The hotel's location is excellent, just a 400-meter walk from Kunming Station, making it super convenient for catching an early high-speed train. The room was surprisingly spacious, around 45 square meters, and even came with a tea table. They also provided an ample supply of bottled water, which was a nice bonus. Overall, it was very comfortable. The front desk staff were polite and the room was clean and tidy. A great experience with good value for money.

This hotel offers a fantastic stay and great value for money. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the environment was kept very clean—plus, the free-to-use washing machine was a huge convenience. The service was exceptional: staff called me before I arrived to offer a shuttle from the train station. Since my train was arriving sooner than they could get there, they kindly instructed me to take a taxi and fully reimbursed the fare upon my arrival. They also provided a complimentary drop-off back to the station when I checked out. Both the front desk and cleaning staff were incredibly polite. Highly recommended!

Public transportation in the area is great, making it easy to get to attractions and shopping districts. The cleanliness was generally good, with timely housekeeping. The facilities were complete and relatively new, the bedding was comfortable, and there was plenty of natural light.

The hotel has a grand, vintage-style decor, and the room facilities are complete and easy to use. The hotel's location and surroundings are excellent; it's very convenient to get to Cuihu Lake or Dianchi Lake to see the seagulls, or to the old street for snacks. The staff are also warm and thoughtful. There's even a delivery robot that can bring takeout to your room, so the service is always on point. I'm quite satisfied and highly recommend it. The lady at the front desk was incredibly enthusiastic. When we checked in, she saw we had a lot of luggage and proactively helped us carry it. Our room was also upgraded for free, which was such a pleasant surprise! The room itself was very quiet and comfortable, with plenty of space. The smart system was quite advanced; you could just call out to turn on the lights automatically. They even thoughtfully provided a complimentary buffet breakfast, which was comprehensive and satisfying. This stay was truly an unexpected delight and a very satisfying experience overall. The room layout was great, and the front desk staff were very friendly. Even though the hospital next door was undergoing renovations, they stopped working at night, so it was very quiet.🌟 Plus, the location is super convenient, close to both the subway and bus stations. I could easily catch an early morning subway to the airport. The security measures are also excellent; food deliveries can only be left on the first floor.

After traveling all the way from Shanghai and staying in five or six hotels, this one truly stands out as 200% amazing. It's well-equipped, clean, and offers all sorts of thoughtful services you wouldn't even expect. The staff (both male and female) are incredibly helpful, polite, and attentive. Even my picky daughter said she loved this hotel! On our second night, my daughter fell ill, and the front desk attendant went above and beyond, helping us buy medicine, get porridge, and even carry our luggage. Unfortunately, due to my family's health, we couldn't enjoy our trip to the fullest and had to cut it short and head home early. But next time I'm in Kunming, Yunnan, I'm definitely staying here again.

I stayed for two nights at this unique hotel right in the pedestrian street. It has an old tea house aesthetic, like a renovated old mansion, quiet and elegant. The winter sun streamed brightly onto the room's entrance, almost dazzling, and the courtyard's greenery was also very well maintained. You can choose your breakfast; the 'Crossing the Bridge' noodles here are even better than those at Jianxinyuan, the old renowned shop on Kunming Old Street. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Facilities: The hotel is newly renovated, and the 'robot' (likely referring to automated features or a specific design element) isn't showing much wear and tear yet. My only minor gripe is that the two elevators aren't synchronized, which can slow down travel to and from rooms. Hygiene: Excellent. There were no obvious stains even in hidden corners. Environment: Being close to the train station, there's a bit of noise if you don't close the windows at night, though this might have been amplified because of New Year's Day. The surrounding area is fantastic with lots of street food, delicious fresh flower cakes, and rice noodles. There are even late-night supper options. The nearest subway station isn't far, and getting to the airport directly by subway and then a quick taxi ride is very convenient. You can also take a bus from the train station to get to Green Lake Park and its surroundings, which is quite handy. Service: Front desk staff member Xiao He called me in advance to ask about my room preferences. She arranged a higher-floor room close to the elevator, laundry room, and gym. They also provided a generous welcome fruit platter and even handed out small red envelopes on New Year's Day, which was a nice touch.

Chose this hotel cause it's near the train station where I was arriving from Lijiang. In fact the ride was shorter than the time we spent waiting for the car amidst the traffic at the train station. Room is a good size even for 2 and all you need is provided for. The bed and pillow is firm the way I like it. Not many food options around but with food delivery this is not a problem. The hotel has a robot to send deliveries right to your room door. Bathroom is a good size, water pressure is great. My room also came with smart voice-control which offers great convenience in the room. Service is excellent, they took my requests seriously, arranged for a room accordingly and even called to check that all was good. We were warmly welcomed with fresh fruits at check in. Then at check out, the hotel also gave a goodie bag as farewell gift. Thankful to 小叶 for her help too. Great value for this price.
