy, my wife said three times, ”He ran out, picked up two boxes and ran upstairs”, and the enthusiastic service made people overjoyed!"

"We stayed in the family deluxe room, the 'Dinosaur Water World Stone Age' themed room. The room design was quite unique and my child loved it, but the cleanliness was subpar. The floor felt sandy when you walked on it, and there was a constant layer of white dust on my phone screen and the wall light switches, which appeared every time we moved even slightly. I'm not sure what it was. There must have been a lot of dust mites on the bed. My child's legs were itchy and had small bites, and since it's not summer, it couldn't have been mosquitoes – it had to be dust mites. I felt itchy all over too while sleeping. It seemed like the room hadn't been thoroughly cleaned, just superficially tidied up, without proper wiping. Perhaps it's because the room is large and has two floors, but in terms of hygiene, I felt the value for money wasn't good. We just stayed for two days for the child's happiness. The hot springs and water park were nice, but the water in the water park was too cold. Initially, we weren't allowed to bring towels from the hot springs area, nor could we wear slippers. The water park didn't provide towels or slippers either. My child's lips turned purple from the cold. Kids don't mind when they want to play, but it was really cold for adults, and we worried about the child getting sick. Also, walking without slippers was very slippery, and I was afraid the child would fall. Later, we saw people wearing slippers, so I went to the front desk to ask where we could get some. The front desk said that management had just changed the rule, and now we could bring towels and wear slippers. Then, there was a sushi stand nearby. I asked if it was chargeable (intending to ask if it required cash or room key payment), and they said yes, it was chargeable. Immediately after, I overheard a male and female hotel staff member laughing, as if implying, 'Do you expect it for free if it's not chargeable?'"

"I booked this hotel because I found online the owners feed stray cats. Owners/staff are very helpful and friendly. I even rebooked an extra night on the spot since I decided to stay in Yanji a bit longer and that was all sorted smoothly. I also asked for a different pillow, as the one on the bed was quite large and I got a new smaller pillow right away. Cleanliness of the hotel is OK. The room itself is fine, but even in February it was very very warm. So I ended up sleeping with the window open. Location is fine, I personally don’t mind walking and taxi’s in Yanji are relatively cheap. Regarding amenities, there are two washing machines but one dryer. So I took some useless trips to see if the dryer was finished yet so I could dry my clothing. Breakfast is also OK."

"Staying at GreenTree Inn for a business trip was both efficient and comfortable! The location was convenient, close to my office, saving me commuting time. The room was quiet, not noisy at all, perfect for working and resting. The breakfast selection was rich and well-balanced, a great start to the day. The service was professional and efficient, with a smooth process from check-in to check-out. They even offered business services like printing and copying, which met all my business travel needs. Highly recommend to anyone who frequently travels for work!"

"The room was very clean and cleaned on time every day. The facilities in the hotel were very good. It was especially for girls. The first time I met the hotel that prepared a curling bar to remove the makeup and the cotton pad deck was moved to death. It was very close to some attractions and very convenient."
