Our initial triple room was incredibly cramped, but the double room we moved to later had a normal, comfortable amount of space. The hotel's location is absolutely superb; it makes getting around incredibly convenient. The hotel occupies floors nine and above, with a shopping mall and restaurants on the floors below (up to the eighth floor). Getting here is very straightforward: take the airport bus to Osaka Station, and it's just around the corner in the direction the bus was heading. The transportation links are truly excellent. Breakfast was plentiful and varied.

Hotel Granvia Osaka Vischio: Comfort and pleasant surprises by Osaka Castle
I was completely won over by Hotel Granvia Osaka Vischio during my trip to Osaka! From check-in to check-out, every detail made me feel 'at home'. I especially recommend it to travelers who want to experience Osaka Castle thoroughly and enjoy convenient transportation.
The location is its biggest highlight. It's only a 5-minute walk to JR Osakajokoen Station, and you can simply stroll through the park to reach Osaka Castle Tenshukaku. In the morning, you can even exercise in the park with the birds chirping, immersing yourself in Osaka's urban greenery. It's also just a 3-minute walk to Tanimachi Yonchome subway station, making it possible to reach shopping areas like Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi, and Umeda within 15 minutes by subway. This location perfectly balances avoiding the hustle and bustle of the city center while still offering convenient transportation.
The room experience exceeded expectations. Even in space-constrained Osaka, the room layout was reasonable, without any feeling of being cramped. The refreshed facilities from 2022 are of high quality, with a smart toilet, HD TV, and branded toiletries all provided. The small sofa area by the window was my favorite spot; it was wonderfully relaxing to curl up there with a cup of tea in the evening, looking through photos taken during the day. The bedding had just the right fluffiness, ensuring a refreshing night's sleep before heading out to explore and eat. The soundproofing was also excellent; I couldn't hear any outside noise.
The attentiveness of the service and dining was truly touching. The front desk staff spoke fluent English and proactively offered sightseeing maps of Osaka Castle and subway route guides. They also thoughtfully advised us to avoid peak crowd times at popular attractions. You absolutely must try the Japanese cuisine section at breakfast; the freshly made okonomiyaki was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and paired with delicious miso soup, it set the tone for an energetic day. The bread and coffee at the Western-style counter were also of high quality, with such a rich variety that you could try something different every day. Furthermore, the hotel's luggage storage and printing services are completely free, which is incredibly helpful for independent travelers.
If you're looking for a hotel in Osaka that offers 'convenient transportation, comfortable stays, and warm service,' Hotel Granvia Osaka Vischio is definitely the perfect choice. I will certainly stay here again on my next visit to Osaka!

The hotel's front desk is located on the 9th floor, easily accessible by elevator from the Daimaru side (south exit) of the subway station. The service here was excellent, reminding me of the high standards I experienced in Japan a decade ago – a quality that's hard to find these days. Downstairs, there are abundant dining options, as there's a shopping mall on both the north and south sides of the station. On our second day, we went to USJ. Luckily, during the Expo, there was a direct subway line that took us there in just one stop, a mere ten-minute ride. Even normally, reaching USJ is very convenient; with just one transfer, the total subway journey only takes a little over ten minutes.

This hotel is fantastic! It's incredibly convenient, located just 10 meters from Yotsubashi Subway Station, right outside Exit 2. Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori are only 1.2 km away, so you can easily walk there to explore the area by night. Plus, there's a supermarket right next door, which is very affordable and handy for grabbing essentials.
The hotel itself is spotlessly clean. While the rooms aren't huge, they are very well-equipped and even include a fridge, which is incredibly handy. On the second floor, there's a free hot and cold water dispenser, saving you from buying bottled water. They also have a microwave and an ice machine available for guests, which is super convenient for heating up meals or getting ice anytime.
They also offer luggage storage, which is a thoughtful touch.
I will definitely book this hotel again the next time I visit Osaka.

