"The room is at the elevator entrance, and the soundproofing is not very good. The children were woken up by the guests talking loudly at the door early in the morning. It is close to the port and convenient for taking buses and taxis. Next door is Huajie Chicken Noodles, which tastes very good! There is a Sino-Vietnamese Friendship Park nearby!"

"The room facilities are quite standard, clean and hygienic. The most unbearable thing is that the TV in the room freezes a lot, basically once a minute for about 5 seconds. I was about to collapse after watching a movie. After communicating with the front desk, the attitude was very good. They changed our room the next day. I thought I could finally watch TV properly at night, but who would have thought that it was the same as the day before, and it kept freezing. I think it’s not the TV in a certain room that has a problem, but the network system of their entire hotel. I read a lot of reviews and I didn’t see any guests complaining about this. Don’t you watch TV when you stay? The maintenance staff went to the room twice, and later he said that the TV network was outsourced to another company and had nothing to do with them. He had no way to solve it. Speechless. Moreover, his breakfast is very average and there are not many varieties."

"The receptionists, Xiao Liu and Xiao Su, were very welcoming and quick to check us in. They upgraded our room and patiently taught us how to download the Didi app. When we entered the room, it was very hot, and we didn't know how to adjust the air conditioning. We called the front desk for help, and Xiao Su immediately came upstairs to show us how to adjust it, which touched us deeply! The room facilities were relatively new, with a separate shower and toilet, a smart toilet, smart curtains, and all the amenities we needed. There was even a shoe-changing area at the entrance, which was very thoughtful! It relieved our fatigue after driving for over twenty days! It's only a 7 RMB taxi ride from the border, highly recommended!"

"We booked a special offer room without a window, but I saw that when booking and was reminded at check-in, so it was fine. However, I advise against being cheap; you get what you pay for. The toilet in the windowless special offer room was terribly smelly, with a strong sewer odor that even air freshener couldn't alleviate. The air conditioner was pointed at the bed and dripped. After one night's sleep, both of us got sick."

The facilities met expectations — clean, comfortable rooms with modern amenities. The cost-performance (CP) ratio is excellent, especially considering its location and service quality.
Do note that the surrounding area becomes quite quiet after 9pm, so it’s best to finish dinner or shopping a bit earlier. Overall, a pleasant and convenient stay for anyone visiting the Dongxing border area."

BBastifantastiA beautiful apartment with a very large terrace. There were even two double beds and the apartment was definitely big enough for two or even four. Everything was very clean, and of course there were fresh towels and bed linen. The reception is in a shop on the ground floor. I was greeted very friendly and accompanied to my room. The room decor is a bit old, but the wooden floors were a nice touch. The glass door to the bathroom couldn't close properly, but this can be fixed with repairs. If you're in Dongxing City for business, this would be a good choice.

GGuest UserA young arrogant reception ( the one with glasses) refused to honour my booking, the advertised room with RIVERVIEW saying it was sold out and offering me a small room with no view. After calls to the owner she agreed to give me the room if I paid extra. After more discussion with her boss she relented after I threatened a poor review. This arguing took at least half an hour of stress and anxiety, the receptionist insisting my phone was the problem even though I showed her the screenshot of my booking confirmation. I went to reserve another night but had to agree to a higher price. I wanted to stay at least four nights but too stressful playing their game.

The only downside was the hairdryer; it was an old-fashioned model, and for this price, a better one should be provided. The room had its own swimming pool, which the kids loved. It was perfect for someone like me who can't swim but whose child loves water. Otherwise, I wouldn't feel comfortable taking my child to the beach. The seafood cooked at the restaurant was excellent; we bought our own seafood at the market and had it cooked at a reasonable price. The beach was right outside the door, and the scenery was breathtaking. 😊😊😊
