"Choosing this hotel for our family trip was such a smart decision! Its location near the attractions made traveling with kids incredibly convenient. The room was spacious enough to easily fit a stroller, and the bedding was so comfortable and light, our child slept soundly. The cleanliness was impeccable; not a speck of dust even in the corners, and the anti-slip features in the bathroom were a thoughtful touch. The staff were very friendly and proactively helped us get a quiet room. The hotel's soundproofing is excellent, making for a wonderfully peaceful night. Overall, the experience was fantastic and I'd highly recommend it to all families."

"We brought our child to Changzhou Dinosaur Park and chose the Holiday Inn Express, a reliable chain. The hygiene and facilities were excellent, and the breakfast was good too.
The hotel is just over a kilometer from Global Harbor. We even went there for New Year's Eve and then leisurely walked back to the hotel.
Getting a taxi to Dinosaur Park the next day was also quite quick. It offers great value for money, and the front desk staff were very friendly, always greeting us. Definitely recommend it! ~~~~"

I didn't check in until almost midnight, after watching some football and having a late-night snack. I chose this hotel because I was heading to Dinosaur Park the next day. Getting to Dinosaur Park by taxi was super convenient, costing only about ten yuan, and the hotel's location was really easy to find. Even though it was a weekend, there were plenty of parking spaces available, which was a huge plus."

"I visited during the spring break with my kids to explore the area. The hotel is right by the cultural square, with really stylish architecture and convenient配套商业 (on-site commercial facilities). They upgraded our room right at check-in, which made the kids incredibly happy. We stayed for two nights, and every evening we received complimentary fruit. On the second day, after being out for a while, we returned to find the room spotless, and even my personal toiletries were neatly arranged.
However, stylish architecture can sometimes come with drawbacks. For example, I found the windows didn't let in much light and couldn't be opened for ventilation.
Overall, I'd still recommend giving this hotel a try."

"On the edge of Wanda Plaza Olympic Sports, I came to see Suchao last night. It is very close to the Olympic Sports Center. The environmental facilities are better than the hotel chain. The robot delivers food. The service staff upstairs and downstairs are very enthusiastic. The health is very good. The parking is convenient. The sound insulation is good. I sleep until dawn. Overall, I can't pick the problem, the key price is cheap, unlike some hotel pictures are fake, some even the lobby front desk lobby, highly recommended, treasures can rest assured to order~"

From arrival to departure, the hotel operates with a level of efficiency and attention to detail that makes both short stays and longer visits effortless.
What stands out most is the team. The staff are genuinely friendly, welcoming guests with warm smiles and a willingness to help at every opportunity. It’s not forced hospitality—it feels natural and sets the tone for a relaxed and comfortable stay.
The breakfast offering is another highlight. There is an excellent variety catering to different tastes and preferences, from fresh pastries and a full English breakfast to a wide selection of Asian and Chinese dishes. Everything is well-presented and of high quality, making it an enjoyable start to the day.
Overall, Hilton Changzhou is a reliable and enjoyable choice. I would confidently recommend it to anyone travelling for both business and leisure.

The hotel is right on the shore of Tianmu Lake. Manager Zeng kindly upgraded us to a lake-view room for free 🥳 The floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the lake, and sitting by the window, we could enjoy the view – very pleasant! While the hotel facilities are consistent with renovations from 10 years ago, they were clean and tidy.
The room included a 100 RMB voucher for authentic Tianmu Lake fish head hot pot, which we ordered a day in advance from Manager Zeng. The soup was indeed delicious, and the fish was tender – clearly made with fresh fish. It was great value after the discount! We also ordered celery and pork ribs, which came to about 100 RMB per person. Lunch at the hotel ends at 1 PM, so it's recommended to book in advance with the manager.
The hotel package includes a complimentary bicycle for one hour of riding. We actually rode for about 3 hours, starting around 10:30 AM and returning around 1:30 PM. The hotel provided Giant mountain bikes, which were excellent and comfortable to ride! At Tianmu Lake scenic area, only electric bikes are available for rent; bicycles are almost nonexistent, and family bicycles are even less common! The hotel's (actually free) bicycle rental service was fantastic! Our route was hotel-Shahe Bridge-hotel, and the return trip on Highway 1 was almost entirely downhill with beautiful scenery – a truly wonderful experience!
The hotel's hot spring is outdoor; you need to bring your swimsuit if you want to use it. Guests can use the outdoor hot spring for free. We didn't bring our swimsuits, and it felt a bit chilly outside, so we skipped it. Our manager recommended an indoor hot spring in Liyang city called Jinsha Hot Spring, about a 25-minute drive from the scenic area. We took our child there; it cost 80 RMB per person, including one meal, and allowed 12 hours of use – also quite good!