I booked this hotel primarily for its location. The actual route was much simpler than what Google Maps suggested; we followed a previous reviewer's advice: take the JR West Exit/Sakurabashi Exit, cross the road, walk past 7-Eleven, and it's straight ahead – no need for the convoluted route Google Maps suggested. It's also very convenient for the airport, with the bus terminal just a 5-minute walk away, saving you the hassle of lugging suitcases up and down stairs. However, Umeda Station is massive. While the hotel is right next to a subway entrance, some subway lines still require a good 10-15 minute walk to reach from their respective exits.
Now for the downsides. Despite the great location, if you happen to get a street-facing room, you can still hear the JR train noise (even on the 12th floor, which isn't particularly low). Light sleepers beware. There was also some dust in the room, especially on the blinds. The bathroom was quite small. And, somewhat strangely, booking a triple room for two people ended up being cheaper than a double room. Furthermore, bottled water isn't provided in the rooms; instead, there's a water dispenser and ice machine in the hallway on each floor, so you need to bring your own bottle to fill up.
Overall, it's acceptable for a one-night stay, and the breakfast was decent. However, if the price is too high, it definitely isn't worth the cost.

The rooms are compact but modern, very clean, and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is convenient, close to public transport, shops, and restaurants, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were polite and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. A good choice for travelers looking for comfort and value in Osaka.

The hotel boasts a fantastic central location, nestled between Midosuji Avenue and Shinsaibashi shopping street, making getting around incredibly convenient. Access to the Midosuji Line is superb; you can quickly reach Umeda and connect to various other destinations. Check-in was a breeze, with Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk who clearly and thoroughly explained all the necessary details. Our triple room was impressively spacious, easily accommodating two large suitcases opened simultaneously. The overall room environment and cleanliness were of an excellent, above-average standard. It was remarkably quiet and featured excellent blackout curtains, so much so that I accidentally slept in until 10 AM one day! Being on a high floor, our room offered a truly beautiful night view. Definitely a highly recommended option if you're looking to stay near Shinsaibashi.

A nice and clean hotel in a reasonable location. It can be noisy due to the adjacent major road, especially when noisy motor bikes and sports cars drive past making a terrible noise.
Rooms are adequate in size for one, but the twin bedded rooms are a little bigger.
The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and polite. Lift access is a bit unusual as one needs to catch an ascending separate lift to reach reception on the 16th floor, and then another descending separate lift to reach your room on levels 15 and below. Overall a nice hotel. Thank you.

Extremely clean and quite spacious. I love Japanese bathrooms; they're small but very well-designed, making for a comfortable shower experience. Highly recommend! I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Osaka. The subway station is right out front, which is super convenient!

I hadn't come across this hotel during my initial research back home. It was a last-minute booking for a two-day stay in Umeda, and to my surprise, I was incredibly satisfied.
I had booked a standard twin room, but to our delight, we were upgraded to a triple upon check-in. With my 9-year-old, having three beds was perfect, ensuring everyone got a good night's sleep.
The hotel's location is also excellent and easy to navigate. Although it's a short distance from JR and other train lines, you can easily enter an underground passage just outside the hotel. This means you're protected from rain and sun, and within minutes, you can reach major department stores like Hankyu, Hanshin, Daimaru, and Yodobashi Camera.
A major plus is the Kansai Airport limousine bus stop, located extremely close to the hotel. Buses are frequent, rarely crowded, and provide a comfortable and efficient journey.
The hotel offers complimentary drinks all day. In the afternoons, they serve afternoon tea and alcoholic beverages, and in the evenings, even rice and pickled side dishes are available.
On the top floor, there's also a hot spring bath (onsen).
My only regret is forgetting to take photos! If I had, Picture 1 would feature the complimentary late-night snack, Picture 2 the afternoon drinks, and Picture 3 the nearby Hanshin Department Store. I genuinely regret not having booked my entire stay here. Highly recommended!

LLitalWe stayed at this hotel for 4 nights
The hotel is located near a subway station (a 5 min walk), which is very convenient when needed to go to the cental of Osaka and to the Shinkansen station.
The area near the hotel is nice and quiet and has great places to eat (especially coffee shops).
The lobby was nice with friendly staff. The check in and out was quick and we even gave our laggege to the reception after check out without any problem.
The room itself was very small, but looked nice, was clean, had basic amenities, and the bed was very comfortable.
Our only issue was that the room didn't have any neutral light- the window was darkened and blocked by another building.
Overall our stay was enjoyable.

