"I had a really satisfying stay this time. The hotel's environment and hygiene were excellent. My room had great natural light, the bed was soft and comfortable, and all the toiletries were provided. The front desk staff were very friendly and check-in was super quick. The location is superb, very close to Changzhou North Station. The breakfast had a wide variety and tasted good, offering great value for money. The service was attentive and thoughtful. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip. "Wow, my stay this time was absolutely fantastic! My room got upgraded and it was super quiet. The bathtub filled quickly with hot water, making for a very relaxing soak. The view from the window was expansive, and I woke up to the sun in the morning. Breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. The staff were very welcoming and greeted me warmly. 👌 The experience was great. I was in a hurry and didn't get to swim or use the gym, but I ran into some guys coming out of the gym in the elevator who were in great shape. 👌 The Chinese restaurant on the second floor had an elegant ambiance and wasn't crowded at all, so dining there was completely undisturbed and very enjoyable. 👌👌👌 It's an excellent choice, and I'll definitely come back next time. "I was in Changzhou for a business trip and originally just picked a random hotel, but this Totoro Spirit Hotel completely won me over! The front desk service was incredibly thoughtful. "We brought our kids to watch the public competition and initially booked two nights, mainly because this was the 'official hotel.' However, we found it so comfortable that we extended our stay to five nights. Overall, highly recommended!

* **Warm Service:** A special shout-out to Liana at the front desk. From check-in to extending our stay, she was consistently warm, attentive, and her smile was truly infectious. Although Lucia, the intern at the breakfast restaurant, is young, her sincerity shone through every day. The housekeeping staff kept our room spotless daily, and the bell boy was also very friendly.
Just a small suggestion:
Of course, there were a few staff members whose service attitude was cold and stern. One even told us, ”This is your problem to solve!” – which honestly made me want to swear!
I hope the hotel can improve the service awareness of some staff members. While it's understandable to prioritize athletes during competitions, it's also important to pay more attention to the experience of regular guests. After all, events are temporary, but guest reputation lasts. A bit more balance in operations would make the experience even more perfect.

"The hotel's location is excellent, visible right from the subway exit. However, the roundabout way to get to the main entrance is truly bizarre and hopefully can be improved. On the first day, I stayed in a west-facing room which was quite hot, and the air conditioning wasn't on during this season. The second day, I changed rooms at the front desk, and it was much more comfortable. The service was good, and breakfast was decent; the 'silver thread noodles' are definitely worth trying."

Guest UserWe booked a private family room, and the housekeeper, Ms. Zhou, checked us in and took us to the guest room. The room has a large bed and a small bed. The bathing pool is in the yard. If you need to soak in the hot spring, just tell Ms. Zhou and she will happily come over and help fill the hot spring water. She is a very nice person. I really like her. No. I had to go to the public hot springs to soak with others, it was very comfortable. I also went to Nanshan Bamboo Sea. The air was very good. I had a very good accommodation experience this time. I will go there often in the future!

yuelingozI was captivated by the Hantian Hotel while on a boat tour of Tianmu Lake. As we drove through the scenic area, crossing bridges and admiring the beautiful surroundings, I was completely enchanted by this 5A-rated attraction. The lobby is on the sixth floor, nestled against the mountains and overlooking the water, with lush greenery everywhere. There are lakeside paths and a 'Cloud Top Teahouse,' and a semi-mountain open-air hot spring. The area also boasts numerous amenities suitable for both the elderly and children. It's truly a wonderful place for family gatherings and relaxation.

