The facilities were satisfactory, and there are many amenities nearby, so I highly recommend it for backpackers."

Furthermore, incorporating a small table to utilize the enclosed balcony and upgrading the plastic outdoor chairs at the dining table would enhance the amenities. Positive aspects include complimentary parking and convenient access to major roadways. The proximity to the central business district (CBD), a 10-15 minute walk, and nearby bus services are also advantageous.The kitchen is functional with basic cooking equipment, but again cooking oil especially for short term guests would be appreciated by guests. The environment is generally quiet and conducive to a hassle-free stay. I would consider a return visit if discounted rates are available. However, at the current pricing, which can be perceived as elevated, I would likely explore alternative options."

"I stayed at the corner room. Spacious king size bed and the provided slippers and bathrobe! Easy access with a bus stop nearby. Highly recommended."

"That was great and cleaner than I expected . Pretty much everything in the room, except kitchen. This hostel isn’t typical party hostel. I reckon everyone would stay there without stress. I’d love to stay here again if I’ve got chance."

"The room was quite spacious, with an en-suite bathroom, and the bed was very comfortable. It's also conveniently located close to the train station and the commercial center. However, I found it strange that the beds didn't have privacy curtains. The quad room had two single beds and one bunk bed."

"At first, it look very old but after sometime, I can feel very relaxed and good atmosphere here. I can sleep very comfortably even I have to do a bit of hike/jump to my upper bunkbed. The mattress is very good quality and it can make me sleep comfortably, that's the most important. Also, the location is the best in the heart of Perth CBD and next to Chinatown, many yummy foods there. Bathrooms are plenty and very clean. Their staff customer service skill is second to none. Very happy staying here for three nights yeven if I have to do a bit of hike/jump to reach my comfy bed mattress (Other three upper bunkbed in the room are good, its have the ladder screwed properly, just my upper bunkbed. It's good exercises)."

Good things I liked: - Comfortable mattress, with a small curtain for a little privacy - Staffs were nice and helpful - common areas, kitchen, and showers/toilets were cleaned daily - Plus point: Breakfast included (simple toasts with peanut butter/Jam/choc spread) - Free coffee and tea (not the best quality but ok) - near bus stop and grocery (Woolworths) Not so good things: - rooms are quite cramped - no signage outside, bit confusing & hard to find for first timers - Most of the furniture and kitchen facilities are quite old - front porch & yard seems messy & unaesthetic - Price-to-quality ratio: ok The free breakfast, nice & helpful staff, kitchen space and social areas make this hostel recommendable. However, needs for hostel signage & revamping of all spaces & furnitures would make it a highly recommended hostel."
