"I had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Northbridge. The room was spacious, spotless, and came with a very comfortable bed that made for a great night’s sleep. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the CBD, within a short walk (less than 5 minutes) to Yagan Square and Perth Train Station. It’s also surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafes, and amenities, including a 24-hour Chinese restaurant that serves really good food. The hotel itself feels modern and welcoming, with nice in-room touches like a good-sized TV for relaxing after a day out. Overall, it’s a fantastic choice if you want convenience, comfort, and easy access to Perth’s iconic landmarks. Highly recommend!"

"Exceptional stay from start to finish I had a fantastic stay at the Pan Pacific Hotel and couldn’t fault a thing. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming — the kind of service that makes you feel looked after without being overbearing. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean, with an incredibly comfortable bed and thoughtful touches throughout. Everything felt calm, luxurious, and well-maintained. The facilities were equally impressive, especially the pool and fitness areas, which were spotless and relaxing. The location is also a huge plus — convenient for getting around while still feeling like a peaceful retreat from the city. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and high-quality options. "I came to Perth in Nov for short holiday.Stayed in Tribe Perth hotel.The hotel stay was nice and clean hotel.The staff was wonderful and service was good.Good location and moving the cbd area was easy.Had nice stay during my short stint.The weather was so nice and wonderful. "Hotel lobby has a pleasant smell and the room is spacious. The staff are friendly and attended to our queries with much patience. Photo 3&4 - From Perth Train Station, there's a Yellow CAT Perth City bus that you can take for free to reach the hotel. Out from the train station, cross the road and turn right. It's two stops and a short walk away. The bus operates every 10-15 mins. Likewise, from the hotel, the bus pick-up point is opposite the hotel. The operating hours are indicated at the pickup points. Photo 5&6 - The hotel serves refreshing drinks and a water dispenser is available at the lobby. Overall, it's a pleasant stay at Four Points by Sheraton Perth"

"Very good location, buses from at front the hotel, nearby amenities and the Swan River at the back. Staff member reception nice ,same as service cleaning. Place where you can sleep all night, quait secure and silent.Got everything needs as microwave, fridge and some room with kitchen. Prices similar with the rest around that aerea . Staying there could be repeat again if is necessary."

"Room is very nice, only having double beds was annoying as I’m tall and take up space. Two issues, casting didn’t work for my TV and exhaust fan didn’t work in bath room. Overall an ok stay, I also feel valet parking is a lot at $65 AUD per night."

"Perfect location for a short stay. The hotel is central, there is a wonderful bar and restaurant if it gets late and you prefer to stay in. We had a drink at the bar and enjoyed the ambiance of the place. There’s a pool and gym which is great to have on hot days. It was close to many shops and restaurants which is ideal as you don’t have to travel far also to enjoy the pier and city views."

Specifically, the inclusion of functional drawers, a practical wardrobe, and a modern television with Wi-Fi and the capability to access personal streaming subscriptions (e.g., Netflix, Prime) would be beneficial. Furthermore, incorporating a small table to utilize the enclosed balcony and upgrading the plastic outdoor chairs at the dining table would enhance the amenities. Positive aspects include complimentary parking and convenient access to major roadways. The proximity to the central business district (CBD), a 10-15 minute walk, and nearby bus services are also advantageous.The kitchen is functional with basic cooking equipment, but again cooking oil especially for short term guests would be appreciated by guests. The environment is generally quiet and conducive to a hassle-free stay. I would consider a return visit if discounted rates are available. However, at the current pricing, which can be perceived as elevated, I would likely explore alternative options."

"Unfortunately not a fan. Booked holiday inn after a great stay at Shanghai but this rendition was disappointing. Positives: location is convenient and is near the shopping streets, food, cafes and Perth station if you’re taking the train from the airport. Three lifts which was pretty good, never had to wait long. Shampoo / body gel / cream smelt decent Negatives: toothbrush provided only upon request, only two bottles of water given for the stay - the rest had to be obtained from the water cooler at reception, room carpet felt icky and no bedroom slippers were provided, room lighting was insufficient. Dated power points (no usb) Booked a king bed room but was given two double beds. I didn’t like it but didn’t wanna make a fuss. Room had zero views and was facing another hotel (?!), machines and I didn’t feel safe opening the curtains. NOISE - could hear the next door opening and closing the cupboard, bathing, talking etc Even within the room, there was ALOT of noise. From the aircon, fridge etc which gives one scares esp when trying to sleep, it sounds like someone else is in the room. Staff were relatively friendly but seems to be understaffed where reception only has one staff manning the counter. Overall; I paid a higher price point than surrounding brand name hotels expecting similarly wonderful rooms / service as holiday inn Shanghai but I half regretted staying here as soon as I got to the room. Previously stayed at doubletree Hilton which had a better room at a lower price point though location wise, holiday inn is better."
