"The room was spacious and clean, not far from the airport, and exceptionally quiet at night, which made for a great sleep. They even upgraded our room upon check-in! We arrived on a red-eye flight, and since an elderly person in our group had difficulty walking, Xiao Chen at the front desk specially arranged for a driver to contact us in advance. "1. I absolutely love the huge projector screen – it's amazing! You should come and watch Luo Yunxi as Tang Lichen in 'Shui Long Yin' with me! 🥰🥰
2. The environment is really good, and the room is spacious. I was pleasantly surprised by the large projector screen, and the bay window is a nice touch. Being on a high floor means it's not too noisy; I wasn't really bothered by the traffic below.
3. The bed was clean, but there was no hand soap or shower gel. Luckily, I brought my own soap, so it wasn't a big issue.
4. It's quite close to the high-speed train station, but it was still a bit of a walk.
5. The worst part was that one of the two complimentary water bottles had already been opened, and it wasn't replaced when the room was cleaned. That's really unacceptable. 😤
6. Despite that, I was still very satisfied with this stay. It was genuinely good. I don't think hotels should be nitpicked for being absolutely spotless; as long as the general cleanliness is fine, that's what matters. However, hotels really do need to pay attention to hygiene. A few minor flaws, but nothing that would deter me from coming back again."

"The receptionist was incredibly kind. We arrived before midnight and the room was available after a short wait. The room smelled wonderful as soon as we went up to the 19th floor, which made us feel very safe. The room was spacious and clean, and the location was great. Ridesharing and Didi were both available, and it wasn't far from the subway station. It was excellent value for money, and we were very satisfied with our hotel booking."

qbrhsThe B&B was easy to find and conveniently located near Daming Lake, Baotu Spring, Furong Street, and Zhenzhu Spring. The ambiance was quite charming and the air conditioning in the room was strong. Service was okay; they answered my questions, but sometimes it felt a bit disingenuous, like they were giving non-answers or just trying to get rid of me. I arrived at the B&B at 9:30 PM and still had enough time to visit Chaoran Building. The next morning, I managed to see Zhenzhu Spring and Heihu Spring and still made my 10:20 AM train from Jinan West Station.

LvdounanbeiThe breakfast service was excellent, and the congee station was a real highlight. I loved the hotel's 'cheese-like' design; it reminded me of a dormitory I lived in during university – which was also a former hotel converted into student housing, and coincidentally, also located next to a university. This hotel is right by a university too. Overall, everything met my expectations, highly recommend. Picture 3 shows a comparison of the view from my 'cheese-wedge' room at that old dorm – my university was in the Northeast, so many memories flooding back! 😆

The hotel is clean and cozy. The location is very convenient as well as it is very near Jinanxi railway station. There are also restaurants around the place. Overall, we had a great time and we wiĺl stay here again next time.

Anonymous UserWhile visiting Qingdao, I decided to spend a day in Jinan and chose the Shangri-La. Before checking in, I called to confirm that my room was ready. The lobby is impressive, and the room was spacious, quiet, and well-equipped. The toiletries were excellent, and I particularly liked the eco-friendly bamboo toothbrushes and combs. The hotel is conveniently located opposite Quancheng Square, perfect for an evening stroll to watch the musical fountain. Baotu Spring is also within walking distance. There are plenty of malls nearby, and both takeout and dining options are easily accessible. The old city, however, is genuinely congested; it took almost 40 minutes to get to Jinan Station by taxi, and I barely made my train. The hotel also seems to offer intangible cultural heritage activities, but I didn't have time to participate. I would definitely choose this hotel again for a more leisurely trip to Jinan.

Guest UserThis hotel is located in Jinan Gaoxin Wanda Plaza. You enter through Y1 gate and take the hotel's dedicated elevators (4 or 5) to the 19th-floor reception for check-in. The hotel is directly across from Shandong Energy Group, making it one of the closest hotels to it. The three reception staff were warm, generous, and provided excellent service. The room was clean and hygienic, and being on a high floor, it was very quiet at night. Breakfast, also on the 19th floor, was very rich and plentiful.

Environment: It takes less than 5 minutes to get to the Laotun subway station, which is very convenient.
Hygiene: The room is spacious, clean and tidy, and you can see that it is cleaned frequently.
I soaked in the bathtub after a tiring day, which was very comfortable 😌, and I felt that every pore was taken care of.
Service: I checked in at almost 11 o'clock in the evening. The waiter was very friendly and not impatient at all.
When I entered the room, I saw the prepared snacks. People who like to eat midnight snacks said it was very heartwarming 🥰
Facilities: The do not disturb function in the room is really great. I can sleep until the sun rises the next day. It's really great.
Once the curtains are drawn, no one loves them. The airtightness is great.
When I left, the souvenirs I was given included masks. Tears welled up in my eyes🥹. I didn't expect there would be so many catkins in Jinan when I came here, so I didn't prepare them. I didn't expect the hotel to be so considerate and prepare them. When I arrived near Baotu Spring, there were as many catkins as the wind. Thanks to the hotel for providing them😷🥳
I will come to this hotel again next time I come to Jinan. The bed is very comfortable and everything is great. I don't want to leave😋
