"The hotel is a bit dated. The excellent breakfast was a big plus! The electric car charging station was broken when we arrived, but it was reset and then worked, albeit only at about 3 kW. The biggest drawback, however, was the shower in our room: the water pressure was so low that showering was practically impossible. Even complaining didn't help, and we weren't offered an alternative room."

"I arrived at the hotel promptly at 4 PM yesterday, and my confirmation clearly stated check-in was at 4 PM. However, the receptionist kicked me out, saying I could only check in at 5 PM. I contacted Trip.com, but they couldn't resolve the issue. I had to call the police before the receptionist agreed to help, but they were extremely rude, arguing with both me and their boss. I felt very unsafe and ultimately left without checking in. Trip.com hasn't provided any resolution yet, so I had to book another hotel last night. I ended up paying extra and am extremely angry! I strongly advise everyone to be cautious when choosing this hotel!"

"This is a hotel for staying for the night only, that's why the hotel name is "on the go". The room I stayed had is poorly equipped, small room tiny bathroom, there are 2 chairs in the room plus a small table however they are in the way of the bathroom door. No water supplied in room and hot water will only be available during breakfast time from the coffee machine. Room is clean though. Breakfast was a basket of bread and some other items, coffee and tea is self service. Staff is helpful and nice. This hotel has no air conditioning and my room doesn't have a good circulation, very hot and I was sweating throughout the night, I booked 2 days but I had to give up the second day and went to another hotel with air cond."

After I had already paid for the room on Ctrip, I was asked to pay again when I arrived at the hotel. I said I had already paid, but the front desk said I had to pay again. After I emphasized three times that I had paid the fee and would not continue to pay, I reluctantly deducted the money from the credit card Ctrip had reserved for the hotel. "BED BUGS!!! We had a long day of car travel and the next day we had to go to Dover, all we wanted was to sleep and finding this was a disappointment. I went to claim and ask for a refund but it was 00:00am and the receptionist told me that he had to go the next day at 7am to talk to his boss. I was with my little daughter I couldn't go anywhere else and his solution was to give me another room where I found another insect, I was until 3am checking the room that there was no more bed bugs. The next day I talked to another person at reception and according to her I was going to talk to her boss and talk about a refund and I've been waiting since August 31. I DON'T RECOMMEND IT. All this happened in room 105. BE CAREFUL."
