A beautifully presented hotel with friendly and attentive staff. The attention to detail was amazing. Our only issue was that it took two requests for the television to be looked at.

The hotel is just gorgeous. Very much a "more is more" approach to deco, but in a lovely way. The room was very comfortable and house keeping was a standout. The hotel is located in a lively neighbourhood with tons of restaurant/cafe options. It's also close to great shopping areas such as Carnaby Street and Regent Street. If you're into theatre/musical, most theatres are within walking distance. We would stay at Broadwick Soho again without hesitation.

Beautiful hotel but disappointing service with additional service fees added to the bill despite disappointing the experience whilst staying at the hotel.
