"I recently stayed at Citiclub Hotel Melbourne and had a pleasant experience. The location is very convenient, right in the heart of the city. It’s only about a 10-minute walk from Southern Cross Station, making it easy to get to and from the airport via SkyBus. Trams are also nearby, so getting around Melbourne is hassle-free.
The hotel room was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities provided. Since the hotel is attached to a club, you might hear some noise at night, but it wasn’t too disruptive for me.
Food options around the hotel are great. Just a short walk away, I found Roti Bar, an excellent spot for Malaysian food with affordable prices and generous portions. Highly recommend trying the roti canai and nasi kandar 😊
Overall, Citiclub Hotel is a good choice if you’re looking for a central location with easy access to transport and plenty of dining options nearby."

"This is definitely a hotel I'd want to stay at again; check-in was super smooth. The room and bed were really small, but it's newly renovated and has everything you need, plus a nice city view from the window. The price was fantastic, and the location is super convenient – you can walk everywhere you want to go in the city. The only downside is that it's a bit close to the train tracks, so light sleepers might want to bring earplugs. The air conditioning kept showing errors and wasn't working very well."

"The staff are super helpful and friendly. But the bathroom and toilet facilities are a bit outdated. The tap over the wash basin keeps dripping water and it's making loud dripping sound that it's disturbing our sleep. Since we only stayed for a couple of nights, so we did not bother to ask for change of room. Also, it really difficult to turn the tap on and off with these old-styled taps. Hopefully some renovation is in line soon when we come back next year to stay there..."

"The location is great—close to the CBD, so no issues there. However, the bathroom layout was disappointing. There was no holder for essentials inside the shower, and the towel rack was placed far from the shower area. I'm not sure how they came up with such an impractical design.

"We book this apartment because we see in the picture there is a balcony looking over the Lygon street, yet we got a room that looking over the back of a building.
The picture in the web looks big (we book executive suite), but somehow it does not reflect to the one we got.
There is no free parking, but plenty of parking across the street.
Yet I think with this price, I may be better staying at a hotel instead."

"The hotel's hygiene is excellent, and the lobby is spacious and bright. There are plenty of elevators, so even during peak hours, you don't wait long. The rooms are also spacious with beautiful window views; one side should offer a clear view of the river connecting the North and South banks, perfect for watching New Year's fireworks. Housekeeping is arranged from the third day of your stay, and they do a thorough and clean job. Overall, I'm very satisfied, although the location is a bit far from the CBD and Melbourne's main attractions. However, once you cross to the North Bank, you're not far from the tram free zone, which makes up for it. 👍👍👍"

"The location of Pegasus is excellent. Key shopping precincts, Victoria Market and the lovely spacious Flagstaff park are within 10 mins walk, and major arts and sports venues are just a little bit further.
The room was excellent value. Very spacious, quite modern, and very clean. And it was kept that way with the very diligent maid service. If you want to cook, all the cooking utensils are provided. And there are lots of choices nearby to buy your ingredients. Alternatively, there's an incredible array of cafes, restaurants and bars all very handy. Or if you just wanted to chill in your room, Pegasus provides all the streaming services you can think of. And finally, the service.... very helpful and friendly whether it be the front desk or the cleaning staff. A damn good experience."

"We’ve stayed at Atlantis several times, it’s definitely one of our regular places when visiting Melbourne. It’s not fancy, but it has everything you need, including essential amenities and a smart TV, and we were happy to see they’ve recently done some renovations.
The location is excellent, with the free tram at the doorstep and Southern Cross Station nearby. The underground parking is very convenient, offering access for early arrivals, after check-out, and multiple entries. The hotel has facilities including a gym, pool, and sauna, though we didn’t use them. Security feels solid with the police station across the road, and check-in and check-out were quick, easy, and friendly."

GGuest UserThis is a very nice resort. The interior is very clean and large. Bed is comfortable and toilet is good with jacuzzi. You will see kangaroos and cockatoos outside the cottage in the morning and evening. My kids enjoy the stay very much. However you need to either cook your own meals or drive out to eat. The drive is about 15 mins.

GGuest UserThe soundproofing in the room is terrible. You can clearly hear the water pipes from the next-door shower and the air conditioning. Coming back to the room at night felt like being in a bustling market; it was incredibly noisy. I called the front desk to have someone check it out, but no one ever came all night. If you're sensitive to noise, definitely do not stay here!!

DDizhuniangThe surroundings are incredibly convenient, with a supermarket, a wet market, and Chinese restaurants right next door. The room is fully equipped with kitchenware, an oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, a washing machine, a dryer, and a TV, making it perfect for Chinese families traveling together. My parents really liked it. Although it's a bit far from the city, it doesn't affect our sightseeing at all.

It's only a three to four-minute walk to Southern Cross Station, where you can catch the SkyBus or take the tram. The city center is just four stops away (and it's free!). The hotel's soundproofing is good, and the front desk is 24-hour, requiring a deposit.

JJason的旅遊頻道The hotel website stated parking was $35, but it actually cost $40. Self-parking involved driving our own car to the adjacent parking lot, and valet parking was $95. The hotel's location was very convenient for transport, and the unique breakfast was a definite highlight. However, despite requesting a high-floor, street-view room away from the elevators, we were assigned a room right by the elevators with only a limited street view, which somewhat diminished the five-star experience. There was no in-room washing machine, and we had to send out laundry at an extra cost, which was quite inconvenient. I only booked this hotel because I wanted to experience a five-star property; however, despite its five-star rating, it just felt like something was missing.

When we were there, the lobby area is on maintenance so a bit dusty but overall all good and in order. The receptionist all are friendly and helpful. Location is very good in the center and not far from free city tram.

GGuest UserThe 1 bedroom hotel room was a great size. The kitchen had everything. The bathroom was good with all the necessary products. The king mattress was very comfortable. Thought it was odd no one made the bed each day and that we didn’t get a towel service each day. Good location, 10-15min from most things. Would recommend.
