"This hotel is in the same building as the Vienna Hotel, just on a different floor. I asked the front desk, and they said it's the same owner. The parking lot access, parking spaces, and management are all quite unsatisfactory. The room size is decent, but the layout and design are pretty average. While there's nothing explicitly wrong, the entrance just feels a bit off. The biggest letdown is that such a large hotel doesn't have a laundry room. For a family traveling during the holidays, not being able to wash and dry clothes is quite inconvenient. This seems like an easy fix that could be implemented. On the plus side, it's super close to the border crossing and the nearby old street, which is incredibly convenient. The hotel also helped us contact a travel agency to handle immigration procedures quickly – we paid 220 CNY per person on the 28th of the twelfth ***** month. Another major advantage is the hotel's 35th-floor rooftop observation deck, which offers absolutely stunning views and is the tallest hotel in the area."

"The room is at the elevator entrance, and the soundproofing is not very good. The children were woken up by the guests talking loudly at the door early in the morning. "This is definitely my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Dongxing. The location is unbeatable, right next to the border gate – I could actually see it directly from my room, which was amazing! 😱 The underground parking was a huge plus. The front desk staff, especially one lovely lady, was incredibly kind. Since I was traveling with elderly relatives, she went out of her way to make sure our rooms were close together for convenience. We only had breakfast included for two rooms, but she arranged for everyone in our party to have breakfast, which was incredibly thoughtful and heartwarming. 🥰
I visited the observation deck both during the day and at night, and I definitely preferred the nighttime view. The Vietnamese side looked quite bustling and impressive as well. It was a really great experience. I regrettably forgot my passport this trip; for anyone going again, I highly recommend bringing it along so you can cross over to Mong Cai – I'm sure it offers a completely different vibe and experience."

"Chain hotels are pretty good. I often travel around for business. It's hard to understand why some white-collar workers are so picky when they pay over 200 yuan. I forgot a bag of souvenirs when I checked in. I suddenly remembered that I was missing a bag of things after I entered the room for a long time. When I went down to the lobby, the PA lady said that she was afraid that we couldn't find it, so she didn't dare to take it away. She left it there for us to come back and get it. I give her a thumbs up!"

The surrounding area is incredibly convenient, with a wide array of amenities including restaurants, street food stalls, and wholesale markets. The rooftop terrace provides expansive views, where you can gaze across the Beilun River to Mong Cai, Vietnam. It offers excellent value for money, and the rooms are spotlessly clean. What truly sets this place apart is the owner's warm and genuine hospitality. He was incredibly helpful, proactively assisting with luggage and recommending delicious local food. His thoughtful and attentive service made us feel truly at home. A big thumbs up to him! 👍👍👍

Mmerusonthe hotel has a beautiful view of the city at the rooftop restaurant. you can go up to admire the view day and night. the buffet breakfast is simple yet nutritious. the hotel staff is efficient and helpful. i asked for chili and it was promptly given to me. the room is very cozy and has a good street view too. the only setback is the hotel is located quite a distance from the border gate and ***** transport. it will not be a problem if you have your own transport.

Facilities: I tried out the hotel's gym and pool (or breakfast, depending on what facilities you used), and they were all well-maintained. The Wi-Fi signal was strong, which was very convenient for work.
Summary: Whether for a business trip or a leisure vacation, this is an excellent choice. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit this city!

GGuest UserA young arrogant reception ( the one with glasses) refused to honour my booking, the advertised room with RIVERVIEW saying it was sold out and offering me a small room with no view. After calls to the owner she agreed to give me the room if I paid extra. After more discussion with her boss she relented after I threatened a poor review. This arguing took at least half an hour of stress and anxiety, the receptionist insisting my phone was the problem even though I showed her the screenshot of my booking confirmation. I went to reserve another night but had to agree to a higher price. I wanted to stay at least four nights but too stressful playing their game.

BBastifantastiA beautiful apartment with a very large terrace. There were even two double beds and the apartment was definitely big enough for two or even four. Everything was very clean, and of course there were fresh towels and bed linen. The reception is in a shop on the ground floor. I was greeted very friendly and accompanied to my room. The whole process was very pleasant and I can recommend the apartment and the host.

I am very satisfied and the price is good. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the port. I recommend you to rest here. Shopping around is too convenient. Convenient transportation. From the hotel to the high-speed rail station is also close, take a taxi for 18 yuan. It is really recommended to Zhu Haotai.

AAnonymous UserLocation is 2 mins walk from Bus Terminal/ 950m from Dong Xing Port. Just a 600m walk to reach Town Central for Tourists must-see and Malls. Bus stop is just front of the hotel. Room is very spacious and clean comes with private bathroom, AC works well and TV is with signals for local channel. Wifi is of good speed and hot shower is always available. Staff at lobby is friendly and has a drinking water dispenser at lobby as well. Safe for solo female traveller.
