"This hotel is in the same building as the Vienna Hotel, just on a different floor. I asked the front desk, and they said it's the same owner. The parking lot access, parking spaces, and management are all quite unsatisfactory. The room size is decent, but the layout and design are pretty average. While there's nothing explicitly wrong, the entrance just feels a bit off. The biggest letdown is that such a large hotel doesn't have a laundry room. For a family traveling during the holidays, not being able to wash and dry clothes is quite inconvenient. This seems like an easy fix that could be implemented. On the plus side, it's super close to the border crossing and the nearby old street, which is incredibly convenient. The hotel also helped us contact a travel agency to handle immigration procedures quickly – we paid 220 CNY per person on the 28th of the twelfth ***** month. Another major advantage is the hotel's 35th-floor rooftop observation deck, which offers absolutely stunning views and is the tallest hotel in the area."

"I came to Dongxing for a business trip and chose to send it to the hotel. The experience was full! The rooms are cleaned very thoroughly every day, the tabletop is not dusty, the bedding is soft and sunny, and the non-slip mats in the bathroom are clean as new. The front desk service was very intimate, took the initiative to help with luggage, and recommended a local delicious rice noodle shop. The location is also convenient, it takes 10 minutes to walk to the office, the price is super high, and I will definitely stay here next time!"

"This is definitely my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Dongxing. The location is unbeatable, right next to the border gate – I could actually see it directly from my room, which was amazing! 😱 The underground parking was a huge plus. The front desk staff, especially one lovely lady, was incredibly kind. Since I was traveling with elderly relatives, she went out of her way to make sure our rooms were close together for convenience. We only had breakfast included for two rooms, but she arranged for everyone in our party to have breakfast, which was incredibly thoughtful and heartwarming. 🥰
I visited the observation deck both during the day and at night, and I definitely preferred the nighttime view. The Vietnamese side looked quite bustling and impressive as well. It was a really great experience. I regrettably forgot my passport this trip; for anyone going again, I highly recommend bringing it along so you can cross over to Mong Cai – I'm sure it offers a completely different vibe and experience."

"The hotel is very close to the border scenic area. The male staff at the front desk were very welcoming and friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean, the bedding was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. Breakfast included fruit and simple home-style dishes; nothing fancy, but quite satisfying. This hotel is also not far from the high-speed rail station, which was a good reason to choose it for its convenient access to and from Dongxing City, and it avoided the chaos of the scenic area. Overall, I had a very good experience during my stay."

GGuest UserChain hotels are pretty good. I often travel around for business. It's hard to understand why some white-collar workers are so picky when they pay over 200 yuan. I forgot a bag of souvenirs when I checked in. I suddenly remembered that I was missing a bag of things after I entered the room for a long time. When I went down to the lobby, the PA lady said that she was afraid that we couldn't find it, so she didn't dare to take it away. She left it there for us to come back and get it. I give her a thumbs up!

BBalduin ElsterlandDer Strand ist schnell erreichbar und mit einem Motorroller kann man sich die Insel gut erschließen. Die Damen an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und auch Servicepersonal ist um seine Gäste bemüht. Auf der Terrasse kann man absolut gut am Abend entspannen und die frische Meerbrise genießen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Das Foyer ist hübsch ausgestaltet, lädt zum Verweilen ein. Optimal wäre es, wenn ein wenig Tee vorgehalten werden würde. Immerhin das Gefäß dafür ist schon aufgestellt. Ansonsten vielen Dank für alle Bemühungen.

Mmerusonthe hotel has a beautiful view of the city at the rooftop restaurant. you can go up to admire the view day and night. the buffet breakfast is simple yet nutritious. the hotel staff is efficient and helpful. i asked for chili and it was promptly given to me. the room is very cozy and has a good street view too. the only setback is the hotel is located quite a distance from the border gate and ***** transport. it will not be a problem if you have your own transport.

The room was spotless, and the bedding was comfortable. The hotel also has a self-service laundry and dryer, which is super convenient. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and tasted great.
