"The lobby and public areas are bright and spacious, with the style of a chain hotel. The room facilities are standard, although they look a little old, they are basically useful. The local green brick tea that is always hot in the lobby is delicious, and I drink half a cup every time I pass by. What I am not satisfied with is that the tea room, fitness and other facilities on the third floor were not open during the Spring Festival. The restaurant only has private rooms and a very expensive menu, which is not suitable for ordinary families to eat out. There are not enough room service staff, and the training does not seem to be in place. The supplies after the extra bed need to be urged by phone again and again. In the middle of winter, they did not give the basic thick quilt, but only two very thin air-conditioning quilts. I almost got sick from freezing. They were not brought until I complained the next day. This should not be. In short, it is a relatively good accommodation for tourism and business trips, and there is still room for improvement."

"What should I say? The location of the hotel is very good, just opposite the Chibi High-speed Railway Station. The room is indeed much larger, but it doesn't look like it's new, and there's always a lingering smell of cigarette smoke, because the room is carpeted and there are traces of cigarette butt burns on the carpet. The service at the front desk was actually very good, and they were willing to help us change rooms. However, since the hotel is not non-smoking, it might be about the same if we change. In addition, we were too tired after returning from the Chibi Ancient Battlefield, so we wanted to stay for just one night, but we could bear it. After that, I didn’t change rooms. Later I took out the essential oil I brought and smelled it, and it was actually not that unbearable. There is breakfast included, which is enough to fill you up."

However, the facilities are indeed old, which is inconsistent with the price of more than 1,000 yuan. The wash basin has brown tea stains that seem to be unwashable. The room has a smell, and all the facilities do not feel like a high-end hotel. The sound insulation is not good, and the noisy children in the next room can be heard clearly. It was raining and cold on the day of check-in, and the bathtub on the balcony did not have the idea of taking a hot spring bath at all."

"The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Chibi North Station, and it also takes about 10 minutes to go to Xinjiekou to eat and take Didi. I booked a deluxe double room, and the front desk upgraded it for free when I checked in, making the room larger. A deposit of 100 yuan will be collected on site first, because there are drinks in the refrigerator in the room for a fee. If you want to drink, you can deduct it from the deposit. If you don't drink, the deposit will be returned to you after checking out. When the front desk saw that there were children, they gave them toothbrushes and slippers. When entering and exiting, they rarely greet guests proactively and are not very enthusiastic. There is a music player in the bathroom so you can listen to music while taking a shower.