Staying for two nights was so relaxing!
The lakeside hot spring tickets for two: Soaking in the hot springs at night was very atmospheric. We prepared our swimsuits beforehand; the hot springs have changing rooms, but we changed in our room, put on our robes, and headed over. Each hot spring had a water temperature display, and there were mugwort, carnation, and traditional Chinese medicine pools. After soaking for a while, we felt so comfortable, slightly sweaty, and warm all over. You should definitely try the hotel's casserole fish head.
Our butler service was very warm and attentive.
I personally think the hotel breakfast is on par with a five-star hotel. While it doesn't have as much variety as a five-star, it has everything you need. The room facilities are a bit dated.
We went to Nanshan Bamboo Sea. The package with a meal was the most cost-effective. A shuttle bus takes you to the entrance. You walk a bit, then take a one-way mini-train. You can either take the cable car to the mountaintop first or the ground cable car to the panda house first. Both the cable car and ground cable car tickets are round trip. If you're tired on the way back, just buy a one-way mini-train ticket. If you still have energy, you can walk, and you'll pass by the Little Goose Park to watch a show. The whole trip took about 4 hours. After leaving, we ate the meal included in the package – you can choose between a hot pot restaurant or a fish head restaurant. We chose hot pot, and the two pots were more than enough for two people. Parking was 15 for one visit.

The pool comes with a steam room; though I couldn't use it due to a health condition, it's a great recreational amenity, and the facilities are comprehensive. The room space is also very generous, making for a fantastic holiday experience. The only noticeable cost-cutting measure was the brand of bottled water provided.

After booking the room, there will be a housekeeper to communicate related matters. I will focus on praise the housekeeper. I know that our family is an October-aged baby. I also arranged birthday arrangements for us. I am afraid that the loft stairs we live in will be troublesome and want to upgrade the room for us. All kinds of intimate services make people warm. We booked a small gourmet theme, a variety of hape toys in the room on the first floor, the baby can't let go, the upper floor is the place to sleep, the whole layout is still very warm, there are also various play facilities outside the hotel, the main baby is too small, many facilities can not play, bigger can also brush. Breakfast is in the main building, the variety is very rich, there are also enthusiastic waiters to help, there is a Yin aunt in the middle to send toys to the baby, and also pack some breakfast, overall very warm, the service is in place. The only regret is that the booked travel photography was not available because the baby woke up late, looking forward to the next time.

Sumaaaa._I absolutely loved the stay, i have stayed in multiple hotels all around China including Shanghai, Chengdu, Beijing, Chongqing and etc, but by far this hotel had the MOST comfiest bed. It felt like laying on a cloud.
I actually booked a queen room with the bathtub in the picture and when I checked in, they told me that after renovation they only have a bathtub in the family room. We were okay with it but in a few minutes a staff came and showed us to our new room with a bathtub. They were very friendly, accommodating and understanding.
Not to mention the room being super spacious, having a huge mirror, having a tv and an electronic toilet. The amenities were amazing. Likewise, the interior of the room was beautiful.
The location is also amazing, there are many malls just outside including huge malls with international brands. The location is prime.
This is by far my favourite hotel I have stayed in China and will stay there again!! Cant wait to go back

First thing you need to know is it is clean. Sheets changed. Room is clean. Comes with toothbrush, soap, water kettle, outlets to charge, and a desk.
The hotel has great amenities. The best part about it is the washing machine and dryer. 2 dryers. 3 washing machines.
No issues with hot water. You can take a long shower with no issues.
I'm a traveler with preference for only non smoking rooms or rooms that don't smell like it.
I turn in the air conditioning to see if it has any smoke smell coming from it.
My first room smelled like smoke but they were able to change me to another room without issues.
This is probably the best value hotel for a single room. The cost benefits are even better if you split it with someone else.
I had two room cards so I left the air conditioning on all the time. It was nice.
The middle rooms don't have a window so a shower may make your room humid.
The area around it is very great. There is a bunch of local food places and it's only locals not tourist.
The best place is a noodle shop nearby. Order a large beef noodle soup for 14 yuan and get a free noodle refill.
Be sure to turn on the exhaust when showering and you'll have to issues.

The hygiene on the sofa and by the sink is a bit worrying.
The decoration started to smash the wall at 8 o'clock in the morning, and the noise was very loud, intermittently lasting until four or five o'clock in the evening.
There is no shampoo in the bathroom.
