The hotel is very conveniently located near the subway station, making it easy to get around. The room size is just right — not too big, not too small.
However, I found the night shift staff to be not very friendly. When asking for help, they didn’t seem very willing to assist.
Another issue is the soundproofing — the walls are quite thin. You can easily hear noises from neighboring rooms, the floor above, and even people walking and talking in the hallway. For light sleepers, this could be a significant downside, especially in the morning when guests are checking out and dragging their luggage around — it can get quite noisy.
The room rate in Milan is super cheap, only 600 per night including city tax
This time the flight flew to Linate, which is very close to the Argonne Park. If you fly to Malpensa as planned, it may be a bit far. I feel that the Argonne Park is a very suitable area for tourists. There are subways and trams. The hotel is also very good and feels safe. It is recommended for economic accommodation
Location, breakfast and everything were alright. We got lucky that there were rooms available and we could check in early. Staff were nice and friendly. The rooms were a bit old, you got what you expected from a 3-star hotel. Overall was all nice, would recommend!

It so happened that I have stayed at this hotel for the third time. And each time it gets better, both in terms of breakfasts and the general space in general: for example, they now install diffusers. The breakfast is not very rich, but I can rate it at 7.5/10, it is about 25 minutes walk from Milano Centrale station. There are small refrigerators in the rooms. True, they do not freeze super strong, but maybe you can somehow adjust them - I have not tried this.
The staff was nice and overall the place is decent and clean, with a nice outside area with hammocks and a place to chill, location isn’t great but it’s ok if you’re on budget (easy to transport in Milan) near some tram stations.
A little away from the city centre but I knew it by booking! 10 minutes by bike from the historic centre. A very good hotel, modern, chill ambience. Small but well designed rooms. Nothing to say, I'll book again and I've enjoyed my stay!
Typical youth hostel, the atmosphere is comfortable and safe; I wish I could choose the bed place as moderately physically limited but for some reason the message indicated was not read.
Easyly accessible from the central station walking and very clean, for food you will have to do (the rooms are also shared in the refrigerator).
Excellent hotel. Very hospitable, friendly staff. Cozy rooms. Every time I visit Milan (in recent years) I stay here. Conveniently located. No more than 15-20 minutes by public transport to the train station and the historic center. Good view from the balcony of the room.
We had a great stay at Kleos. It had everything we look for in a hotel. Modern and spotlessly clean room with a great bathroom. The reception was open 24 hours and all staff were extremely friendly and helpful at all times. There is a bistro on site and tastefully decorated sitting area. The location is great, very close to a metro station, as well as tram and bus stops. Tram number 5, which stops just around the corner was very convenient for the train station. The metro was running till later (00:40) on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. However, there are a couple of busses that run after the metro stops. They were fast and easy to use. You can just tap your card to pay ( please note that you have to use a different card for each ticket). Highly recommend the hotel and would happily return on our next trip.

NNataliaMy stay at the hotel was good. I looked for a quiet simple place close to the central station, the city center and a metro station, so it covered all my needs for a one-night stay. You can have breakfast there, cold or hot, which is a good option. Coffee and tea are also avalable. The staff at the reception is extremely helpful and friendly - thank you for support!
SSUPERRRRRRRRRRThere is nothing to say at this price. The front desk is Chinese and speaks Chinese. The location is convenient.

LLiza BushFor your money a great hotel, location is convenient, 7 minutes to the center, metro next to the hotel, no noise, quiet guests. The tea is true but there is soap and gel for the shower, also a fan, utug give if you ask!
女女兒小香香The socket is far away from the bed, so I don't dare put my phone there to charge while sleeping. The toilet door lock is very simple, and there are no key cards for the hotel door or the room. Anyone can come and go freely. Think twice about staying here!
