"Arrived and was met by a very friendly guy, who welcomed me, gave me my keys and led me to my room. The room was clean. It had all I needed for a good night's sleep. The bed was comfy and I slept well. I would stay there again if I passed through Zurich again. I felt valued and comfortable there."

"Lucky we booked the Hauser. It is in the middle of town area with the best and most popular restaurant of its own in town. We got a balcony room with stunning view of town and mountain. Room is spacious and basic with every amenities you need. The efficient free shuttle back to train station was bonus. The staff helping the arrangement were all super friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed our breakfast. What's more you can expect from St Moritz?"

"A lovely hotel, beautifully decorated, takes you back in time to the grandeur of days gone by. We had a room with a view. The lake and the Alps, just beautiful! Loved sitting at the desk at the window looking out over the lake. A cool breeze blowing through the open windows. "

"We had a pleasant surprise with an upgrade to a bigger room from our booking as it is our wedding anniversary. Room was decorated beautifully. Hotel also offered complimentary pick up and drop off service from/to the train station. Minibar is complimentary with beer, coke, lemonade, soda, peanuts and chocolates. Free cable car passes were also provided. Very heart warming stay."

"Our room was so warm and cozy and it’s next to several trails. The building apartment is literally next to the woods and it gives a really nature vibe. David was so helpful about everything we needed and the other staff was so nice and lovely they let us check in earlier than the check in time. They even took care of my luggage after check out as I wanted to do a hike near the area."

"This room is similar to a small suite, located in the wing building. The rooms in the main building should be better. The room is not big, old-fashioned and ordinary, and the electric blanket is a bit old, but clean. The water pipes in the room are filled with mountain spring water, which is delicious for making tea and makes your skin smooth after bathing. The hotel lobby is so beautiful, and the stairs and the wide corridors on the guest room level are all old-fashioned and elegant. Picture 8 is the chef's recommended dish in the hotel restaurant. The ingredients and seasoning are a level higher than those in the restaurants near the hotel. There are several restaurants under the hotel within a 5-7 minute walk. I only tried the Japanese food, which was good, and the tempura shrimp was large and fresh."

"This hotel is quite old, but we adore the old-world charm it possesses. It is about 10 mins walk from the main shopping and restaurant area of St Moritz, and about 5 mins drive from the St Moritz train station. If you're taking the train, contact the hotel beforehand and they can pick you up from the train station free of charge. We booked the most basic room, which was already quite spacious though without a balcony or much view. Though the rooms are dated, they are very clean and comfortable. Our booking came with free breakfast and it has a decent selection of Swiss breakfast stables like eggs (scrambled and soft boiled), cheese, pastries, bread, sausages, cereal, mueseli, yogurt, fruits, etc. If you ask, the hotel also has gluten-free bread and vegan milk (oat or soy) for no additional charge. The service throughout the property is excellent and everyone is friendly and willing to help. We had dinner once at the hotel restaurant and it was delicious and reasonably priced (by Swiss standards). A few points for improvement - (1) the hotel should make it easier for guests to identify and find the driver of the pickup service. The person picking us up was not holding any sign or possessing anything that indicates his affiliation with the hotel (because of that, we saw another couple almost missing the shuttle), (2) the gym doesn't have much equipment (e.g. no treadmill) and whatever it has is quite old, and (3) the scrambled eggs were rubbery and almost inedible after being left in the heated tray for too long. Suggest that the hotel makes smaller batches so they always stay moist. Seems to be a common problem of Swiss breakfasts due to what I would assume to be high labour cost. Overall, we were happy with our stay in this lovely, cozy hotel."

"I'm so satisfied. It's definitely a cost-effective choice in St. Moritz. The hotel is very small and right in the center of the town. When you get off the train station, call the hotel and you will be picked up right away. It will be delivered to the station. Although it's not far, it's quite tiring to climb up the hill with your luggage. , with a century-old history and antique decoration, the restaurant is very beautiful and the breakfast is rich. There is also a swimming pool and sauna that you can’t enjoy. Although the room is not big, it is fully equipped and has a coffee machine. The balcony has a corner of the lake view. The front desk enthusiastically introduced the cable car route. Compared with the other two This five-star hotel is so cost-effective. The price will double during the winter ski season."
