The homestay picks up self-check-in. The check-in time is from 4 pm to 10 pm. There is no way to contact the service staff immediately after check-in at 9 pm. Call the emergency phone and keep telling you that it is off work time. It is recommended that people who want to stay late must contact the store in advance to avoid panic. Check-in is to contact through the line and have a sticker at the door. The comfort and cleanliness in other rooms are quite good.

Right next to the bus stop, it was easy to get there even in the rain, plus they gave us an umbrella. The room is nice and clean, good service, and got everything you need. Value for money is perfect.

The riverside location offers beautiful scenery. The breakfast restaurant also boasts fantastic window views, making it very pleasant to enjoy breakfast while watching the river. A snack street is just a short walk away. The rooms are quite spacious and have an upscale feel. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from the elevator exit of Kaohsiung Cianjin Station. 👍 The hotel definitely shows its age. The lobby had a strong aromatherapy scent that felt like it was trying to mask other odors (😅), and the hallways had a peculiar smell. Thankfully, the room itself was fine. While the carpet was stained, the bedding and other linens appeared reasonably clean. This hotel uses a self-service check-in system, with check-in starting at 4:00 PM. Early arrivals can store their luggage at the hotel. Amenities include a paid children's playground and a free swimming pool. In my opinion, the swimming pool is the hotel's best asset, making it an ideal stay for families with children!

Staff members are consistently polite, wearing warm smiles and responding promptly to requests. Whether during check-in, check-out, or handling everyday inquiries, they go about their duties with professionalism and attentiveness, creating a truly welcoming atmosphere.

A recent refurbished hotel st Ciangin district, just a stop away from Formosa Boulevard station, front desk statf was very helpful to call uber taxi, call up local line for restaurant reservation....also reserved me right required room, tranquil, smoking free, and not down corner end... surprisingly providing us room with 50 square feet podium, very good!!! Breakfast is simple and good for everyday

The restaurant environment was elegant, and the staff were friendly and proactive in assisting guests, which further enhanced the dining experience. Furthermore, the hotel's recreational facilities were top-notch. Both the gym and swimming pool were spotlessly clean and equipped with modern amenities. The staff consistently provided service with a smile, making me feel truly at home. Special mention must be made of the hotel's thoughtful little touches, such as welcome fruit and considerate weather forecast cards, which added a wonderful sense of warmth to my stay. From its hardware facilities to service quality, and from the ambiance to the meticulous care in every detail, everything was impeccable. I will undoubtedly choose this hotel again on my next visit to the area and will enthusiastically recommend it to friends.

This time I stayed on the 13th floor, which was very quiet. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was very comfortable to sleep on, the air conditioning was very cool, and the original triple room was upgraded to a quadruple room for free. The water pressure and water temperature were also great. The hemorrhoid-free toilet had a set temperature and was very warm to sit on. The breakfast was rich, varied and delicious. The service staff were very polite. There was also a gym available on one floor. Overall it was great. I would stay here again if I had the chance. I was very satisfied.

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff! Breakfast was decent and the lobby had a lot of free snacks. The parking facilities were also very good for the car. The room itself was okay and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious. The only downside was that the shower head was very unstable which caused the whole bathroom to be sprayed wet everytime you shower. But overall, I would recommend the hotel!
