"我14:10分左右到的，告知門廳服務員需要行李車，但是已經沒有了，我就先去辦理入住，訂的兩晚的親子房，説還沒有打掃好，需要等到15點問我可以等伐，我看攜程上寫的就是15點入住我沒有意見，就和家人就大堂坐了會兒，15:10左右我再次去詢問，還是説沒有打掃好，要再等到16點，我就回復詢問一個小時還沒打掃好？前台小姐姐態度還不錯回覆房間太大需要時間，正好旁邊雙床房的人也是來催入住他們回覆的也是沒有打掃好需要再次等待，期間還有其他人來詢問同樣的問題，之後大堂經理（應該是Rock Zhang）過來處理問題，我就再次提出疑問，畢竟攜程上寫的退房時間12點，就算延遲退房你大可以和我説前房客退房晚所以打掃需要時間或者直接告訴我十一人手不夠，結果大堂經理看着電腦屏幕抬頭和我説我的訂單是特價，我簡直驚呆了，我問他我的疑問和特價房（這也是有故事的，不是我自己要訂的特價房，如果他當時幫我掰扯下去我會和他説到底）有什麼關係？看不起人？作為大堂經理服務行業這樣處理事情的？我一説他不響了，説親自去看下，下來直接給了我房卡，説阿姨最後在收尾了，最晚15分鐘肯定能好，我就再等了15分鐘，結果上去阿姨還在打掃，第一天打掃的阿姨態度很好，事情就過去了。第二天我們房間裏沒有水了要水，路過遇到打掃阿姨問她要，她就很不耐煩的説不是每天都有水的🙄 然後説説房間，親子房開業一年多了吧，還是有味道，空氣凈化器房間裏已經沒有了，衹有一台除濕機，就五星級來説的酒店裝修有點粗糙，淋浴花灑已經壞了。真的説的難聽點，就拿開元老牌五星酒店來説，設施舊是舊了點，和萬怡這麼新的酒店不能比，但是服務真的好，所有員工走到哪裡就很親切，走到哪裡都很禮貌，萬怡是走過去看都不看你，不知道高高在上點什麼[汗顏R]室外泳池裡有樹葉掉落，也不清理，我以為泳池不開，結果看到沒多久就有人下去游泳了
地方比較偏，好在環境不錯，旁邊就是舜山小鎮豬豬樂園，倒是可以住個2天悠閑玩玩"

GGuest UserWith our own private pool and in-house hot spring tub, we were enjoying a wonderful off-season quiet stay at this beautiful resort. The location is superb. Our villa is surrounded by lush vegetation, trees and bamboo forest. The villa has a large sitting room with tea table, oversized sofas and a crystal sharp TV. The bedroom is also very large with soft duvet cover. A huge bathroom with shower and toilet separated. Amenities are luxuries and in good sizes. The best of all was the service. We were pampered by ever detailed attention from the resort staff. The breakfast was also rich in local highlight's and delicious. We heard the resort will be snow capped during the winter time. We cannot wait coming back to see the different sight.

SSamierFor three days and two nights, I am very grateful to Mr. Du Fang, who saved me a lot of thought and time for this driver + escort + photography + photo editing and editing, referred to as my husband, thank you very much.
The most intuitive advantage is that it is very close to the scenic spot, and the hotel has sent a ground cable ticket. You can catch up with the small train and the ground cable all the way to see the pandas before the bus group goes up the mountain. After all, the two cat cubs are the sons of Figure 2 after noon.
The second is the private soup spa. My wife soaked for three hours and then praised it for three days.
The third is the chestnut roast chicken and pork ribs roast bamboo shoots in the Chinese restaurant. We also packed a special chestnut. In fact, there is no need to drink fish head pot. The breakfast and afternoon tea in the western restaurant (Figure 1) are not bad either. But for coffee, we both recommend the iced coconut latte from the automatic coffee machine in the lobby, and the coffee for breakfast is bitter.

We compared many hotels on Ctrip and finally chose Hegu Village. After arriving at the B&B, I can only say that it completely met my initial expectations. Sitting under the eaves of the room and daydreaming, I felt like I could relax for the whole day and say goodbye to the hustle and bustle of the city. This feeling of returning to nature is great. The B&B service is also very considerate. The housekeeper will contact us in advance, set up a group, introduce the facilities of the B&B, and reserve meals. We ordered a set meal for 2 people, which was delicious and large in quantity. The breakfast was a set meal, which was also delicious. GGuest UserWe booked the Deluxe Suite, and the room was awesome! Nice furniture's, everything was cleaned well, and the daily service was also very good.
We really liked that the hotel was not so crowed, and the owner could fulfill us every special requirement we had (explain sightseeing trips, provide ticket buying support, organize pick up service, order flowers, etc.). Compared with big hotels with thousands of people as a guest in this hotel you feel very valuable, they really try to take care of you so you can enjoy your stay.
The environment is very silent, when you wake up in the morning you can enjoy the silence, listen to the birds and enjoy the view at the lake.
Tho hotel is very close (only around 5km) to Nanshan Bamboo forest and also to the Yushui hotsprings, which makes it also very convenient.
We really appreciated the service in this hotel and would definitely come back in future.

The place is huge as a resort with different restaurants, hot spring, and many activities. There are other hotels but I believe this one is the best among them. Coco from the reception speaks perfect English and guided us to the room. Kevin is also very helpful he took me to the Japanese restaurant to check the menu, and made sure I had a comfortable stay. Honestly great service.

Upon check-in, he not only provided a detailed introduction to the hotel's services and surrounding attractions, but also recommended a suitable itinerary based on my preferences. The room was warm and elegant, the bedding comfortable, and the hot springs were clear and refreshing. Xiao Tao also thoughtfully prepared afternoon coffee for us, truly making me feel incredibly cared for throughout my trip. The breakfast was rich, varied, and delicious, and the service attentive. I highly recommend this resort for a vacation!

AAkengThe hotel has a beautiful and quiet environment. Every step you take brings you a new view. Whether it is the bamboo forest, tea mountain, river beach, courtyard, or swimming pool, there are surprises everywhere! The fresh air after the rain makes people want to take a deep breath. Special thanks to the housekeeper Xiao Xu for the careful arrangement, free room upgrade, and meticulous and thoughtful tips, which made us feel the enthusiasm and sincerity of the hotel. Although the hot spring is not big, it is enough to soak away the fatigue brought by the mountain climbing and have a good night's sleep. The breakfast is mainly Chinese and tastes good. The hotel is also close to Nanshan Bamboo Sea and Dajue Temple. It is worth coming again!
