"The hotel is right in the Moon River Ancient Town and was much better than I expected. It was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was plentiful. Even during the May Day holiday, the prices didn't go up too much. The hotel itself is quite spacious, and the architecture within the hotel grounds, with its white walls and black tiles, blends in perfectly. It's also less crowded than the ancient town, making me feel like the hotel itself was more worthwhile than the town."

When my remote ran out of battery, they came to replace it even though it was very late, and they never entered my room without permission, showing great respect for privacy. **Environment**: The space is very large, and the bathroom is also spacious. For a hotel at this price point, the toilet paper in the restroom was even folded into a triangle for easy pulling! **Facilities**: There's a small round table, and the TV supports screen mirroring. The air conditioning heats up quickly and works very well."

"Stayed in Jiaxing with my parents for a short trip. I have to commend this Hampton; even during Chinese New Year, the room rates weren't overly inflated. I really loved the scent in the hallway on each floor, it reminded me of hotels I've stayed in Korea. The breakfast selection was quite extensive for a four-star hotel. During the New Year, the dining area was very crowded. My mother has difficulty walking, and the staff were incredibly thoughtful, helping us wait in line for a table. Just a small suggestion: it would be even better if there was a sofa in the room and another chair on the balcony."

"The room was OK, the hygiene was good, but the wall was a bit stuffy, it should be noted on the platform notes, this room type is blocked by the wall, breakfast was probably late, there was nothing to eat, the hotel service was a bit bad, the mini bar in the room was empty, there was no charge for anything, but a deposit was required, there should be very few hotels in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai that require a deposit now! When checking in, one was chatting and the other was busy, and it took a while for one of them to come out, but fortunately the processing speed was quite fast, it felt that the service of this hotel was intentionally casual."

"Location: Situated north of Nanhu Lake in Jiaxing, the hotel boasts its own 'Eight Scenic Views' and beautiful garden design. From the back exit, you can directly access Haogu Pagoda. A pleasant stroll along the lake will take you past attractions like Lanxiu Garden, Chenggong Embankment, and Shaoyuan, eventually leading to Huijingyuan. From there, you can take a boat (the only place offering a 20-yuan ferry) to Huxin Island, and finally, head to Nanhu Tiandi for a meal. Service: The hotel maintains strict quality control. They thoroughly checked the cleanliness, which meant our room was ready a bit late, but they compensated us with an upgrade. Honestly, there isn't much difference between the garden view and lake view rooms. In fact, the garden view room was closer to the elevator, which was even more convenient for our family with a baby. Facilities: The swimming pool is a bit on the small side, so we didn't end up using it. While there's a workshop-like activity for kids, the lack of a dedicated children's play area is a shame. However, the hotel grounds are quite spacious, and our baby was very happy running around. Cleanliness: This was truly excellent, 10086 out of 10! The breakfast selection was also extensive. We didn't try the other restaurants, so I can't comment on those."

"We were upgraded from a windowless room to a king-size bed with a window. Thank you very much to the lady at the front desk, who must be the security guard! It's also very welcoming. The room is small and it's very crowded with two luggages. But after all, the room price is very cheap. I think it's pretty good. The sanitation is very clean. Maybe because it's not the peak tourist season, I don't think the room is noisy. The air conditioner is very powerful and the hot water is Sufficient and worth recommending"

"We arrived a bit early for check-in on our first day. While I understand the standard check-in time is 2 PM, our room wasn't ready until almost 2:20 PM, which was quite frustrating. This was highly unsatisfactory. The front desk staff's attitude was mediocre at best; after calling me over and handing me the key card, they immediately started taking a phone call while I was still trying to ask questions. It took them a good while to finally turn back and assist me, which I found incredibly disrespectful. Additionally, although the hotel seems to be located by Nanhu Lake, all boat tours now depart from Huijingyuan Pier, which is a considerable distance away – practically on the opposite side of the lake from the hotel. You'd definitely need a taxi to get there, as walking is quite a trek. The room was advertised with a 2-meter bed, but it felt noticeably smaller than advertised. For two adults and a child, I ended up having to sleep on the sofa. Other services were not even worth mentioning. The in-room facilities felt a bit outdated, but they were still functional. As for the TV, it was tiny, but honestly, who watches TV when you're on vacation anyway?"

"Excellent value for money. Yuehe Ancient Town is incredibly close – just a short walk north after turning right from the hotel entrance. It's also conveniently located near Jiaxing Station, about an 800-meter walk away. Additionally, there's a tram line available which offers an anime experience."

"Wonderful hotel. The decor and layout of the hotel feels very sophisticated. I was pleased with the size of the room and the comfy bed. Outside there are plenty of food options and even some bars. Jiaxing is not very big so the location is fine, anything you might want is walking distance or a 10 minute taxi ride away."

The views were great, and the room was spacious and tidy. It was spotlessly clean with no unpleasant odors, and the layout was very practical. The fresh fruit delivered after check-in really showed the hotel's dedication to excellent service. They even gave us a souvenir gift at checkout, which was a lovely surprise! :) The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and I recommend trying out their specialty restaurant. The hotel's location is also fantastic; it's very convenient to walk to Moon River, which is beautiful for an evening stroll."
