Service was impeccable. They performed great attention to details, and went extra miles to ensure our stay was a comfortable one. We had to leave hotel early one of the days and they packed wholesome breakfast for us before day break. I would revisit Lijiang just for the hotel.

Second time we visited this beautiful place, and somehow the second stay eclipsed the first.
A warm welcome by the incredibly generous staff set the tone for our wonderful stay.
From the cozy atmosphere to the amazing bedding to the delicious breakfast, everything is on point.
That’s not mentioning the location, tucked perfectly in a quiet corner of Lijiang Old Town.
Thanks again for the wonderful visit and until next time, because we will be back!

我老公以前住過，推薦給我的，果然是很好的選擇。房間很舒適，服務非常周到，早餐下午茶都很用心。第一天早出發來不及吃早餐還給我們打包了三文治和水果。以後有機會還會選擇安隅。

服務：服務還是很不錯。整個住宿過程中，服務人員基本都很親切。問了怎樣去玉湖村、白沙古鎮，也會很熱情的建議。
環境：酒店整體環境挺安逸，細節做的很好。公區洗手間有漱口水等，衞生用品也很齊全。
餐食：早餐挺豐富，半自助形式。早餐後一直有免費飲品、水果供應，奶昔挺好喝的。
衞生：衞生乾淨，下次應該還會住安隅。

真的很棒的一家酒店！未入住就開始聯繫各項事宜，服務非常到位；酒店套餐含早晚餐下午茶，因為行程安排沒趕上下午茶，但早飯、晚飯都吃的非常滿意，都是現做的味道也很好，下次有機會一定還會去住這家的🥹

這是一家比較特別和有格調的酒店，就是住着不太舒服，因為房間實在太小了，燈也好暗，又沒有隔音，不過來體驗一下也是不錯的。周圍吃的餐廳很多 ，交通也很方便，服務很好，早餐特別好吃，下午茶錯過了時間沒嚐到，我猜肯定也很好吃，所以很遺憾沒嚐到。

這次雲南之行印象最深刻的酒店
酒店在麗江古城內，應該是老建築改建的
起初預訂完全是因為地理位置方便，住一晚我們就打算上雪山了
但這家酒店的服務和細節真的給了我很多驚喜
接送什麼的就不提了
房間不大，晚上隔音也不算好，但是提供的洗漱等用品質量都很好，一次性梳子居然是帶氣墊的，洗手枱邊還放了洗衣液，還有耳塞什麼的。另一邊非一次性的用品是披肩和墨鏡，這給外地來的客人感覺非常貼心
另外，因為我們到的晚第二天中午就走，沒機會吃下午茶，酒店就很貼心地給我們打包了兩盒子點心帶走。
最最熱情的是，離店的時候本來想等12點的水果吧，但是沒來得及吃，酒店知道了後還特地打電話來道歉 並且寄了很好吃的鮮花餅到家裡
所以如果下次還有機會來麗江我還會住這裏噠，也會推薦給朋友們的，希望酒店能一貫保持這麼熱情的服務喲！
