"Overall, the stay was good. Here are some honest impressions: The location is very convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the government building, making it easy to go out for meals and shopping. The surrounding area is also quiet, with minimal noise at night. The room size is just right, not cramped even for two people. The bedding is clean and soft, making it very comfortable to sleep in. The bathroom has a well-designed wet and dry separation, and toiletries and disposable slippers are provided. Hot water is plentiful, so there's no waiting for a shower. The front desk staff are very friendly, handling check-in and check-out quickly, and patiently answering any questions without being perfunctory. The room is very clean; there's no dust on the floor or table, and even the corners are cleaned. They tidy up promptly each day upon returning home, changing the towels and trash bags."

"Overall, my business trip and stay at this hotel was a good experience. The room was modern, clean, spacious, and very relaxing. The hotel provided multiple washing machines and dryers, which was very convenient. The only minor drawbacks were the relatively limited selection of breakfast items and the fact that the corridors had motion-sensor lights, which turned completely dark at night when no one was around, making it slightly inconvenient for solo travelers. I suggest adjusting the lighting to include basic illumination plus additional motion-sensor lighting. As a newly opened hotel, the facilities are excellent; however, further optimization of the breakfast selection and lighting details would make for an even better experience."

"Very nice hotel, Very nice breakfast provided too. Able to see sunrise n sunset too. Highly recommended.
The only thing bad is that our driver did spoke to the receptionist that he would like to have a room verbally but he wasn’t allocated the room though they promised him.
In the end we just book another room for him to stay as he is too tired to drive around to look for another hotel unit."

"The room design was quite nice, but going up and down the stairs to the toilet was a bit inconvenient. There was a strong smell when I entered; I don't know if it was from a lack of ventilation or the smell of renovations. The hotel didn't have heating yet, and the central air conditioning could only cool, making the room extremely cold. The front desk didn't have any solutions either. I caught a cold the next day. I hope the hotel can turn on the heating soon."

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept in seconds as soon as I lay down. The sound insulation effect was also very good. I was not disturbed by the outside noise. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, check-in and check-out were very fast, and the surrounding food and attractions were also intimately recommended. The facilities are complete, the bathroom is dry and wet, the hot water is sufficient and the water temperature is stable, and the quality of toiletries is also good. "The facilities at Fuhai Fushui Renjia B&B are very new and clean, with no odors. The triple room is spacious, with a spring mattress and down quilt, air conditioning, and a private bathroom. 🚿 The rain shower has strong water pressure, plenty of hot water, and a bathroom heater. There's parking in the yard at the entrance, and a long water pipe, so it should be convenient for refilling water for RVs. 💧 The B&B is located on a country road, and the illuminated signs at the entrance are large and bright. There are few shops or restaurants around the village, and it's about a ten-minute drive to Fuhai New Town."

The room was arranged as comfortable as the bedroom at home. The sheets and quilts were clean and sunny. The location is also very convenient, come back quietly at night, sleep particularly soundly. Even if the anti-lock knob in the room is bad, even if the iron chain is gone, one of these two anti-lock devices can be used. After entering the house, I found the front desk as soon as possible. The front desk said that other empty rooms are also bad. This makes me feel a bit unsafe. Because when I checked in, I saw someone open the door to eat and drink in a nearby room. AAnonymous UserFacilities: The room was very small, and two suitcases couldn't fit together. The bathroom couldn't be used for both showering and toileting at the same time, and the toilet had a strong odor.
Cleanliness: Cleanliness needs to be improved. The bedside was dusty, the sheets were unclean, and a rat greeted me as soon as I opened the door.
Environment: The location is really great, facing Lake Ulungur and offering a view of the sunset. However, the mosquitoes were incredibly numerous and swarmed in my face. Without a mask, they covered my head, face, and mouth! The moment I opened the curtains in the morning, I felt my scalp tingle (they didn't bite).
Service: The staff didn't proactively contact us to tell us how to drive into the scenic area (the room was inside the area) and required us to call. Access was inconvenient. When I wanted to go out for dinner at night, there were no lights, and the gates were locked. I had to contact the staff to get the security guard to open them.

Knowing that we didn't sleep well, he cleaned the room for us in advance. Although the facilities are average, the front desk service attitude is the best I have ever seen. Great
