A shower without a door or a curtain is not avant-garde, it’s not modern, it’s not even clever; it’s just a headache and inconvenience for hotel guests and cleaning staff alike.
The faucet in the shower is very modern. Two knobs, one which turns the water on, and the other which selects whether the water comes out of the fixed shower head above, or the movable shower wand. Choose wrong and enjoy a blast of ice cold water from above.
This is not something a person wants to figure out when they step into the shower first thing in the morning.

Rather good location close to the tube and in a nice neighborhood but pictures of the hotel mislead us. Rooms and lobby are more average than they appear. Service is the worst part, we specifically asked for a room not on the train tracks but still got one. We had to make the bed for our daughter. Reception staff wasn’t smiling. Another staff complained no one was doing a good job in this hotel..,

We were initially put in a room that looked nothing like the one we booked. We were moved after requesting an alternative, but when we walked in it hadn’t been cleaned - there were crumbs on the seat and dresser, skid marks in the toilet, towels all over the floor, and the bedding was dirty. This was dealt with promptly and we were given complimentary breakfasts as an apology, however we were understandably somewhat disgruntled and expected a better standard when staying at a Radisson. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was good but the rooms are outdated and given the experience we won’t be rushing back.

Disappointed by the room availability as my room was given to someone else due to technical error however despite the issues the duty manager tried her best to accommodate providing us with complimentary stay (still waiting refund) and complimentary food.
Hopefully next time the kids and i are able to stay in the junior suite 🙏🏼

The hotel is in a great location, close to the Natural History Museum, Science Museum, and VA Museum, and is very suitable for traveling. The surroundings are very quiet. Besides, the hotel service is very good, helping with luggage and cleaning. It is a very good experience and highly recommended.

Excellent service, location, decor, and quality fo rooms. When I first checked in, I noticed the hot water was not running. Within less than an hour I the hot water issue was corrected; the staff were pleasant, professional, friendly, and indeed went above and beyond regarding service.

Aged facilities from the carpet to the lift, but the last straw was dusty bedsheets and pillows. I couldn’t sleep well but it was too late by the time we checked in. When we asked to change the sheets the next morning, it was only done after repeated reminders.
I liked the rather convenient location with several cafes and stores just outside the hotel but the cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired.

I am extremely happy with this hotel. The area is very charming and also very close to museums. There are a lot of restaurants cafes to choose within 200meters, even a few Chinese restaurants. The staff is very friendly and professional, they offered me some coffee pods with free of charge, also, they offer free laundry service twice per week, which is very important for family with kids. I will recommend this hotel to my friends.

GGuest UserVery friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Breakfast was nice, plenty of options.
Would stay again and recommend to others.
Only down points were told they didn’t offer bottles of water (even though my Hilton honors stated I get water), and also issue with heating/aircon in room and it was very cold, but they did supply electric heaters.
TTeacher HarryThis place is in need of renovation. One out of three elevators was functional when I checked in. Another was repaired later, but they’re very slow. The toilet was not secured to the floor. The plumbing fixtures are all from last century. There was a persistent rumbling noise from the heating and ventilation equipment on the roof that some people might find annoying.
The staff were pleasant enough, but the facility needs work.
FforfifaThe location is so great! It's only a three-minute walk from Kensington subway station! It's so convenient to travel! The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning and internet are great! We spent a few unforgettable days in London. There is a hamburger street around, and there are many hamburger restaurants! There is a Marks & Spencer supermarket not far from the hotel, which has everything you need to buy. There is also a bus stop one minute away from the hotel, which can go to London's ”Global Harbor”! The surrounding area is very safe, and there are no motorcycle gangs! The hotel staff are very nice! Finally, the hotel's Western breakfast is a set meal, which I think is delicious!

Mmmmnn_The room was very clean. There was also a Sainsbury's opposite, which was very convenient. The hotel staff were very nice. The bathroom and other facilities were beyond expectations and very clean.
PpelicantThe shopper preferred, Harold turned to the corner, next to the Harold underground parking lot, you can watch luxury cars. Because there is a friend who loves shopping, we chose to stay here for three nights. We rarely lived in such a boutique hotel before, but I didn't expect the experience to be very good. Both the front desk and the person responsible for luggage and cleaning are very attentive; the hotel is small and beautiful, but the rooms are large and comfortable, beautifully furnished, and the sofa is free for children. (This time I lived in five hotels in the UK, only one of them received an extra bed fee, which is very friendly to families with children). The adjacent room at the front desk is a library and a bar, breakfast is also here, in addition to the continental breakfast, you can also order a single point. It is not without flaws. For example, the mattress should not be an independent spring. Turning over will affect the people around you; the bathtub and the shower are integrated, and you must slip carefully when entering or exiting. In short, it is a very cute experience, thank you for the staff here, and thank you for the three glasses of champagne. See you next time in London.
MMikeAmazing vintage hotel with spacious rooms, good sized bed and very friendly staff. Located just near Gloucester Road tube station and all the famous museums, such as Natural History, Victoria and Albert and Science Museum. Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park are nearby as well.
