"The hotel is superb! The staff is super friendly and the rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean! The only thing that is a bit of a shame is the Wi-Fi connection; depending on where the room is located, the Wi-Fi will be more or less intense. The same goes for the televisions, which must be reconnected each time they are turned on because they are on the public network. Aside from that, I highly recommend this hotel for both a short and long stay!"

"The hotel is a different hotel, although it is a formula 1, because the toilets and the shower are inside the room, which is one more. The room is a little small but well-organised. The heating is perfect. It's a bad thing that there is little light inside and only a small window.
The only concern of this hotel is that the parking is too small."

"everything! it was very homely and sweet. there was use of the kitchen, a fan in the bedroom, the bathroom was clean and the shower hot. the host brought fresh juice every morning for us. Virginia was more than helpful with us, helping us anyway she could. she told us about a tour we could use to see the area and allowed us to leave our stuff the day we were leaving and shower before going. was one of the nicest places we’ve stayed in and one of the best hosts we’ve had!”"

Just the floor bathroom and the shower it's not very practical ( water that goes everywhere ) and it's a little dirty with the gardens, etc ... Check out.

"A very good room for a very good price. The facilities are very good, it has common rooms with table football, sofas, free water. It has a kitchen, dishwasher and utensils. The bathroom is spacious. The receptionist knows languages and is very friendly. I would stay here again."

GGuest UserNewly renovated hotel with excellent air-conditioning which is seldom find in Europe. Close to airport bus just 3 minutes walking distance and goes to airport in 10 minutes. Easily connected to Geneva main train station by bus too, around 20 minutes. Much cheaper to stay in France than in Geneva city centre

GGuest UserThe hotel is quite old, it's not 4*, but it's comfortable for a long stay. 5 mins from the bus stop (60 and 61 to Geneva, 66 to the airport), 5 mins from big supermarket Carrefour, 10 mins from LIDL. The pharmacy is also very close (great choice and prices by the way). The breakfast is very good (you can definitely find something to eat according to your taste). The rooms are ok but for me there is not enough light. I was there in the beginning of November and it was a little bit cold in the room. I also like the possibility to store some food in the fridge as well as to cook something for dinner in the room, it's definitely cheaper.
To sum up, I have been to this hotel for several times and I will come back just because the price is very affordable comparing to the hotels in Geneva and it takes only 15 minutes to get there.

ZZouvikGood apartment hotel close to the Geneva Airport. Easy to commute to the airport (10mins bus ride) and Geneva city center (30mins bus ride). We stayed in the apartment, which was clean and spacious. Kitchen was well equipped. If we visit again, we will choose to stay here

GGuest UserWe took an apartment for 4 (one bed and one sofa bed). Very comfortable with good air conditioning that works.
The reception closes at 7pm and we arrived later but an envelope with the cards was prepared in a safe for us.
The hotel is a 4* but it is not really worth it. Comfortable and very good but do not expect a real 4 star.
There are restaurants less than 3 minutes walk away, several free parking lots.

IIndranilAlthough it was written that they have Airport Shuttle facility, the hotel denied and asked to sort this out with Trip.com. I had to spend about 30 minutes calling the Trip.com customer service to figure out that what they displayed under the banner of “Amenities” was actually wrong. However they finally said to book a taxi and share the receipt with them for reimbursement, which is still pending from their side.

GGuest UserHotel that should be repaired!!! Because many things are not in order with security!! And when we sleep, the cleaning ladies don't respect the sleep of people who have paid to enjoy a good lie-in! They vacuum almost in front of your door and speak very loudly without worrying whether we are asleep or not! And also what's the point of putting up the Do Not Disturb sign, if it's constantly knocking on the door to find out if they can come in! This is extremely unbearable and not normal! And every day we slept in this hotel, it was the same every morning! So sleeping in this hotel is really not great and too many things to repair in some rooms. Bathroom door, impossible to close, so no privacy for showering or toileting.... completely destroyed! And the safety rail of the top bed broken, therefore dangerous! Instead of repairing it because it is mandatory in terms of security, they put a chain with a padlock in the meantime so that the barrier cannot open completely!!! It's shocking...my son caught his foot in this poorly closed barrier and fell from a very high height onto the floor! He hurt himself very, very badly, and could have broken something! The manager didn't do anything, and said it wasn't his fault! And above all didn't even apologize and didn't worry about his condition again. this mediocre establishment!.
