Choosing the Hampton by Hilton for this trip completely changed my expectations for accommodation in Ningbo. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt the hotel's unique warmth and professionalism. After a long day on the high-speed train, I was exhausted. When I went to the front desk to check in, the young lady immediately offered me a cup of hot tea. The lobby also provides complimentary fruit tea and coffee. While I waited, she patiently introduced me to nearby attractions; her warm service was truly refreshing. The most impressive part was the room facilities. As soon as I opened the door, I saw neatly arranged amenities and a perfectly made bed. The bathroom had a smart toilet, and all the toiletries were well-stocked. For breakfast, I even got to try Ningbo's special tangyuan (sweet glutinous rice balls). The hotel's location is also very convenient, allowing for one-stop subway access to all the sights. This made my trip a perfect end! [Strong]

Great location, right next to Wanda Plaza and the subway, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Keely arranged everything perfectly; check-in was fast and efficient. Ordering takeout was also a breeze, as there's a robot in the lobby that delivers directly to your room, which is super efficient.

Must give it a good review! The hotel is very new, and the hygiene is excellent, making for a truly peaceful stay. The views are expansive. Even though it's in a bustling area, the soundproofing is superb, ensuring a great night's sleep. To get such facilities and service at this price is incredible value for money. I'll definitely come back for my next business trip!

Every time I come to Ningbo, I stay here. I'm a regular now. All the room facilities are meticulously maintained and spotless, absolutely no complaints. The breakfast offers a good variety and tastes great. Plus, every room type here has a unique layout, so it's not repetitive at all. It's comfortable and hassle-free to stay, I'll definitely be back!

This trip, I stumbled upon a hidden gem of a smart hotel that completely changed my perception of accommodation! As an introvert and a lazy person, I'm absolutely thrilled 😭. ✅ Contactless facial recognition check-in means no waiting in line at the front desk. Just a face scan and you're in your room in seconds, giving you a complete sense of security. The whole-house voice control is amazing! Lying in bed, I just say ”Xiao Du,” and the lights, curtains, air conditioning, and TV are all controlled with a single command. Before bed, I say ”sleep mode” and the lights automatically turn off and the curtains close. In the morning, the ”wake-up mode” slowly opens the French windows, and I'm cured by the sunlight. 🤖 Robots deliver food and amenities, so you don't have to interact with anyone at all. This is truly the ultimate hotel for introverts!

You could really tell that she enjoyed making guests feel welcome, and her positive attitude made our stay even better. Finally, a huge thank you to Jay, who worked at the breakfast restaurant. My friend and I have special dietary requirements, and Jay went above and beyond to help us every single morning. He took the time to understand exactly what we could eat, answered all of our questions with patience, and always made sure we were taken care of. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help made a huge difference to our stay. Thank you all for making our experience so memorable. The hotel is very nice I think the higher the room prices, the better the room, didn’t like our room that much haven’t seen the shower caps,face soap or toothbrushes , no iron for clothes, no bath tub as I expected in my room but I think it’s because the price was average compared to other rooms, next time will pay for the one with abit higher prices to enjoy the experience. Breakfast is nice with multiple meals, the receptionist are very kind and welcoming 🥰 And the hotel is so compressed no enough space but everything else is wonderful 😍

The room was cleaned very clean, there was a special face clothes place outside, there was a washing machine to wash clothes, the surrounding area was quiet at night, the front desk was very warm and fast

It's right in the heart of Yinzhou, with everything you could want for food, drinks, and entertainment just steps away. Taking a taxi to attractions costs barely anything, which is a lifesaver for lazy travelers like me! The minimalist wooden design is stylish and sophisticated, and the bedding is just the right firmness (a huge win for someone who struggles to sleep in new places). I slept like a baby until I naturally woke up. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer fantastic natural light, making every photo look like it's from a magazine. The front desk staff are all super friendly and always happy to help. Plus, there's even a robot that delivers your takeout right to your door, which really adds a sense of security.