It truly is a great spot for relaxation and wellness. We booked a Deluxe Lake View Room, and the hotel even upgraded us for free to a Luxury Lake View Room. The hotel also offers a variety of fun amenities for children, making it perfect for families with kids. What's even more appealing to visitors is the Cloud Top Observation Deck, which offers panoramic views of Tianmu Lake's beautiful scenery, with lush mountains and clear waters as far as the eye can see – truly a feast for the eyes. It's worth mentioning that the breakfast restaurant is grand and situated right by Tianmu Lake. You can enjoy your breakfast while taking in the stunning lake and mountain views, which really enhances your appetite. The Chinese restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious dishes, with plenty of choices, and the prices are quite reasonable. However, there was one minor disappointment: we wanted to rent the electric scooter with a sidecar located at the entrance of the children's playground. After a series of complicated scanning procedures, the screen displayed that we were over 65 years old and denied us use. How wonderful it would have been to explore the beautiful scenery around the hotel on that electric scooter with a sidecar! We had no problems driving 260 kilometers from Shanghai to the hotel ourselves! We understand that the hotel's concern for the safety of older guests is valid, so we suggest that it would be more accommodating to allow older individuals with a valid driver's license to use it. Overall, this hotel is still very good. We will definitely choose this hotel again when we visit Tianmu Lake in the future.

The hotel housekeeper contacted us in advance, and we stayed in the private soup room and gave us fish head vouchers. For other dishes, we ordered black rice and The small bamboo shoots are quite delicious when cooked, and the experience is still very good!

GGuest UserFood: Breakfast was varied, with western，asian and local. We had Dinner at the main buiding using ******* set menu and it was a good deal, as the 2 person deal is enough to feed 4 and tasted quite delicious.
Location: it is a resort so you are going to spend most of the time on the resort ground. We booked 3 day 2 night and the time was enough to explore everything. Nice scenery.
Amenities: only a few activities were covered in our package so it will depend on your package. The package was confusing and we didnt know exactly all the activities that were free or cost extra. The reception on check in should have explained all of this upon check in, but maybe they are not trained, or maybe because our accomadation at pinecone is considered 4 star so they used lower quality staff. All the free stuff are a bit lame and service was poor except for the craft lady who actually showed us a wechat app for the hotel where free activity voucher can be found. They outsourced the activity area so that is really poor decision as it hurts the brand image due to service levels. For hotel staff, thumbs up to the shuttle ladies, who you call to get from one place to another. They are prompt and speedy.
Service: check in staff was professional but not warm. As mentioned, the activity area is outsourced so most staff are cold and seemed rude, except for the craft lady who was actually decent. But considering this resort and the type of guest, i would consider this really bad.
Cleaniness: the room is very clean, a bit worn (see pics of wall), but it feels quite clean.

GGuest UserOverall, it was great! We went during a less busy period, after the holiday rush. It's definitely a business-oriented hotel. The first room we were given had a slight issue, but I reported it to the front desk attendant, Julie, right away, and she quickly resolved it by getting us a new room – big thanks to Julie! There aren't many dining options within walking distance, just one or two, but we didn't get to try them this time due to time constraints. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for a family vacation with my elders in the future! The West Taihu Lake scenery nearby is absolutely stunning, and the hotel breakfast was good too. I'll be back!

GGuest UserI was so shocked by how big my room was for such a cheap price! The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom facilities were great. Very clean. The staff don’t speak English but it’s no problem as we could use translation apps. They helped me to order food on the delivery app. The location is quite convenient as it’s near to a metro station. I was really pleasantly surprised by this hotel and I would definitely stay here again!

GGuest UserThe hotel room is not big, and it is just around the university town. The transportation is very convenient, and you can eat when you go out. However, the several sockets in the room may have been damaged by someone plugging a hair dryer. I hope they can be repaired as soon as possible.
