"We recently had the opportunity to stay at your hotel and overall, I truly appreciate the hospitality and facilities provided. However, I would like to share some constructive feedback regarding the pillows in the room. The pillows were too firm and unfortunately affected the quality of sleep during my stay. For a hotel of Pullman’s standard, I believe it would be wonderful to provide guests with a pillow menu or at least a choice between soft, medium, and firm pillows, to cater to different preferences. In addition, the towels felt rather thin and did not reflect the luxurious standard expected of a Pullman property. For a hotel of this caliber, I believe it would be beneficial to provide options for softer pillows as well as thicker, more comfortable towels for guests. I hope this suggestion can help enhance the overall guest experience in the future. Breakfast ok.."

"**My Unforgettable Stay at Crowne Plaza Bandung** My experience staying at Crowne Plaza Bandung was truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived and throughout the check-in process, their service was exceptional. From the security guards, door attendants, receptionists, to the staff serving the welcome drinks — everyone greeted us with such genuine smiles. It made us feel like part of a big family and made it so comfortable to talk with the hotel staff. At check-in, the staff on duty even registered me as a member of the IHG Group right away — something that would’ve been a hassle had I done it myself. That thoughtful gesture alone already spoke volumes about their commitment to excellent service. Beyond their outstanding hospitality, everything from the cleanliness to the tidiness was just perfect. The availability of thoughtful amenities like a steam iron with a board and a hair dryer added even more value. We were also given a room with a stunning mountain view — truly the best view! Facilities like the swimming pool and jacuzzi with their beautiful views, as well as the well-equipped gym, were all major factors in our decision to choose this hotel. Another highlight of our stay was the breakfast — so many varieties to choose from! From local dishes to international options, everything was delicious. The salads were fresh, and the fruit selection was top quality. The fruit was beautifully displayed in a glass case and served by the restaurant staff, rather than taken freely — which helped minimize waste. If the fruit you wanted wasn’t visible, you could simply ask, and they would take it out from the chiller and freshly cut it just for you. They even asked if I wanted yogurt to go with the fruit. Wow! Such thoughtful service. And yes — they had ice cream that was absolutely tempting. They also offered delicious Middle Eastern dishes. The sweet desserts weren’t overly sugary and were just delightful. If I were to describe everything here, it would take forever — haha! One more thing — while I was at the swimming pool area, I slipped and twisted my ankle. I requested ice for a compress, and the room service team sent over an ice bucket from the F&B staff, along with two small towels. That kind of attentiveness really stood out. Without a doubt, we’ll gladly return to stay here in the future. Thank you once again to all the hotel staff for making our stay so memorable. ---"

"The staff was very polite, efficient and helpful. The bathtub is amazing ! It comes along with the bubble bath and bath ball that was provided by the hotel per day❤️ the view at the club lounge at night was breathtaking. Recommended hotel at bandung👍 not forgetting the wide array of breakfast every morning."

"I love this hotel! I will come back again. Its nearer to lembang area? Hence it gets abit cold with the wind blows, especially in the morning! But that makes a perfect morning breakfast view & atmosphere. Staff are friendly and nice, they can speak english well too - plus points since my bahasa was.. not good, haha Love the amenities so much too, there’s kids club (alot of variations for children to play with). The pool’s amazing, as well as the koi pond ( you get to feed for free). Only downside is that, the room isnt soundproof. I took the one facing the mountain area, i can hear people walking/closing/locking their door. You can a also hear the waterfall from the pool area (but this is nice) hahah. I really love the morning view through this room though, so amazing! Other than that, love this hotel! Thank you for your service everyone! 👍"

"Abundant choices of breakfast. Full facilities with large swimming pool, complete gym, table tennis, playground and many activities for kids. Good service and good location since it is located in the middle of Bandung City and Lembang. Spacious room."

"Super love everything about the hotel. We even extended 1 more night! Very comfortable. Family friendly place! We were short of luggage and asked if they can spare us a big empty box, they delivered right to our room. EVEN PROVIDED A TAPE WHICH WE DIDNT ASK. They went the extra mile. Will definitely love to come back here again if we're going to Bandung again."

"The Room is clean and spacious, the amenities are well enough for us complete with one big screen tv in the room, it is not difiicult to find food near the hotel area, there is restaurant and coffee shop in the hotel area, and small minimart just across the street. There is spa to relaxing your body, also swimming pool at the hotel."

"I think this hotel is already running down and old fashioned. Interior design in the bedroom is kind of old, dark, the carpet is bit smelly and side lamp looks really need to be removed. Toilet leakage. The bathroom tiles looks obseleit and lots of stains. The shower also need to be replaced. The hair dryer is not broken etc. I understand since pandemic covid 19, all business are suffering. Struggling to survive. Perhaps it is one of the reasons all the renovation projects are cancelled. And one more thing.. the breakfast is really on low key budgets. Bit disappointed. Compare to other hotels in the similar category, grand aquilla far below the others. The management of the hotel should pay attention to this matter. Your hotel is so empty while others starting to receive lots of guests. Otherwise, you'll be left behind..."

"I feel disappointed with this hotel, the building is magnificent, the location is strategic, but the room is not according to the price, the bathroom: 1. There is no place for the bidet, 2. The sink is clogged, brushing your teeth feels..., the carpet in front of the bathroom is wet, so the room smells damp, the bathroom door is hard to close, it's hard, in short, I'm really disappointed."
