Hotels in Wanda Plaza(Kashgar), Kashgar

I have known of Kashgar for years because of its importance to the Silk Road. It was quickly planned trip and I chose the Radisson Blu because of good experirences that I have had with the brand in other locations. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted enthusiastically by Aria and the crew at the front desk. Aria even walked me pretty far to a restarant located in the same building later in my trip. My first night there was a sandstorm and the temperature in my room would not cool below 27C, the night crew was so helpful and ended moving me across the hall. Steven and Michael and Akhbar from management were always asking me how everything was and offering insights everytime that I walked through the lobby. The only criticism that I have is that the locker rooms in the pool area need some remodeling, there were some workers there the last couple days of my trip though. The pool itself was perfect and the attendants (Cindy, Katia, Meena, Winnie etc) were always cheerful and even would bring a bottle of water to my lounge while I was in the pool. Whenever I will return to Kashgar, I will stay here as I will urge friends of mine to stay as well.

The first time I booked Hanting under the Huazhu Club, I lived in Hanting for more seasons. This time I lived in Hanting. It was quite unexpected. The service staff was very good and the service was timely. Since the air conditioning control of the room has not been pressed, I asked the security guard to adjust it twice. The room is clean and tidy, and the facilities are well equipped. Breakfast is also basically meeting the needs. It is two or three kilometers to the ancient city. It is very suitable to rent a car and drive by yourself. It is also convenient to eat near the hotel.

The location is very good, opposite Wanda. The humidifier is too small and the humidification capacity is too small. The rest is good. Also worth mentioning is the midnight snacks, which are not very diverse but are pretty good.

The service is warm and thoughtful. The check-in speed is fast. Facilities: The facilities are complete and the room is intelligent. Hygiene: The hygiene is clean and the room is clean. Environment: The environment is quiet and beautiful. Service: The service is warm and thoughtful.

I stayed in a different hotel every day for several days in Kazakhstan. I stayed here on the last night. The experience of staying in this hotel was the best among the hotels I stayed in. The room was spacious, warm and comfortable, the bedding was clean and comfortable, the disposable slippers were very comfortable to wear, the service of the front desk lady was also very good, and the lady in the restaurant was also very enthusiastic. The red date cake inside was also very delicious. I give a big thumbs up. If I come again in the future, I will stay at your place again.

I went to visit the ancient city of Kashgar. A friend recommended this Orange Hotel. It was great. The hygiene and environment were beyond expectations. The lady at the front desk was super pretty. When you entered the lobby, there was a burst of orange fragrance. The toothpaste in the room was orange-flavored, and so was the shower gel. It was really great. I like it~ If you are visiting Northern Xinjiang and are transiting in Kashgar, you can book this hotel directly~

I arrived in Kashgar at night and I found this new orange crystal for a long time. There are some distances from the ancient city in the new district ‼️, but it is not far from the self-driving car. It costs ten yuan to take a taxi. 👌 There may be some episodes due to the check-in time problem on the same day, but Miss Youli at the front desk 👍 was very enthusiastic to help us communicate and solve the communication and handling are very smooth! The welcoming attitude of the front desk and the security guard is the most satisfying 👍 for our trip so far. It is a good stay experience hope that the service level and room quality of the serial hotel are very busy. Maintaining this quality of service should choose here next time

The room is spacious and bright, with smart facilities. I washed and ironed my clothes myself. It's really as convenient as home. The hotel is clean and the service is very good. Especially the breakfast is good. It's just a little far from the ancient city. It's convenient to take a taxi for more than ten yuan.

After dinner, I took a taxi back and accidentally saw some people in uniforms welcoming me at the door. I looked carefully and found that it was the designated reception point. The whole building feels like a comprehensive mall, and accommodation is only part of it. There is a sales point for Nanda Dairy on the first floor, which is open from 8 am to 10 pm, which is very convenient for guests. There is a huge wall of luggage lockers on the first floor, which is shocking. Unfortunately, I felt that they were not staffed enough at the front desk several times, and the waiting time was relatively long, but it was not easy to maintain a good service attitude. To be fair, the hotel hardware and supplies are really good. The decoration is a more old-fashioned hotel, with wooden cabinets, a little smell, and the facilities may not be particularly new, but the overall feeling is OK. The shampoo and shower gel are not a very expensive brand, but they are comfortable to use. The shower gel seems to be from pmpm, and the hair dryer is also a new basic model. The slippers are particularly thick and of good quality, surpassing many high-priced hotels. I will consider staying here next time I come to Kashgar. I stayed in an expensive hotel next to the ancient city for one night and felt that I didn’t win many points except for the geographical location.

Environment: The hotel was very nice, both in the lobby and in the rooms. There was also a laundry room and a gym, and the environment was comfortable and clean. Service: The front desk lady was excellent, very friendly, and patiently resolved any issues. I was very satisfied with the room arrangement. Overall, it was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.
