This hotel was a pleasant surprise! I usually go for the complimentary hotel options with my layovers, but choosing this one, even for under 100 RMB, was a real win. It's incredibly clean, spacious, and super convenient with its proximity to the airport and free shuttle service. They even gave us complimentary flower cakes, which were delicious! Honestly, I can't find a single fault. Service: 5/5 stars! The shuttle service to and from Changshui Airport was excellent. The driver was so helpful, loading and unloading everyone's luggage. What struck me was that hardly anyone thanked him. It felt… I don't even know how to describe it. I made sure to say thank you, and the driver responded, which really touched me. I mean, isn't a simple 'thank you' just basic courtesy, even if it's part of their job? It doesn't cost anything, but it can certainly make someone feel appreciated.

Our bed had a strong cigarette smell upon check-in. We informed the reception, but when we returned later in the day, the smell was still present, which made the stay quite uncomfortable. On the day of departure, we also encountered an issue with the transport arrangements. We informed the receptionist that we were heading to the train station, and he directed us to wait for the complimentary transport. After waiting, we were told by another staff member that the shuttle was actually going to the airport, not the train station. Unfortunately, this miscommunication caused us to miss our train. The hotel was very clean and close to the airport. They even offered a free shuttle service in the early morning, so there was no waiting, and the car only picked me up. The room was very spacious with large windows, and the room was fully equipped with smart technology, making it very modern. They also provided complimentary flower cakes and fruit. The breakfast the next day was also plentiful. The price was really great. Taking a taxi directly from here to the Cuihu area in the city center wouldn't cost much, around 45 yuan.

The location is extremely convenient—simply take the elevator to the second floor after exiting the arrival hall. A thoughtful touch was the complimentary snacks and fresh fruit served with a tea set, which made the stay feel especially welcoming. Although the staff do not speak English, they are very kind, polite, and helpful, which greatly enhanced the overall experience.

Hotel is really close to the airport. Very convenient pick up and drop off service from the hotel. The rooms are large and clean, free water, coffee, tea. Breakfast said to be included but I did not see any, perhaps too early. Slept well had good shower and was in the airline lounge within an hour from waking up.

I decided to give it a try for one night, and here are my thoughts: 1. **Hotel Hardware is Excellent:** The Simmons bed was incredibly comfortable, and having four down pillows (two thick, two thin) was a thoughtful touch! It caters to different guest preferences. It felt a bit wasteful having such a large bed all to myself on a business trip, haha! Thumbs up! 👍 2. **Breakfast is Superb:** The breakfast spread was very rich, offering both Chinese and Western options, perfectly satisfying the needs of both local and international guests. The Yunnan rice noodles were especially authentic and flavorful! Plus, the breakfast hours are quite long, from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM, accommodating both early flight passengers and those who prefer to sleep in. Thumbs up! 👍 3. **A Few Minor Gripes:** Of course, after all the praise, I do have a few small complaints: 1. The path between the lobby and the elevators involves several turns; I almost got lost twice! I suggest the hotel be more user-friendly and place clear signs in the corridors leading to the elevators so guests can easily find their way. 2. The up and down buttons for the elevator are oddly placed in a tiny crevice on a decorative wall panel. You can't even find the buttons from a distance! I actually thought it was an infrared remote control! I'd ask the hotel, wouldn't it be better to have the buttons visible on the wall so people can find them right away? 3. For such a good hotel, the surrounding amenities aren't great. There are no dining options or places to buy local specialties nearby. After arriving at the hotel in the evening, I had to walk to a hotpot restaurant next to another nearby hotel. 4. While there is a shuttle service, the fixed departure times feel a bit inconvenient. Moreover, it's like a public bus, picking up guests from several locations. If you encounter a slow or indecisive guest, it can delay others from catching their flights. A direct shuttle service would be much more ideal!

This hotel is excellent! Even though it's near the airport, it's incredibly quiet, and you can't hear any airplane noise at all. Before I even left, a sweet hotel staff member called to ask about my arrival time and told me the hotel offered airport pick-up. She even turned on the air conditioning in my room beforehand because she was worried we'd be cold, which was incredibly thoughtful and made me feel right at home. After I landed, the driver arrived very quickly, opened the door for us, and told us about the hotel's late-night snack options. Even though they were simple, seeing the steam rising from the pots late at night was so warm and touching. I later found out the lovely young lady who prepared the rice noodles was the same one who called me earlier. The two young ladies at the front desk also had excellent service attitudes and even gave my daughter a souvenir. I suddenly felt like this hotel had the warmth of a home, all thanks to these wonderful women. As for the hotel itself, it was very clean. I especially want to praise the bed – it was incredibly comfortable, firm yet cozy. The pillows were also perfect, one latex and one soft, ensuring a great night's sleep. This is a warm and high-value-for-money hotel. I carefully researched and read reviews before coming, and the price was fantastic. It definitely lived up to expectations!
