Grosvenor House Suites

Stayed at the Grosvenor House Suites for my first trip to London (birthday celebration trip as well) with my husband and adult son. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, we felt like we were family and at home. Absolutely beautiful hotel, clean, housekeeping manager checked in several times to make sure all was well, loved the bath products (smelled fantastic) even though we brought our own, breakfast and dinner room service was delicious, staff extremely nice, friendly, helpful, just wonderful! Very helpful in recommending places to see, how to get there, getting taxi's for us. A special shout out to Marco for making my birthday one of the best ever! He had cake and wine delivered to our suite to help celebrate my special day which I really appreciated! He has a wonderful personality!! Would I return - 100%! Would I recommend - 100%!! Fantastic stay, fantastic hotel!! Many thanks to Marco and the staff for making us feel so very special on our first trip to London and for making my birthday unforgettable!

Our experience here has been wonderful. Every single staff member has been exceptional with their customer service. Most notably. Loubna who greeted us with such warm hospitality and kindness. She made us feel very welcomed. The rooms are clean, and the facilities were well maintained. Highly recommend this hotel.

Grosvenor​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ House Suites is definitely one of the hidden gems. We haven't stayed in a hotel or a serviced apartment that is as welcoming and friendly. We were greeted with open arms by the concierge team the moment we got off the airport transfer. We were greeted with drinks and cookies again by the reception team when we got to the 2nd-floor lobby. They made sure everyone in our family is taken care of, including our 22-month-old son. Marco brought out a box full of toys for my son to choose from! Christian then took us on a room tour, explained all the amenities in detail, and made sure we felt right at home. Upon entering our suite, the dining table was beautifully arranged with a bottle of wine, a basket of fresh fruits, a platter of nuts to sample, and cookies and teas that are exclusive to the UK. Every day, the housekeepers will tidy up your room twice a day! Once in the morning to do a general cleaning of your entire suite, and the 2nd time in the evening to put out the room slippers and place a bottle of water on the nightstands. They even did the dishes we left in the sink! We were truly spoiled and did not know how we could return home after this trip. GHS made us fall in love with London during our first visit. We felt like royalty and often didn’t even want to leave the hotel because it was so cozy and comfortable. Special thanks to some amazing staff who we got to converse on a deeper level - Marco, Robert, Carolina, Christian, Yannick, Antonio, and Lubna. And a heartfelt thank-you to Mr. Henning for making our son’s first international trip such an unforgettable experience. GHS, you have established another level of hospitality. We want to come back ​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍!

We would not dream of staying anywhere in London except The Grosvenor House Suites. The suites are beautiful. We have stayed in a corner suite in the past with direct views of Hyde Park and sunlight streaming in and in the spectacular Serpentine Suite on our most recent visit. Everyone from Loubna (Guest Relations), Juilia (In-house dining), to all of the fine gentleman at the Concierge desk (Robert, Antonio, Sezay, and all of the others) are fabulous and always made us feel at home. They say it’s the little touches that mean the most and Grosvenor House has mastered that! Can’t wait until our return!

Our favorite place to stay, very upscale elegance. Staff are amazing, rooms are quirky but great. Sit in the lobby for some amazing people watching!! We stay here when we come to London, it’s worth the price!! Be sure to get a steak and the fries are also good!
