Part of the property dates back to the 16th century.This beautifully presented chocolate box cottage lies in the heart of Crantock in a road that leads down to the beach, a minute’s walk from the pub, local shop, and a café. It is furnished in nautical style.The property boasts a wealth of character including open beamed ceilings, inglenook feature fireplace, original cob walls, and a stable back door. It has recently been fully refurbished with new central heating, a new kitchen, bathroom and 2 new en-suite shower rooms. Many features of the old cottage have been retained giving the inside of the cottage a modern feel but with much character.
