設施：房間很大 衣帽間化粧間都有 沙發也很舒服可以躺着看雪山
衞生：挺不錯的 打掃房間很仔細
環境：沒的説 鞦韆 營地 所有的一切都太美了
服務：這個真的要誇誇的 我半夜高反不舒服 凌晨一點多 已經很晚了 嘗試問有沒有製氧機 小哥直接送到房間 還有在餐廳的時候 在桌子上趴着 小姐姐以為我不舒服 很快就跑過來關心 酒店內不管去哪裡 發個訊息打個電話就會有車來接 工作人員都特別温柔友善
我們還參加了酒店的觀星活動 挺專業的 旅拍也不錯
最愛早餐的米線 氂牛火鍋也是一絕 總之真的非常值得 工作人員讓我們很有安全感 也很温暖 期待下次再見

前兩天住宿非常滿意，續住了2個晚上。一共五天四夜的感受中，最深刻的印象，除了開客廳門就是一條超長的走廊面對玉龍雪山之外，也就是酒店客服近乎可以算是無微不至的聯絡和服務。Owen和Ava兩個管家真的是就全心全意的對接，不管是早起打算收拾裝備上山的六七點，還是看完星星晚上回去的凌晨，所有的服務，包括叫醒提醒，還是代取葯物，還是酒店四種枕頭的派送，基本都是立刻回覆，而且5分鐘內就有小車來送。第三天上了玉龍雪山，結果手有些凍傷了，吃晚飯逛酒吧回去已經過了午夜，可兩位管家也立刻準備了消炎的碘伏棉簽在深夜送來。如果是一些身體方面比如高反，拉肚子，發燒，就是還是要訂餓了麼到山下的凱悦臻選，再班車過來，中間有個1小時左右很長的時間，備足葯物，璞修酒店本身的葯品存量不多，也沒有小葯房。但不得不説玉龍雪山真的太美了，而且酒店是有安排司機在遊客中心附近接送的，和四條酒店贈送旅行線的車一樣，基本上不是GL8就是漢蘭達。雪景閣真的不錯，當時從玉龍雪山下來餓壞了，點了一份氂牛肉火鍋，一份烤雞一份雞翅，沒想到火鍋量巨大，後來吃不下了見還沒上，就想包好帶回去當夜宵，可是沒想到雪景閣的小哥見狀説那烤雞不收錢了，算客房福利，簡直是驚訝到。雪景閣除了晚上的主菜，還有提供早點和下午茶，品類繁多，也非常美味，乳扇一定記得要品嚐。第四天都在房裡休息，看着玉龍美景，有幸看到了日照金山！第五天早上退房的時候完全是捨不得，美景留在心中，以後還是一定要來。Owen和Ava兩個管家無微不至的照顧，非常滿意！再來一定是不二選擇！

這一程為了日照金山，帶着媽媽和姐姐又來麗江咯，選擇了能最佳觀賞到雪山景的酒店-金茂璞修，作為最看重服務的我來説，必需誇誇我的小管家，Luna&Anna，有問必答，有求必應，敲貼心，給你們100個大拇指哈哈哈～酒店所有人員都很贊，媽媽和姐姐都滿意的不得了，讓我一定要好好評價～離店的這天早成終於等到了日照金山，媽媽姐姐激動的喲，這一程圓滿了～等待日照金山時，酒店師傅為大家送上薑茶，這樣的細節真的太暖心🫰每晚都會有特色的夜床小禮物，總之太多太多暖心細節，我這種語文是體育老師教的人實在是無法用文筆表達出來🤣最後誇誇酒店安排去的旅拍，讓我們又多了一組人生照片～

先給結論：達到預期仍有提升空間 還會再來
獨自旅行換的第二間酒店選了璞修 來之前簡單做了一些功課 也在微信上和酒店客服溝通了需求 基本都滿足了
酒店地址極佳 所以躺在房間裏也能直接看到雪山
房間內部設計比較有民族特色 牆飾 掛鈎 裝飾性皮箱
我都挺喜歡 風格很鮮明 部分智能設施可以再迭代升級
靠遊客中心還是有點距離的 酒店可以安排車送到步行棧道 剩下要自己走去遊客中心
酒店內部的活動組織可以再多元豐富一些 因為獨自旅行所以參與一些活動有種誤闖天家的孤獨感🥺
餐食也希望可以再豐富一些 理解地理問題食材可能受限所以無法大量供應新鮮多量食材
前台工作人員響應很積極 迴應也都很熱情 不過前台感覺有點小 高峯入住/退房辦理時顯得有點侷促擁擠
天氣好的夜晚星星非常明亮 肉眼可見 在離店的最後一天也終於如願在餐廳外的大平台看到了日照金山 此行不虛

酒店在山腳下，房間很大，直麪壯美玉龍雪山，位置絕佳，日出房間內即可觀望日照金山。去藍月谷等雪山景點酒店車輛隨時接送。餐廳品質不錯，就是略貴，不過山上的成本也可以理解。

還沒入住前客服Owen 和 Ava 就主動聯繫，有問必答，告知怎麼進山，也提醒我提前預約旅拍。到了酒店也有大哥主動幫忙推着行李把我們送到房間門口。
酒店位置頂頂好，陽台看了日照金山，房間也大，佈局很好。我們自駕的，比較方便，一路開到酒店風景也很好看。
送的旅拍也很好，我很怕麻煩，旅拍化粧半個多小時，拍照四十多分鐘，全部搞定，送五張照片，自費買了20張（確實拍的不錯，酒店的幾個機位也特別出片）而且不用在景區里人擠人的拍照，1對1預約服務，這點特別好。高效出片輕鬆也不耽誤遊玩。
第二天準備下山，車居然結冰了哈哈哈，停車區的大哥拿出小鏟子幫忙鏟冰，真得謝謝大哥。
天氣好，看到了日照金山，看到了滿天星空，不過酒店晚上有些小夜燈，所以房間陽台拍星空沒那麼出片。應該有專門的地方可以拍到的，我們懶沒出門。
下次要是還來玉龍雪山，還會住！！！
唯一的缺點就是晚上點不到外賣哈哈哈，然後就是太太太乾燥了，雖然客服提醒浴缸放水，但還是好乾燥，空調也關了一個，然後我拿濕巾搭在自己的眼睛和鼻樑上，睡著了（哈哈哈哈自創緩解乾燥的辦法，大家可以試一試！！！）

Dining & Hospitality at Jinmao Purel Yulong — Beyond Expectations
The restaurant at Jinmao Purel Yulong truly surprised us — the food quality easily surpasses most restaurants in Lijiang Ancient Town. Every dish was beautifully prepared, fresh, and thoughtfully presented. While prices are slightly on the higher side, the experience, ambience, and ingredients more than justify it.
A special shout-out to Luna and Fiona, who took such wonderful care of me and my family throughout our stay. Their warmth and attentiveness made us feel completely at home, turning our trip into something truly memorable.
Waking up each morning to the majestic view of Yulong Snow Mountain still feels unreal — a sight that lingers long after checkout.
If you’re visiting the area, don’t hesitate to dine in and stay here for a couple of nights — it’s an experience that blends nature, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality in the best way possible. I will be back to this hotel if I ever comes to Yunnan again
