This accommodation boasts an excellent location, just a short 5- to 10-minute walk from the MRT station. Its proximity to numerous tourist attractions and quality restaurants adds to its appeal. The room was clean, and the views from the property were also great.

Business with heart, warm space, clean and tidy, I will want to come back downstairs, just the Rijiang business district, convenient 👍

Had everything I needed for a short stay in Kaohsiung. The hotel was very clean and my room, as well as the breakfast hall had a great view. The location is not too central, however you can reach the metro within a 10 minute walk. Overall for the price it’s a really good accommodation, I’d come again in the future!

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! Everything about the hotel was perfectly thought through and designed for the user experience.  Located conveniently abiT off the main busy stretch but walking distance to lots of food and bars, a little longer walk and you would get into the main busy shopping stretch. The hotel was super thoughtful in the service and amenities they provided. There was 24hrs free coffee, tea and ice cream which was self service, a laundry room with free use of their washing machines and dryers - the staff would even help you to dry your stuff when the machine is done washing! There was a 24 hour reception which is manned by really polite and kind staff who are always there to answer your questions even at 1am!  The room was well designed with all the amenities provided, from hair shampoo, conditioners, bath wash, moisturisers and even facial wash!  The rooms are super clean and there was an in-room tap with reverse osmosis water for you to refill your water and boil tea with!  The best part, the room also came with free breakfast which was pretty sumptuous for a simple hotel. The buffet spread of stir fried dishes, rice, porridge, soup (oh my god so good!) cereals, salads, coffee, teas and juices.  The service was also really good. Unobtrusive and always polite. They are really efficient and nice.  I would def stay here again if I come by!

The infinity pool is huge with a stunning view, though the water was still a bit chilly in May. The room was thoughtfully stocked with many local snacks. All the staff were incredibly nice. The gym was well-equipped, and working out while enjoying the scenery was super comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, catering to different needs. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Kaohsiung. On the downside, the Dyson hairdryer would stop mid-use and flash a red light; I'm not sure if it needs maintenance. There was no weighing scale in the room, nor at the front desk, which could be inconvenient for guests who need to weigh their luggage. Also, checking in requires taking an elevator to the 25th floor, and similarly, to go out, you have to go to the 25th floor first to switch to another elevator to reach the 1st floor, which is a bit of a hassle.

Very convenient，7 minutes to KMTR station which you could go almost anywhere within Kaohsiung. People there are helpful but don't expect it as 5-star hotel. Good value for money. It provides all my basic needs, which is clean and tidy with helpful people. I am satified staying there. I will stay there again when I next in Kaohsiung.

Location might be difficult to find. Lobby at 11 floor . Pls see photo for nearest bus. For those travelling best to take public bus as bus stops directly outside hotel.

Service was great! Everyone was super polite and there was always someone who was fluent in multiple languages. Very clean. I loved the coed outdoor pool on the upper level as well as the same-sex hot tub and sauna rooms. Best part was the food! I have attached photos of the food I got there (all included for free with executive floor rooms). Breakfast was amazing! I booked the executive floor room (so basically any room on floors 18-20). Executive rooms comes with breakfast by default even if you don't book one that explicitly includes the breakfast. There's actually 2 options for breakfast. There's the Nikko Room Executive breakfast on the top floor where there's a made to order menu (2 choices/day) as well as a buffet of Hors d'oeuvre style foods. The first day we ordered bruleed banana with pancake and egg and then this crepe thing. I preferred the breakfast on the second floor at the Serena All day Restaurant. Serena Restaurant had Haagen Daz ice cream and a greater variety of foods including choose your fruit juice bar, noodle station, lots of buffet style western and asian food, ham by the slice, they also had a cart they pushed around with Hong Kong style dim sum and also another cart for bread. Booking the executive floor rooms also gave you afternoon tea (3-5pm) which was Hors d'oeuvres and they had a fridge of drinks including, juice, soda, and beer. One day they had a whole rack of fresh honeycomb that you could slice off and eat. Executive room also gives you Cocktail hour which you can choose from 2 drinks on the menu that they make for you or there's alcohol on the table you can pour yourself. It's unlimited drinks. There's also Hors d'oeuvres for cocktail hour. Location is decent. It's quiet but not very close to major attractions. It's close to Costco so we went several times. Trains are about a 10 minute walk away so not that close. Not many nearby attractions but that's more of the layout of KaohSiung, we walked to the train and went to the art pier as well as cijin old street, and the Love's Lookout.

It was a nice stay. And as foodie person breakfast was good yet the’re only bit limited choices of food for foreign people. This may serve a constructive criticism for improvements. But overall the service was good.

This personal touch and dedication to guest satisfaction are commendable and create a positive contrast to the initial navigational hurdles. The hotel's location offers practical advantages. The Lingya Ziqiang Night Market, a mere 600 meters away, provides easy access to Kaohsiung's vibrant street food scene and local culture. Furthermore, the immediate vicinity boasts an impressive number of convenience stores, with over five Seven Elevens within a 200-meter radius, including one conveniently situated on the 12th floor. This ensures that daily necessities and quick snacks are readily available. Regarding the visual aspect of accessing your unit, the provided photographs likely depict the common areas and pathways you will navigate on the 12th floor.
