"Excellent location , next to shopping mall with nice shops and nice restaurants . Can just walk to the mall. Hotel staff service is average , quite cold and not enthusiastic . No aircon because it is not summer as the rooms are 26C and can’t do anything . Asked for extra fan otherwise can’t sleep , too warm."

"Come to the Yinxu Museum to visit, choose the Lanxu Hotel is very good, the room is clean and tidy, the front desk staff is warm and thoughtful, the most intimate is the convenient parking in the yard, convenient driving from the attractions."

"Checked in at 5 PM, only to be told the room wasn't ready. Stood around at the front desk for ages. Then they said if I couldn't wait, they could switch rooms and had 'specially upgraded' me to an Executive Twin on the 'very quiet' 9th floor. Got into the elevator and realized the 9th floor is the *starting* floor! 😂 Swiped my card to enter, and it was just a standard twin. So much for all the sweet talk from the front desk lady. Since Trip.com asked for a review, here's my honest one."

"This hotel's location is perfect for tourists! It's just 3 km west to the Yin Xu Ruins and 3 km east to the Chinese Character Museum. The old city areas like North Street and Cangxiang Street are only a 5-minute drive away. It's also conveniently located 2.4 km from Anyang Station and about 12 km from Anyang East Station, with easy access to taxis and public transport. Plus, there are plenty of shops and restaurants downstairs, so you don't have to go far for food or shopping. It truly maximizes travel efficiency."

"We traveled with two children and chose a relatively new hotel in a quiet area. The underground parking was ample, and the lobby was elegant. Everyone from the front desk to the restaurant staff was exceptionally polite and provided superb service. I especially want to praise the buffet restaurant – it was absolutely delicious, even better than what I've had at other five-star hotels! The Eggs Benedict, beef noodles, coffee, and spicy soup were all incredibly good. I wish I had room for more food; the two adults and two children finished everything. The family room had bunk beds and could comfortably accommodate four people, which the kids loved. Most importantly, it was very clean. A huge shout-out to the hotel staff – they were incredibly patient and provided excellent service."

"Room: Really clean and tidy, we are a parent-child room, there are windows, the bath water is very hot and comfortable. Surrounding environment: parking is very convenient, the hotel staff patiently guides me as a female driver. Service: Warm, thoughtful, every time I see the guests, I smile and say hello. I also helped to refrigerate insulin, and helped to freeze a few bottles of ice water to facilitate the departure of the store to preserve insulin. Eat and drink: shopping around is very convenient, walk a lot of small shops, and Zhao Yiming, I really want to come. It is also very convenient to take a taxi to Wanda for dinner, and it costs only ten yuan to use Didi."

The front desk staff are welcoming and proactively inform you about the museum's opening hours, nearby attractions, and restaurants. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean, and equipped with smart technology. Large floor-to-ceiling windows offer panoramic views. If you're visiting Anyang, I highly recommend this place! 👍"

"The location is easy to find, opposite North Street, and dining is very convenient. The main consideration when booking his home is to drive to the Museum of Chinese Characters and the Yin Ruins, which are not far away. The room is large, the facilities are old, and the socket does not have a USB port. There is no hairdryer in the bathroom. Breakfast was average, just full."
