I had an amazing stay at ARULA·J Hotel and can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel completely at home—especially 小所, who was exceptionally kind, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. Their level of care truly made a difference.
The team went above and beyond to ensure all our requests were taken care of, even offering laundry services and checking in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. What touched us most was how they personally planned a short itinerary for us to explore Lijiang, helping us experience the charm of the city without any stress. They also recommended several great dining spots in the Old Town, all of which were fantastic.
ARULA·J Hotel is not just a place to stay—it’s a place where the staff genuinely care about your experience. Highly recommended, and we’d love to return!

Very attentive, thoughtful and hospitable services are provided at this hotel. The choices of coffee, red wine and tea leaves provided in the room are amazing. A wide range of breakfast options are available. The hotel is located very close to the ancient town, it is a hidden gem in the city!

Excellent experience with Arula.J. Located just at the southern edge of Lijiang Old Town, with a side door wz direct access into town.
Staff were very helpful, friendly & willing to help, free minibar & laundry certainly adds to the extremely pleasant experience we had staying here.
Loved the overall traditional garden feel too, wz free drinks if u r just relaxing by the garden.
Breakfast was a good mix of made-to-order noodles and buffet spread.
We enjoyed our stay v v much, and will certainly be back.
Just a note: it's a 2-storey building, wz 2nd storey accessible by stairs only. So do request for ground floor if u have elderly.

We have great time staying at this beautiful hotel. The hotel is just beside the lijiang old town. Very thoughtful service of providing sumptuous Breakfast, fruits baskets, afternoon teas, night time desserts. Great ambiance of luxury and relaxing. Will come back again for family trip soon

旺季出行，價格較高，但對酒店各方面都挺滿意，下次來麗江也願意再次入住這裏。
服務：提前兩天工作人員就主動聯繫我加微信建立了聯繫，並竭盡所能給予旅遊建議。入住期間，到店歡迎水果點心和晚安甜湯什麼的不在話下，年輕的工作人員都禮貌熱情，耐心周到，迴應及時，盡力滿足各項需求，一點小遺憾：因航班較晚想延遲點退房沒有通融。
酒店位置：位置不錯，在長水路上離忠義市場步行三五分鐘，有個側門直通古城南門內，從側門進古城離木王府不遠，步行七八分鐘可達。
酒店設施：酒店整體規模不大，但院內整體設計和造景精緻舒適。好像24年12月開業的，房內設施新，沐浴設備先進，電視可投屏很方便，床舒服睡了不會腰疼。房內提供兩種手磨咖啡和兩種茶葉。尤其喜歡那個紅茶。酒店豢養的小鹿對帶娃出行家長來説絕對加分項，我家孩子大了依然每天興匆匆的要去喂小鹿。我們三個人入住雙人間，免加床費並贈送了早餐，很暖心。
一點不足：一是餐廳較小，用餐高峯時段需要輪候，二是餐食不錯但相對於酒店價位來説種類較少。像米線餛飩玉米紫薯之類熱食現場沒有陳列，需要跟服務員點單後等待從後廚上餐。三是有些食物可能備餐不足，比如那個挺好吃的幹噎酸奶，早上第一天沒看到，第二天第一輪被客人取完後就沒有再補貨了。

我覺得性價比齊高 歡迎飲料 、點心 🥧水果、 還有精美下午茶 ☕️咖啡 晚上居然還有晚安甜品 最絕的是有專業攝影師給你拍攝喂小鹿 和 山景照片
服務沒得説太到位了 性價比太高了
還有一些非遺項目體驗都是贈送的 天啊 這麼好的酒店居然還有人寫差評 是拖吧
我可不是拖 我非常滿意 唯一需要加強的點
雲南四季比較涼 可以把電動馬桶加一項坐圈加熱
