⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – A Perfect Stay, 100% Satisfied!
We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Tianmu Lake Yuhu Peninsula Hot Spring Hotel (天目湖御湖半岛温泉酒店). From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming.
The room was beautifully clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a breathtaking view of the lake and surrounding nature. The hot spring facilities were fantastic — relaxing, clean, and a true highlight of our stay.
A very special thanks to 御湖半岛管家曾怡 (Butler Zeng Yi), who provided outstanding service throughout our stay. She was attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly made our trip memorable.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway in Liyang. We are 100% satisfied and will definitely return in the future!
Thank you again to the whole team and especially to 曾怡 for making our stay perfect!

The lake view from the room is great, and while the facilities are a bit old, they are very clean. There are plenty of activities for all ages and seasons, making a three-day, two-night stay perfect. The hotel staff are all warm and polite and interact well with children. The hot springs are a highlight, with over thirty open, so it never feels crowded, and there are many staff members attending to them.
However, the Fisherman's Wharf restaurant was a huge disappointment. A la carte options are expensive, and the set menus are limited, too salty, and the bamboo shoots were tough and unappetizing. It's definitely not suitable for two adults and one child; the only decent thing on the set menu was a fried fish roll. Furthermore, the service was abysmal. No one greeted us upon entering, and after our meal, no one asked for feedback, offered a small snack, or called a shuttle. There was absolutely no service to speak of, a stark contrast to the Hong Kong-style restaurants we've experienced. My rating is for the hotel; if it were just for Fisherman's Wharf, I'd give it only one star for the ambiance.

Guest UserWhen we arrived, the dam had been repaired, and we could see the beautiful view of Tianmu Lake from the hotel door. The hotel housekeeper contacted us in advance, and we stayed in the private soup room and gave us fish head vouchers. For other dishes, we ordered black rice and The small bamboo shoots are quite delicious when cooked, and the experience is still very good!

Guest UserMy stay at Renaissance Changzhou Taihu Lake was fantastic! ✨ The hotel faces West Taihu Lake directly, offering beautiful and expansive surroundings with great lake views. The room was spacious and grand, with plenty of room; the shower area was large, and the water pressure from the faucet was excellent, making for a very comfortable shower experience. A special thank you to Ellie, who was friendly, responsive, and efficient in meeting our needs – really appreciate it! She made the entire stay comfortable and peaceful. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Changzhou. Highly recommend! The executive lounge dinner was also quite good!

Guest UserThis time we planned to go to Oriental Salt Lake City to celebrate the Spring Festival. I was very nervous at first because it was the first time for our whole family to go out for the New Year, and I was worried that my family members would be unhappy. However, I was amazed by the service of Yanquan Hanguan. From the very beginning, the thoughtful road guidance from Yanniu housekeeper to the comprehensive scenic area service tips and hotel service introduction from Xiao Wang at the front desk made us feel very comfortable. The hotel is an antique building, which makes us feel the festive atmosphere. There were many activities in the scenic area during the Chinese New Year. When we walked on the road, all the staff and volunteers greeted us enthusiastically and said blessings. When we returned to the hotel after shopping in the evening, we were provided with a bowl of Tremella soup and calming and sleeping incense for free so that we could have a good rest. It was a really great stay and I will come again.

Guest UserFood: Breakfast was varied, with western, asian and local. We had Dinner at the main buiding using ******* set menu and it was a good deal, as the 2 person deal is enough to feed 4 and tasted quite delicious.
Location: it is a resort so you are going to spend most of the time on the resort ground. We booked 3 day 2 night and the time was enough to explore everything. Nice scenery.
Amenities: only a few activities were covered in our package so it will depend on your package. The package was confusing and we didnt know exactly all the activities that were free or cost extra. The reception on check in should have explained all of this upon check in, but maybe they are not trained, or maybe because our accomadation at pinecone is considered 4 star so they used lower quality staff. All the free stuff are a bit lame and service was poor except for the craft lady who actually showed us a wechat app for the hotel where free activity voucher can be found. They outsourced the activity area so that is really poor decision as it hurts the brand image due to service levels. For hotel staff, thumbs up to the shuttle ladies, who you call to get from one place to another. They are prompt and speedy.
Service: check in staff was professional but not warm. As mentioned, the activity area is outsourced so most staff are cold and seemed rude, except for the craft lady who was actually decent. But considering this resort and the type of guest, i would consider this really bad.
Cleaniness: the room is very clean, a bit worn (see pics of wall), but it feels quite clean.

Sumaaaa._I absolutely loved the stay, i have stayed in multiple hotels all around China including Shanghai, Chengdu, Beijing, Chongqing and etc, but by far this hotel had the MOST comfiest bed. It felt like laying on a cloud.
I actually booked a queen room with the bathtub in the picture and when I checked in, they told me that after renovation they only have a bathtub in the family room. We were okay with it but in a few minutes a staff came and showed us to our new room with a bathtub. They were very friendly, accommodating and understanding.
Not to mention the room being super spacious, having a huge mirror, having a tv and an electronic toilet. The amenities were amazing. Likewise, the interior of the room was beautiful.
The location is also amazing, there are many malls just outside including huge malls with international brands. The location is prime.
This is by far my favourite hotel I have stayed in China and will stay there again!! Cant wait to go back

First thing you need to know is it is clean. Sheets changed. Room is clean. Comes with toothbrush, soap, water kettle, outlets to charge, and a desk.
The hotel has great amenities. The best part about it is the washing machine and dryer. 2 dryers. 3 washing machines.
No issues with hot water. You can take a long shower with no issues.
I'm a traveler with preference for only non smoking rooms or rooms that don't smell like it.
I turn in the air conditioning to see if it has any smoke smell coming from it.
My first room smelled like smoke but they were able to change me to another room without issues.
This is probably the best value hotel for a single room. The cost benefits are even better if you split it with someone else.
I had two room cards so I left the air conditioning on all the time. It was nice.
The middle rooms don't have a window so a shower may make your room humid.
The area around it is very great. There is a bunch of local food places and it's only locals not tourist.
The best place is a noodle shop nearby. Order a large beef noodle soup for 14 yuan and get a free noodle refill.
Be sure to turn on the exhaust when showering and you'll have to issues.

Guest UserThe hotel is newly opened, very clean and tidy inside, the whole house is intelligent, you can control the air conditioner, TV, curtains, lights by calling Xiaodu Xiaodu, it is very modern, and there is also a smart toilet, which is very surprising. The front desk lady is also very enthusiastic, and she also helped me make an appointment for free airport transfer. The front desk lady said that free pick-up and drop-off are available 24 hours a day. I will stay here again next time I go on a business trip.

The hygiene on the sofa and by the sink is a bit worrying.
The decoration started to smash the wall at 8 o'clock in the morning, and the noise was very loud, intermittently lasting until four or five o'clock in the evening.
There is no shampoo in the bathroom.
Looking forward to improving quality after renovation.
