"The hotel is simply amazing! It’s really 5 stars Hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The managers Kelvin and Ivan are a very polite person. At the restaurant, David, May, the manager Leo, and all the staffs are impeccable. The room is clean, new, good smells, perfect cleaning in all the hotel. Our family are so happy with the treatment. Breakfast delicious and also dinner buffet with so fresh meat and all. We extended 2 days more just because of all the things and the people kindness that the Hotel can offer. "Great location, very clean lobby and room, friendly staff. The only gripe I have is smoking is somewhat allowed. The initial room I was given smelled strongly of cigarette. However front desk staff quickly help changed a room, which still has a tinge of cigarette smell but was much better. The bar fridge is switched on only when needed. But when I open the fridge, the super strong cigarette smell came out and hit me instantly. There are also guests who smoke at the walkway and at lift lobby. This alone is bad. Everything else is great, no complaints."

"The Western-style buffet dinner here really exceeded expectations! In the seafood section, the thick-cut salmon was incredibly fresh and melted in your mouth, and the oysters and scallops were plump and fresh. The freshly grilled steak and lamb chops were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, bursting with juice. The pizza and pasta had authentic flavors, and the desserts were exquisite and not overly sweet. The environment was elegant and stylish, with perfect mood lighting. The staff were prompt in clearing plates and very enthusiastic, and the dishes were refilled quickly. The entire dining experience was excellent, and it offered great value for money!"

"Just a 10-minute drive from Wanlv Lake and the tallest fountain, this hotel is super convenient if you're driving yourself. The hotel itself is pretty standard. It says 'Accor' outside, but honestly, the decor doesn't quite live up to Accor's usual standards, in my opinion, haha. However, the cleanliness is excellent – everything is spotless, and I really liked that the shower and toilet areas are separate. The hot springs have a good variety of pools to choose from; for an in-house hotel facility, it's really impressive. Breakfast was also very generous, and aside from the milk not being great, everything else was quite good. For the price, it offers incredible value for money. I'd definitely stay here again when I go to Heyuan."

When the restaurant staff found out it was someone's birthday, they immediately had the chef prepare and deliver a birthday cake. Even though it was a buffet, they proactively helped us get food and served it to our table. We felt so welcomed, warm, and happy throughout our stay! This hotel is definitely worth recommending. The room and bathroom details were impeccable, and I loved the delivery robot bringing food right to our door. The view from the window was absolutely first-class."

Especially when I checked in, the front desk staff was a little girl wearing glasses. Her smile was really healing. The service attitude was also very good. GGuest UserThis homestay should give five stars. It feels very comfortable when I first enter the park. The design is very good. The room is fully equipped and there are unexpected things. Although the tent bathroom is simpler, it is much more convenient than the camping I have lived in without a separate bathroom. The boss repeatedly emphasized to me that this is a tent, not a wooden house. I said ”I know” in my weak heart. I originally wanted to live in a tent, but the tent here can be equipped with a large hot spring pool. I have never seen it elsewhere. The sanitation inside is quite clean. The night view is very good for taking pictures and punching in. The sound quality in the room is very good, the bubble hot spring is very comfortable, and I will come again.

CC眼The room was clean and tidy. I lived on the 10th floor. Although the window could not be opened, I could not be separated from the sound of the car outside. Every morning, I was awakened by the sound of the garbage truck and the car. The glass design of the bathroom toilet door is semi-transparent and has reservations about privacy stability; it is also recommended that the hotel add a hook in the bathroom. In addition, it is necessary to educate employees not to answer loudly when working in the corridor outside the door in the morning, and be awakened. I asked me to open the door and ask for a quieter voice to know the mistake, but I have been awakened and can't rest well.

GGuest UserThe hotel has a great location, just a 3-4 minute walk from the evening fountain, and there's also a separate free parking lot, though the sign isn't very obvious. The front desk staff were very friendly and kindly arranged a quiet room for me. Breakfast was provided, though the selection wasn't extensive, but it was acceptable for the price. The soundproofing between floors was mediocre; I could always hear footsteps from upstairs, a loud thumping sound. The room door also had a lot of resistance; even when closing it normally, it felt like it slammed shut, which could disturb other guests. I hope this can be improved.

IIgnaz ForstnerWe chose the hotel due to the fact that they allow pets. The service was very good. People always helped even though is was more difficult due to the language barrier, since our chinese language skills are terrible. Our initial room which was more expensive for had a great view and we were initially very happy until evening came around and KTV singing started. The sound was so loud you heard inside the room. The room was in section A of the complex. The next day we moved into complex B where it was much more quiet, but the room was not as nice. Since the hot spring area was out of service during our visit we received vouchers for afternoon tea instead which was more like a whole meal. Breakfast buffet was great and on the days where there there was no buffet due to only a few guests staying they would serve lots of food to your table. There is also a new walking trail kind of starting behind the hotel complex which offers great views onto the lake. All in all we had a quite pleasing stay.

GGuest UserThe manor is beautiful, with many European-style wooden villas that are very pleasing to the eye; every corner is a picture-perfect spot. Check-in was very smooth. The room was quite large, with a balcony offering views of the manor's main attractions. The owner was very welcoming and readily available; he even helped us purchase hot spring tickets. The room was cozy, clean, and well-equipped, with bedding changed after each guest.
