The hotel is genuinely good, and the facilities are also excellent. Its biggest advantage is being very close to the subway. If I had to pick something that wasn't super convenient, it would be the lack of many dining options nearby.

Most of the staff are nice and helpful. Great location with a snack bar and gym. Breakfast included. However, it needs to hugely upgrade its sound-proofing. The showers next door and upstairs were loud like those people were showering right on top of my head. The noise of their every putting up and resting the shower head was as clear and loud as if they are standing in front of me. I couldn’t fall asleep til everyone finished their showers after 2am. I lived on 2/F. I could hear the laundry on B1/F. If you work online where you needa keep your microphone on, no way. The busy scooters on the street would embarrass you. I tried to stay out of the windows but the showers next door was worse. It turned out that my online work was disturbed, leaving a bad impression to my colleagues and clients.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Comfortable Stay and Great Breakfast! I recently stayed at Hu House Hotel in Kaohsiung for 3 days and had a wonderful experience. The location is super convenient—close to Liuhe Night Market and just a short walk from the MRT station, which made it easy to explore the city. The room was clean, modern, and spacious, with comfortable beds and all the essentials provided. The staff were polite, helpful, and made check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. One of the highlights of the stay was the buffet breakfast. There was a great variety of both Western and local ********* options, including fresh fruit, salads, hot dishes, pastries, and great coffee. Everything was fresh and well-prepared, and it was a lovely way to start each morning. Overall, Hu House Hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Kaohsiung. It’s comfortable, well-located, and offers excellent value—especially with the buffet breakfast included. I’d definitely stay here again!

Excellent, we were very satisfied with every aspect. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. Our entire family absolutely loved it. The front desk service was impeccable; they even helped us arrange transportation.

Overall, the hotel is pretty good in terms of cleanliness, service, and location. The room and service are quite standard that served the purpose of being a business hotel, and only 5 mins walk to the train station. Couldn’t ask for more at this pricing. The only thing that I would like to mention is that, the bed is little bit short for me, so for anyone that is 6ft or taller, your foot might come out a little when you lie down straight.

You must buy your toileteries here from the receptionist. The location is quite far from the main attraction but you can take metro with 10minutes walking distance to nearest station.

Location was very convenient, right next to 7 eleven, near to bus stop and central station. Asian breakfast and complementary drinks and ice cream round the clock though we didn’t try it. I really didn’t like the carpet as it feel dirty and worn out. Bathroom was great, Japanese bidet and powerful shower. Staff was courteous!

Was very happy with the room I got. The room is spacious, comfortable and clean. No problem to placed 4 big cargo bags in that room! The location is fantastic, it is just across the Kaohsiung main station, cannot be better than that. However, I was disappointed with the breakfast, maybe my expectation was high and what I got was not good enough. It was really very simple food, like what you get from your home kitchen. The coffee station were always not replenished with sufficient tea bag for example. Anyway, that not the highlight of this hotel so no big deal.

The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from Liuhe Night Market. The staff are all very warm and friendly. In addition to breakfast, the hotel also offers afternoon tea and late-night snacks. The laundry room is free to use and provides detergent and laundry bags. The room cleaning service is very thorough.
