Very friendly staff and clean room. The view from the terrace of the hotel is amazing, you can overlook the whole city. The manager was very helpful, organizing our trip to Yulong snow mountain for a fair price. Also helped us getting a fair price for presents. We‘ll come again!

Excellent hospitality and services provided by the hotel from first day till the end. Infact they also offered tour services to Jade Snow Mountain and Tiger Leaping Gorge. However the wechat conversation came a bit late as we already book in advance elsewhere. The 270 deg room is the best room with view of Lijiang old town. A bit cold as no heater equipped. But electrical blanket served the purpose. Water with heater. Located on top of the hill. So stepping lots of stairs to reach the hotel from old town. Driver and luggages pickup services provided.

From the moment we stepped into the lobby we were greeted by our hostess 小苏 who treated us to tea. We told her where we planned to visit and she quickly arranged our tickets and rides. She is very efficient, reliable, courteous and friendly. All the other staff are also friendly and helpful. Our room is comfortable and has good amenities, including a heated toilet seat, and a humidifier. We have a small balcony with good view, from where we watched a beautiful sunrise over the old town. The breakfast room has a wide, commanding view of the town below. It melted our hearts. The Chinese breakfast was excellent and plentiful, and allowed us to skip lunch. When we left, 小苏 and one of the male staff with strong arms carried our luggage uphill (15 分钟）to the taxi stand and sat with us until our ride came. Business became friendship and we were deeply touched.

Amazing and unique welcome. An unforgettable view of Lijiang. Our hosts organized everything for us to have a perfect stay. The room was very well equipped and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Good breakfast with succulent local specialties.

Excellent stay at Lijiang Joyful boutique hotel , Xiao Su was the most helpful of hosts and helped us with organizing our stay. I would definitely stay again. The room was very clean and had lovely views of the city. The breakfast was delicious.

Recommended for sisters who like taking photos, the scenery on the mountain is amazing, and you can see all the mountains. It is recommended to order breakfast, the scenery is great in the morning, and the rice noodles are delicious😋
