Location is very very good, right opposite Lijiang Ancient town gate. Didi can just drop you at the side of the road. No need to drag luggage through the ancient town but there is some stairs up to lobby. If you choose the right rooms, your windows will be facing the ancient village. I like the room decor which is modern and amenities in the hotel room are good quality. The toilet Is very good has heated seat and automatic bidet! They gave us flower cakes when we arrived. A very good hotel and will definitely choose this hotel if we visit lijiang again. The only thing is my window does not have a nice view.

Pure Brightness at ECHO
Just a 2-hour 15-minute flight from Shaanxi to Yunnan Province, the hotel was in between the airport and ongoings north of the Lijiang Ancient Town.
Perfectly priced with smart-room amenities, it was comfortable. Walking distance from shops and cultural activities. The bar street is nearby also.
Ride shares and busses are of plenty, and the lobby has tea tables and books with pretty fish. Easy place for families, friends, or solo travel.
Scenic drives to ShuHe (ancient town), Wilderness (Art park), Tea Horse (lake and riding), and the Wetland. Staff very helpful !!

Hotel Review: An Average Stay
I recently stayed for a short trip, and my experience was a mix of positives and areas for improvement.
Pros:
The hotel’s location is convenient, with easy access to local attractions and public transportation. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. My room was clean upon arrival, and the basic amenities like Wi-Fi, a TV, and toiletries were provided. The bed was comfortable, and the air ventilation was working well, which made my stay relatively pleasant. Also there is a magnificent view of Lijiang ancient town if you go to 5th floor
Cons:
The walls were quite thin, so I could hear noise from neighboring rooms especially the toilet flush and water flowing from sink, which interrupted my sleep. Additionally, housekeeping need to improve, as my room wasn’t tidied during all of my stay.
Overall, Echo Liangqi Mountain House has decent option if you’re on a budget and prioritize location over luxury. However, there’s room for improvement in terms of noise insulation, amenities, and housekeeping.

Really enjoyed my stay here :)
The room was modern, clean and is located right outside the ancient town gate. My favourite part about this hotel is the rooftop which overlooks the entire ancient town! My boyfriend and I boiled some tea and brought it up to chill, which was lovely! Hosts were also very kind :)
Only thing to note is that while this room indicated a bathtub, there wasn't a bathtub. Also it's located on the second floor which was much less private than we thought. The host was really accommodating though! They allowed us to find another room on the same floor that matches closer to our expectations.
Overall, highly recommended!

This hotel provided a fantastic base for our exploration of Lijiang! The location couldn't be better, right next to the entrance of the Old Town, making it easy to immerse ourselves in the charm and beauty of this historic city.
We were delighted to be upgraded to a better room category by the friendly owner. The room itself was spotless and offered lovely views overlooking the Old Town.
What truly made our stay special was the owner's exceptional hospitality. He took the time to discuss our travel plans, offering insightful recommendations for places to visit and even guiding us through the booking process (with no affiliation, which was a pleasant surprise!). He even offered to drop us off at our chosen destination for free! Throughout our stay, he frequently checked in to see how our trip was progressing, which was a thoughtful touch.
And to top it all off, after our 3-day stay, he offered us a complimentary ride to the airport! This level of service and generosity truly exceeded our expectations.
If you're looking for a hotel in Lijiang with a perfect location, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding hospitality, look no further!
