"The check-in experience was not good. The breakfast was good, the ingredients were rich and fresh, and I also tasted the yam juice, which looked like milk. Parking was OK, and the underground garage instructions were relatively clear. The hotel is new, and the facilities are all OK. But the check-in experience was not good. First, when I entered the room, I found that the door of my room was wide open, which scared me. The front desk explained that the room inspector forgot to close the door after checking. I have never encountered such a mistake. Second, the hotel is tall and grand, but the restaurant is not open, and you have to go out to find food by yourself. There is only a small shop selling rice noodles nearby. I rushed here from Leye that day, drove 240 kilometers and visited the Little Three Gorges. I was very tired, so I had to take Didi to a fish restaurant marked on the map at the hotel front desk. When I arrived, I found that the store was dark and still selling boxed lunches. I had to change to a store I just passed by. It only takes more than 10 minutes to walk back to the hotel after dinner, which is not far. But it is inconvenient for travelers who are very tired on the day. Along the way, I saw that there are at least more restaurants near the Berman Hotel, and I regretted choosing the wrong hotel. The most annoying thing is the laundry room. The time limit is from 8 to 10 pm. I started drying clothes at 9, which took an hour and 40 minutes. I called the front desk to ask, but they said they would only close the door but not shut down the machine. I didn't expect that when I went to pick up my clothes at 9 the next day, the staff had already taken my clothes out of the dryer, so they were scattered on the ironing table. After I put them away, I returned to the room and found that a sock was missing. I went to the laundry room and found that the dryer was already working. Oh, okay, a sock was missing for no reason. I left the hotel in a bad mood and was too lazy to waste time negotiating! I suggest that the staff should not touch the guests' clothes. If they want to take them out, at least fold them and check them!"

"I stayed overnight and the overall experience was better than the hotel experience in Jinchengjiang District, Hechi. Although the hotel facilities are relatively old, the cleaning and sanitation are good. The lobby is very grand, the room is spacious and bright, although the view outside the window is very ordinary, it is all rows of houses. The parking lot is large and it is very convenient to drive by yourself. The laundry room is 24 hours and is fully equipped with laundry detergent, disinfectant and baskets for clothes, which is very convenient for guests. The breakfast is very rich. The only shortcoming is that the hotel's restaurant is contracted out. I was very tired on the day of arrival and didn't want to go out for dinner. I walked into the restaurant and was told that air conditioning was not provided for scattered guests, and I looked indifferent. I walked down the lobby and met guests who were about to go upstairs to eat. It should be from the government department. No wonder Hechi's city appearance is shabby. "The location is in a building in the center of Jinchengjiang District. The first time I lived in the whole season, it was worse than expected. The new hotel, the waiters were busy, the decoration style was monotonous and stereotyped, the ground was stained and not cleaned in time, the room was large but lacked warmth. The parking lot is shared with other shopping malls and office buildings. The import and export logo is not clear. The morning is simple and the taste is average. "I stayed at the Liu Sanjie Secret Hotel in the former residence of Liu Sanjie. I arrived at the hotel at the early morning of the 12th. I parked the car and walked into the hotel lobby. The hotel front desk Chen girl introduced that this hotel was closed for a few years during the epidemic and reopened in June this year. The previous management was from Macau, and now it is local.
I also patiently introduced various room types to us to choose from. There are swimming pools and riversides. The cold swimming pool has been stopped. We chose room 115 by the river. The layout of the room is relatively new. It is recommended that the hotel can take materials on the spot and arrange flowers in the room, which will be more warm.
The hotel has a charging pile parking space, 1 fast charging and 3 slow charging, which is very friendly to the tram. I woke up in the morning and found that the view of room 119 was better. I changed to room 119 after staying. It was clearer to see the small dam with river view. Breakfast is 18 yuan per serving, 14 yuan in the bun shop outside the hotel, two or two powders, two people eat well. Along the hotel swimming pool, there is a path that can go directly to the pier to cruise the river, and the two people charter 150/s. These are introduced by Miss Chen.
The second night of the stay, Miss Chen also arranged fruit for us.
Overall, the hotel scenery has nothing to say, go to Liu Sanjie's former residence to take the boat off the pier, very convenient, summer can go back to the stream to play in the water swimming, but the location is relatively biased, the hotel hardware and software management needs to be further improved. The surrounding facilities are general, and friends who want to be bustling and busy are not suitable."

GGuest UserWe drove from Hechi to Chongzuo. I was still debating whether to transfer in Bama or Jingxi when I saw this B&B by chance. I booked it decisively. The stay was beyond my expectations. The price/performance ratio was amazing. The environment was great, the design was very comfortable, and the children could watch TV while taking a bath. There was also a park behind with high negative ion content, which made it very comfortable to sleep at night. It was really relaxing to have a barbecue and chat on the rooftop when it wasn't raining. The owner was super nice and recommended places to eat and stroll around. The restaurant next door had a big pot of delicious hemp seed chicken soup, and the Bama fragrant pork was also delicious, but it is recommended not to order too much as the portion was quite large. The owner's barbecue in the evening was also delicious. This is the first time I've written such a long review. It's great.

What stood out the most to me was the hospitality of the staff. Every employee seemed impeccably trained, providing attentive and personalized service that made all the difference. I only stayed for one night, but it felt like I had been there much longer due to the strong connection with the place.
The buffet is simply incredible, offering a wide selection of delicious dishes that cater to various tastes. Additionally, the room service operates 24 hours a day, ensuring you have everything you need at any time. The hotel, though not very large, is extremely cozy, providing a welcoming environment that makes you feel at home.
One aspect that deserves special mention is the staff's willingness to assist with personal issues. I had some trouble catching the train and finding my destinations, but the team went above and beyond, offering all the necessary support to resolve everything without stress.
If you're planning a trip to Yizhou, don't think twice: the Comfort City Hotel is the perfect choice for a comfortable, elegant, and memorable stay. I highly recommend it!

The service was very good. Only thing I would recommend is that the receptionist learns to use a translation app to communicate with the foreign guests.

LLinweizhiCome to Yaowangtianxia to have fun on March 3rd. The hotel has ethnic characteristics. You need to take the elevator to check in on the second floor. Cars can also drive up directly. Take a shuttle bus at the entrance of the scenic spot to Geyas Valley to see the cave. It is very big and beautiful. The plank road has been repaired and you can take the elderly and children to walk around. It is not difficult.

Opening the window every morning reveals a misty mountain landscape, and with every breath, I could feel the purifying power of nature.
Double Delight: Environment and Service
The room facilities far exceeded expectations: an independent kitchen equipped with an induction cooker and range hood, perfect for preparing healthy meals; a washing machine and refrigerator were also provided, ideal for long-term wellness stays. What was even more exceptional was the owner's warmth and hospitality—as a local tour guide, she proactively planned my research route, recommended excellent water sources like Baimo Cave and Panyang River, and even shared the drinking habits of local centenarians. The hotel's free gym, tea room, and Yao medicine herbal bath service allowed me to completely relax after my inspections. Especially at night, enjoying tea on the balcony and listening to the mountain breeze and insects, my sleep quality significantly improved.
