Hotels in Tangshan Hot Spring Resort, Nanjing

I made an appointment with my friends to take our grandchildren with me. The hotel is inside the Garden Expo Park, which is very convenient to drive to. The hotel has a beautiful environment and good service. Miss Xiaoru, who checked us in, was very considerate and patiently answered some of our questions. The hotel's breakfast was also very rich, the environment was elegant, and the waiters were enthusiastic. The only regret was that the weather was too hot and there was little time for outdoor activities. It would be better to go in autumn and spring!

My experience with the service was extremely disappointing: 1. We weren't contacted with the park admission details until very close to our check-in time on the day of arrival, which meant we couldn't enter the park early to explore. Moreover, the 'butler service' was practically non-existent. 2. My family and a group of foreign (Caucasian) guests entered the hotel lobby at the same time. Immediately, three staff members rushed to assist the foreign guests, while not a single person acknowledged or greeted my family. I was quite frankly appalled to witness such blatant preferential treatment towards foreign guests – it was truly an eye-opener! (I hope the hotel management considers who their primary clientele truly is in this rather remote location near the Garden Expo Park – is it locals or foreign visitors?) 3. I had been promised a room upgrade by a staff member beforehand, only to be told upon arrival that no upgrade was available?! If an upgrade genuinely wasn't possible, a proactive notification beforehand would have been perfectly fine and understandable. However, it's unacceptable to enthusiastically promise something and then fail to deliver without any prior communication. 4. The front desk informed us that the children's toiletries and slippers would be delivered ”shortly.” This ”shortly” turned into several hours. We only managed to get them after we finally caught a staff member doing the turndown service. 5. Regarding the shuttle service, we were told upon boarding that it would depart in three minutes. Instead, we waited over ten minutes for it to leave, almost causing us to miss our dinner reservation at another venue. Your hotel's facilities, design, aesthetics, and cleanliness are all excellent. My only hope is that you seriously address and improve these service shortcomings. Thank you!

Very new and new homestay. . . . Be cautious when bringing children. But the environment is very elegant, breakfast cannot match the environment, very general. When booking, there was a Hanfu experience and coffee. The little brother who served did not know that I had these projects. The coffee was still the next day. I planned to check out for breakfast. I reminded me, so I felt like a stunt. Maybe he was really busy alone. I forgot.

Exceeded the expectations! Besides the beautiful location and building, the staff was so kind and available. Me and my girlfriend have been treated so well!!! 非常棒和難忘的一次體驗，因為家裡寵物多，外出旅遊一般都選擇花築，南京的這家第一次來，和美麗的店長姐姐溝通十分鐘後果斷續住一晚 作為四百不到一晚的民宿，房間裏擁有三恆系統及私湯非常讓人驚艷，恆温的設定讓房間温度始終平衡，且出風口在地面，不會發生對着人吹着涼的情況，b和c區大廳都有按摩椅可以免費享用，兩個頂樓分別有泳池和桌球大平台，娛樂設施統統不要錢，雖然周圍並不是特別繁華，但是前台自動售賣機和冷飲都有，價格真的很親民，酒店廚房自家的菜也非常好吃！ 房間外視野就是超級大草坪，有寵物遊樂設施和小童超長滑梯，我玩了好幾次，毛孩子們也特別開心， 真的很喜歡這裏，走的時候和店長美女拍照依依不捨，有機會我還會來

To be honest, as a family hotel, it exceeded my expectations. The hotel facilities are very new, the service is in place, and the outdoor hot spring is very comfortable at 39 degrees. There are also deaf and mute employees in the restaurant, and the staff care is good, which naturally makes people feel that Marriott will also treat guests with care. The hotel also gave us travel photography. The photographer Zhou Yi warmly received us and was very good at guiding the baby to pose for photos. There are also many Hanfu costumes in the store that can be rented and styled~ The only drawback is that the shuttle bus is relatively rare, but this is a problem of the entire park. I hope it can be improved next time.

