"Exceptional stay from start to finish
I had a fantastic stay at the Pan Pacific Hotel and couldn’t fault a thing. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming — the kind of service that makes you feel looked after without being overbearing.
The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean, with an incredibly comfortable bed and thoughtful touches throughout. Everything felt calm, luxurious, and well-maintained. The facilities were equally impressive, especially the pool and fitness areas, which were spotless and relaxing.
The location is also a huge plus — convenient for getting around while still feeling like a peaceful retreat from the city. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and high-quality options.
Overall, Pan Pacific delivers true five-star comfort with outstanding service. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a refined, relaxing, and seamless hotel experience."

"Stayed in twin room on 2nd floor. Room was quite dusty and both the power sockets at the coffee table doesn't work so had to boil water at the desk. There is no indication of the number to call for reception. The bedside power socket is near the floor behind the bed so you have to roll the bed away to access the socket. Carpark for full day is 38AUD with multiple entry until 1pm the next day.
Front desk staff was excellent! I forgot to get her name but she gave my two girls small gifts when we were checking in during Christmas!"

"Very good location, buses from at front the hotel, nearby amenities and the Swan River at the back.
Staff member reception nice ,same as service cleaning. Place where you can sleep all night, quait secure and silent.Got everything needs as microwave, fridge and some room with kitchen.
Prices similar with the rest around that aerea .

"I had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Northbridge. The room was spacious, spotless, and came with a very comfortable bed that made for a great night’s sleep. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the CBD, within a short walk (less than 5 minutes) to Yagan Square and Perth Train Station. It’s also surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafes, and amenities, including a 24-hour Chinese restaurant that serves really good food. The hotel itself feels modern and welcoming, with nice in-room touches like a good-sized TV for relaxing after a day out. "I got checked in hassle free by Joanne from front office even though I arrived a bit early they took note of my request as I was travelling and had a 10 hr trip. The breakfast was ok though a bit pricey nothing extraordinary one can definitely go outside for more options as the location is quite strategic. Parking should be considered to be free especially on weekends where it’s free in parking areas. Jervis,Alex and Andrea from concierge were all polite and friendly. Rada from housekeeping took care of my room and was friendly and professional. I will still stay and recommend the hotel overall the stay was very good and the hotel staff were quite knowledgeable and had impressive customer service."

"I chose to book this hotel for it's location and closeness to the Optus stadium. It was also just a short walk to the train station which made getting around very easy. My room was clean but I think the hotel in general is starting to look tired. I found some of the staff to be excellent and some not so good. I thought the breakfast was expensive, especially on the Sunday with an extra 10% surcharge although it was of good quality and plentiful. "

"Easy to walk around local area and travelling on free bus helped us move around with ease. Some shops and eateries close by. We had a great view from our balcony (even had a concert one night from Langley Park.....added bonus) and Folley rooftop bar had inside and outdoor seating again views were excellent."

Ppetrina yeoWe stayed as a family with a 2year old. I wouldn't consider this a 5 star, perhaps more of a 4 star.
When we arrived late at night, tired from a long drive, there was no bell boy to assist us with luggage direct to room, and esp with a kid in tow it was difficult. However one of our bags broke and the staff did help us get a bag from their store.
Also no toothbrush was provided upon check in day and we found out next day only that it has to be requested, seriously, this is a very basic necessity to have at least for 1st day.
The decor was intended to be classy but we found it a tad bit dark.
The worst part was the bed was way too soft and sunk in, I had a backache the next days. :(
On a positive note the bath tub was huge, toilet was spacious with 2 sinks! My kid enjoyed the bath tub. Also they did prepare the cot in the room when we arrived and I was very pleased.
The next day I asked for high chair and it was timely placed at our room when we got back. Overall the staff were responsive.
Also the breakfast was Ala carte, not buffet, but it was nicely cooked - however they did not offer a kids menu.
The location is close to cbd shopping but do take note parking at hay street has day charges/hourly charges which you should factor to the value of your stay. Most shops closes early around 5pm by the time we got back from our day trips.
Overall this hotel was more for couples or business stay and not so kid/family friendl, but that's just my opinion!

BBaixianshengbaixiaoshengWhile the room wasn't overly spacious, the twin room was perfectly adequate for our needs. We had enough space to open two suitcases, and the beds were a good size. The service was truly excellent; they offered complimentary ice cream for the kids (available daily with a small card), along with donuts and small toys – a really thoughtful touch. Breakfast was good, offering a pretty extensive selection. The location is incredibly convenient, right in the city center, with a 'Red Cat' (a local landmark/service) right outside the door. Booking early with breakfast offered decent value for money, though the price did increase significantly later on.

Crown Tower Perth not only offers generous room sizes but also boasts a wide array of entertainment and dining facilities, including a casino, a shopping mall, and diverse restaurants, catering to the needs of various guests. Moreover, the hotel's location is incredibly convenient, being close to Perth city center's main attractions, making it easy for visitors to explore the city.
Crown Tower Perth is an integrated resort offering accommodation, entertainment, and leisure, and I personally highly recommend it.

The cleanliness, however, is just so-so; the bath towels had noticeable black stains. On the first day, I ate takeout at the dining table, and when I returned the next evening, I found the oil stains were still there. The cleaning staff is not very thorough. Parking is $50 a night. Overall, it's great value for money. It's a 5-minute walk to the city, and there's a newly opened Mr. King Beef Noodle nearby which is pretty good.

GGuest UserThe hotel did not feel very 4 star and the toilet had leaks and cracks and the aircon did not work properly so i was perspiring every night. However the saving grace was always the employees. Dushan and Daniel was very helpful and professional towards us and assisted us each time we had a need during our holiday. On the last day the weather had turned very hot suddenly and I was beginning to feel unwell and Daniel was helpful towards us as we were getting to our late flight. I truly appreciated their assistance and kindness.

AAmylulumi HoWe stayed for 4 nights and overall the hotel felt more like a 3-star rather than a 4-star. During our stay, we ran out of soap and i asked three times, no one came to replace it until I personally asked the cleaner for a refill.
Our first room also had a cracked toilet seat with rough edges that actually scratched us, so we requested a room change.
In the second room, the room phone was not working, we went out for the day expecting it to be fixed, but nothing was done by the time we check out the hotel.
To be fair, the location is convenient and the staff are friendly, but the experience and maintenance standards did not reflect a 4-star rating. With improvements in housekeeping responsiveness and room upkeep, this hotel could offer a much better stay.

DDuetpodTook my 8yo and 16 month for a 2 night stay. They loved it. Very quiet hotel not too far to walk into the city and close to public transport. Nice breakfast and comfy beds. My daughter didn't want to leave. Was nice to have a bath and shower in the executive suite as well. Decor is dated but didn't affect our experience and stay.
