"Arrived and was met by a very friendly guy, who welcomed me, gave me my keys and led me to my room. The room was clean. It had all I needed for a good night's sleep. The bed was comfy and I slept well. I would stay there again if I passed through Zurich again. I felt valued and comfortable there."

"The hotel has buses to take passengers to and from the train station, which is very considerate. The hotel is only a 5-minute walk to the cable car station; the hotel provides a pass for the cable car and buses in the area, which is very considerate. The room is big enough, but the only drawback is that there are no basic facilities such as a hot water kettle and a refrigerator, and there are only two water cups. "We booked Randolins just for 1 night as we took Glacier Express from St Moritz. The hotel receptionist kindly waited for us beyond 10pm closing time and helped to check in. The room was small but clean. Fresh air from the window not from the air conditioner and drinking water from the tap is something missing in daily life. The bathroom was on the corridor, but there were no neighbors so it was convenient and easy to use. I would say it is value for money."

"Our room was so warm and cozy and it’s next to several trails. The building apartment is literally next to the woods and it gives a really nature vibe. David was so helpful about everything we needed and the other staff was so nice and lovely they let us check in earlier than the check in time. They even took care of my luggage after check out as I wanted to do a hike near the area."

"We had a pleasant surprise with an upgrade to a bigger room from our booking as it is our wedding anniversary. Room was decorated beautifully. "This room is similar to a small suite, located in the wing building. The rooms in the main building should be better. The room is not big, old-fashioned and ordinary, and the electric blanket is a bit old, but clean.
The water pipes in the room are filled with mountain spring water, which is delicious for making tea and makes your skin smooth after bathing.
The hotel lobby is so beautiful, and the stairs and the wide corridors on the guest room level are all old-fashioned and elegant.
Picture 8 is the chef's recommended dish in the hotel restaurant. The ingredients and seasoning are a level higher than those in the restaurants near the hotel. There are several restaurants under the hotel within a 5-7 minute walk. I only tried the Japanese food, which was good, and the tempura shrimp was large and fresh."

There's no sidewalk leading to the entrance, so there's a steep slope where you have to walk alongside the car, which can be quite dangerous.
The room was clean and tidy, with a window facing the lake.
The bathroom had a heated towel rack and provided some disposable toiletries like conditioner, a shower cap, and soap (I brought my own toiletries, so I didn't unpack them, so I'm not sure if they included a toothbrush or toothpaste).
The entire hotel had a wood-like smell, which I personally didn't like.
The pictures were taken in the parking lot at the entrance.

When you get off the train station, call the hotel and you will be picked up right away. It will be delivered to the station. Although it's not far, it's quite tiring to climb up the hill with your luggage. , with a century-old history and antique decoration, the restaurant is very beautiful and the breakfast is rich. There is also a swimming pool and sauna that you can’t enjoy. Although the room is not big, it is fully equipped and has a coffee machine. The balcony has a corner of the lake view. The front desk enthusiastically introduced the cable car route. Compared with the other two This five-star hotel is so cost-effective. The price will double during the winter ski season.

JJiaganggI originally wanted to enjoy swimming and fitness in the hotel, but the nearby ones were closed during this time, so I had to take a bus to another town, which was very inconvenient. It happened to snow on the day I stayed in the hotel, and the scenery was nice, so I took a lot of photos as souvenirs.

The only thing that came to me was the red cloth of Hotel Norda, as in the photo of the room on any reservation site? I was a little disappointed because I didn't lay it on the bed. I think it's because I'm Japanese, but I was surprised that there was no shower door.

The room is clean but there is only one electric socket in the room excluding the one in the washroom.
The electric kettle given had a break in the kettle handle,my friend got a scald and blister after handling it.
