"The room was clean and tidy, but very basic, with only one stool. At midnight, just as I'd fallen asleep, customer service called and disturbed me. The late-night check-ins were noisy. All in all, it was very difficult to get a good night's sleep! On the positive side, the two staff members at the self-service breakfast, a man and a woman, were very diligent in clearing tables and replenishing food promptly.
