"The beds have fabric covers, sheets, and pillowcases, similar to a guesthouse. The room includes a sink and individual lockers for each person. Toilets and showers are located in the hallway, much like a non-en-suite university dorm in China.
The breakfast is generous and filling. The only downside is the 10 AM checkout, but you can always relax on the lobby sofas afterwards.
Transportation is convenient, with direct bus access. Walking along the lake to the train station takes about half an hour, even if you're not stopping to sightsee."

"The hotel has a great location, not far from the main St. Moritz train station. After getting off the train, you can walk under the train tracks, cross the main road towards Lake St. Moritz, and you'll see the hotel right away.
The only downside is that the hotel is situated on a hill, so walking uphill might be tiring, especially if you have a lot of luggage. However, the view from the hotel is absolutely stunning – truly breathtaking.
The service and assistance were excellent. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was of good quality. There were also Thai-speaking staff members overseeing the dining area."

"We booked Randolins just for 1 night as we took Glacier Express from St Moritz. The hotel receptionist kindly waited for us beyond 10pm closing time and helped to check in. The room was small but clean. Fresh air from the window not from the air conditioner and drinking water from the tap is something missing in daily life. The bathroom was on the corridor, but there were no neighbors so it was convenient and easy to use. I would say it is value for money."

"Our room was so warm and cozy and it’s next to several trails. The building apartment is literally next to the woods and it gives a really nature vibe. David was so helpful about everything we needed and the other staff was so nice and lovely they let us check in earlier than the check in time.
