A new hotel located right next to Euston station. Also very pleasant to walk towards the heart of London. Rooms small but comfortable. Clean. Beds comfortable. Staff helpful.
Only imperfection - lifts too brightly lit. Not exactly comfortable when returning to the rooms at night.
No luggage storage at the hotel; but got a shop right next to it, costing 10 pound per piece of luggage, operating till 7pm.

The room was so small that I couldn't spread out my luggage.
There was no place to put my luggage, so it got in the way when I walked.
The bathroom smelled especially bad of sewage, which was painful.
The washroom space was so small that I couldn't even wash my face.

The room is very small. It's OK for one person, but not sure how it will work for two people. There is only a small corridor, bed and toilet. I don't think there is even enough space for two people to turn around. The wash basin is also very small. (Acceptable considering the price and location).
The soundproofing is so-so and sometimes you can hear the sound from the corridor.
The location is quite convenient, close to Euston Station and King's Cross Station, and you can walk to the British Museum.
The water in the shower seems to have some problems, and water will accumulate when taking a shower. Fortunately, it did not overflow onto the floor.

The room is super compact. A large bed, a compact and "smellful" bathroom, and an entrance hall of one square meter. If there is a large suitcase, it cannot be opened. The advantage is that it is right next to the UCL campus.

We communicated whether we could change the order and return it a few days later, but we were firmly rejected. After staying for one night, I checked out and asked if I could get a refund. I was not told that once I checked out, my reservation would be void regardless of whether I could get a refund. So I booked 5 nights for more than 8,000 yuan, but the hotel sold me the next 4 nights, and the manager Ilaria was extremely rude and rude.