Our children absolutely loved it, and it completely exceeded our expectations! We booked a 3-day, 2-night presale package and made our reservation a day in advance. Our room directly overlooked Shisan Garden, and opening the balcony door was incredibly refreshing. The front desk staff and bellhops were excellent; our luggage was promptly delivered to our room. The children's amenities also arrived very quickly. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The kids enjoyed a bath while watching TV in the tub, and we parents could work at the desk without disturbing them or each other. What the children were most excited about was the swimming pool and hot springs; they played there multiple times and absolutely loved it! In the hotel lobby, there was a sachet-making activity for 28 RMB. It was a hands-on experience where children learned to weigh traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) ingredients using a small brass scale, following recipes and specific proportions. They pounded the herbs, bagged them, and then chose their sachet design. Our child learned about the markings on ancient scales, made their own fragrant sachet, and carried it around everywhere, unwilling to let go. The hotel also provided complimentary tickets to nearby attractions. We didn't visit the fruit orchard for picking as it was outside the main resort area, but all the other attractions were excellent and easily accessible by either the hotel shuttle or the park's own shuttle service. Shisan Garden itself is both exquisitely designed and grand, with beautiful scenery at every turn – it's definitely worth taking your time to explore. The children had a fantastic time at Baobao樂園. The 'Braveheart Adventure' activity, costing an additional 30 RMB for one adult and one child, was also quite reasonably priced. Yangshan Stele is also worth a visit. Sitting in a pavilion by the lake, the cool mountain breeze instantly dispelled the summer heat. The Chinese restaurant served excellent food. My husband, who hails from Nanjing and is quite a picky eater, couldn't stop raving about the salted duck, so we ended up having all our lunches and dinners at the hotel. We had originally planned to extend our stay for another night, but unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked for the weekend. No worries, we'll definitely be back!

Let's talk about the environment first: The hotel is surrounded by a talent apartment (with a basketball court). It's quite difficult to find a supermarket nearby. You may need to go to a gas station to buy. When I just checked in, I saw people waiting in the lobby to order takeout. The door looked like an automatic door but it was not. At nine o'clock in the evening, there were few people! The only light music bar around, I couldn't find the entrance after searching for a long time. I went there for the private bath, but the hotel introduced the rules for the use of the selfless bath. I didn't know until I checked in that I could only use the private bath once a night! A little disappointed 😞 Not to mention whether it is boiled water or a real hot spring ♨️! Finally, let's talk about the breakfast, which is pure Chinese style and the variety of meals is relatively single! The interior decoration, especially the dining table and curtains, is a bit dirty! I don't think it matches the price!

The hygiene looks good. From the entrance to the usual passing by, the service staff will greet you warmly and ask if you need help with your luggage. The overall industrial style design is also different from most hotels. It is very novel. Although the buffet breakfast does not have many varieties, the quality is very good. There are also four dishes with beautifully presented dishes. Although it is Sunday, there are not many people. It is very comfortable to eat. The hotel is close to the Mirror Square and it is very convenient to go shopping.

Facilities: The hotel was selected according to the reviews, and it was worth the trip! The hotel has complete facilities, including swimming pool, restaurant, Chinese afternoon tea, bookstore, etc.; fruit drinks, potato chips and tea in the room are free, which is great👍 Environment: The hotel and its surroundings are very elegant. It is adjacent to Jinwu Pavilion Park, which is open for free. You can take a walk after dinner and it is very close to the hot spring. The hotel environment is a Chinese courtyard, elegant and quiet, especially suitable for family outings and gatherings with relatives and friends, soaking in the hot spring, listening to the birds singing, looking at the blue sky, and being in a daze, which is very comfortable! Hygiene: The hotel is very clean, the private bath is cleaned every day, and it is also safe to soak in the hot spring👍 Service: The focus is on praising the service. The staff at the front desk and restaurant are very warm and friendly, and any requests are handled very efficiently👍 The Oreo cookies in the afternoon tea restaurant are particularly delicious😋 The staff also remembered it considerately and gave it to us as a small gift when checking out, and brought hot water. During the stay, I had dinner in the hotel restaurant at night, which was clean and light; breakfast was included. The restaurant was warm and cozy, mainly Chinese breakfast, with rich categories, local characteristics, exquisite and delicious, and the morning tea dim sum beef noodles and sweet potatoes were so delicious! In short, I will definitely come again and strongly recommend it to my relatives and friends❤️