DDanielPurnellPretty average stay at Zentis Hotel. It looks very nice and the room was large and bright. Bed was nice and big but it was very hard including the pillows.
Location was decent as it was a short walk from Osaka station and some other smaller stations.
The view from the window was non existent, just another building or car park outside the window.
There was an alarm clock sound that went off in one of the rooms nearby 24 hours and the only solution offered was to move me to another room but by this time I had unpacked and I didn’t want to waste more of my holiday repacking and moving.
There was a lot of long black hairs over the floor, surfaces and bed, I assume from previous guests or cleaners. The room could have done with a decent hoovering.
The washing machine room is nice to have however when I tried to use it, it swallowed all my cash and didn’t start so I had to get reception to fix it which they did quickly. Two out of three dryers were out of order though so there was always a lot of people waiting to use the one in action.
For this price, and the issues I raised above, I’d of expected some breakfast included.
All in all; very average stay and I wouldn’t come back to this hotel in a hurry.

Mmezzan9neLocated around 5-10 minutes walk from Yodoyabashi Station, somewhat in the middle of the business district stands the Hotel Resol Trinity Osaka. Yodoyabashi station is a pretty convenient location, as it was minutes away from Osaka-Umeda Station as well as Shinsaibashi and Osaka-Namba station, which were all on the same line which made travelling around a breeze. The ambience and feel of the hotel was very inviting and comfortable.
We had booked the Hollywood Twin Room, and it was quite small, but I would rather describe it as cozy, though my only grouse was that the beds were too close to each other, and the lack of space for 2 huge luggages. I do love that although a bit on the small side, they still managed to fit in a nice Japanese bath to soak away the fatigue. Besides that, there was nothing much to complain about, as the beds were comfortable and not overly hard, and the staff were pretty warm, friendly, professional and efficient. The highlight was definitely the breakfast, which had a nice variety and were pretty delicious.
Overall, a fantastic choice and a definite contender when we next go back to Osaka.

HHolidayTimeOne of my favourite stays in my 4 weeks in Japan. The room had all I needed and was clean, with extra sanitising.
The staff were really helpful and organised for my luggage to go Tokyo for me whilst I go to Kyoto.
The location is perfect and minutes walk to the station, shopping streets and Dotonbori.
Breakfast was included but was quite simple for me. There were some Asian food, continental breakfast and variety of drinks.

LLisaSmeiwentiRooms and bathrooms are quite compact. There's a public bath on the 2nd floor, which many guests opt to use for showering before returning to their rooms to relax. Bottled drinking water is not provided in the room; guests need to use the water dispenser in the hallway. Daily room cleaning is not offered. During our 8-night stay, we only received two complimentary cleanings. Additional cleaning costs 1000 JPY per service, and frankly, the cleaning itself was quite perfunctory. Don't expect the same standard as similarly priced hotels in China. Breakfast was repetitive, but tea, coffee, and other beverages are available for takeout throughout the day. The location is excellent, being just a 10-minute walk to the Umeda shopping district.

KKate DzWell? The hotel is gorgeous!
Installations and the concept is amazing.
The room is spacious with amazing city view. The bed is huge and super comfortable, also pillows are kinda clouds. Loved that.
The reception always ready to help. But at the check out hour there’s a long line, so to avoid it I checked out earlier.
That was pros. Now cons.
Cleaning service always forgets something. Like one day I didn’t find cotton buds, another day they didn’t put the toilet paper etc. For such a class of the hotel it’s unacceptable.
Also there’s no iron and iron desk in a room so you should ask to bring it and if it’s peak hour you should wait some hours. Unacceptable again.
Location isn’t really wow because all the restaurants and activities and shopping are away and at the peak hours the subway is super crowded because the hotel located in the business area.
Overall, the hotel is really nice but cons are bigger so I would not stay there again.
Shinsaibashi area looks more attractive for me, also there’s another Candeo in that area so next time I’ll try to stay there.
Thanks for the reception guys and girls.
Cleaning service, please be more attentive.

RRosekgjWe had the best time here! The room was perfectly sized to fit us and our suitcases. The bathroom and bath were great to have the proper Japanese wash. USB outlets made it easy to charge our devices and the downstairs lounge was perfect to stop in for our delicious breakfast onigiri, midday snack or nighttime drinkies.
Staff were so helpful when we arrived early so we could store our bags and immediately go sightseeing. Location is great and you’re so close to shopping and eating places as well as the train station nearby too. The icing on the cake was the cool animatronic dinosaurs at check in.
Cannot fault my stay here at all and will definitely come back here next time I’m in Osaka.
