The room is warm and comfortable, the bedding is soft and clean, the bathroom equipment is smart, and the details show quality. The service is also OK, there is no way to communicate.
The reason is that there is a problem with the wall plugging in the bed in the room. There is no way to charge. I tried it a few times and asked the boss to come and see it. The boss said that he didn’t care. He said that the wall plugging in the house by the TV was enough. He also said that there was a short-term plug-in board that could be used. As for whether there was a problem with the wall plugging in the bed, he didn’t care. I really couldn't communicate. Fortunately, there was a big sister who gave me a long plug-in board and made do with it for two nights.
The matter has been videoed to Trip.com customer service coordination, but then the eldest sister solved it for me.
