"Stayed here for an overnight layover. Exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend for anyone with a layover. The hotel offers airport shuttle service, which is very convenient. The hotel was newly renovated in 2025, and everything in the room felt brand new! Really great! Just a 5-minute walk from the hotel, there are several restaurants, making it easy to grab a bite. There's also a supermarket where you can pick up snacks and such. Overall, a fantastic stay! I'll definitely be back if I have another layover in Jinan."

The rooms are spacious and tidy, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offering expansive views. The bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent. The breakfast spread is extensive, featuring a good mix of local specialties and international flavors, and the service is professional and attentive. Although the hotel has been open for several years and shows some signs of age, the facilities are well-maintained, including a fully equipped gym and swimming pool. It's a great choice for both business travelers and leisure guests, offering a consistently pleasant and comfortable experience."

"Just drove back to Beijing and I'm determined to write a genuine, unsolicited review.🌹 We checked in on May 3rd and checked out on May 4th. We booked a one-bedroom suite with executive lounge access. Since I'm an IHG member, the hotel kindly upgraded us to a larger room, which made our stay even more comfortable, as we were two adults with two children. We checked in at 3 PM and headed straight to the Executive Lounge for afternoon tea. I must praise the Executive Lounge here – it was very professional, attentive, and high-quality. They offered two sweet treats, one savory item, plus cookies, nuts, coffee, and soft drinks. It was excellent! The selection might have been small, but everything was delicious. Afterwards, we went for a swim. The pool temperature felt even warmer than advertised, which was a pleasant surprise. The evening happy hour was also good; while there weren't many dishes, it was enough to fill us up 😄. What really touched me was when my child got sick and threw up on the bedsheets after drinking milk late at night. I called guest services to change the sheets, and the staff member was incredibly proactive in asking if my child was feeling unwell. That level of concern was truly moving. The mattress was very comfortable, and I slept wonderfully. Breakfast the next morning was also abundant and delicious 👏. This hotel was the most comfortable and best one we stayed at during this trip to Jinan. Its refinement and quality shine through in the details. Clean, tidy, thoughtful, and professional – it's the first hotel that I've felt was actually better than what the photos and videos show 😊. This dedication to hospitality is truly impressive, and this is the longest review I've written in my 20 years with Trip.com. I hope the hotel continues to uphold its quality and gets even better. ❤️"

"The lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful; she registered my license plate over the phone before I even arrived. The room was very clean, and the view outside our window was directly of Baotu Spring's White Dragon Spring – truly like sleeping by the water's edge. It's also really close to major attractions like Quancheng Square, Furong Street, and Daming Lake. Plus, the room even had purified spring water! The Majia Spring Water Buns across from the hotel are delicious. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit."

The front desk service is warm and attentive, and the floor service and maintenance staff are also very helpful. Quality control manager Connie was also very efficient. The room is quite spacious, clean, tidy, and quiet, with a comfortable temperature. The lobby is bright and open. Both the soft and hard aspects of the hotel are top-notch. I would like to appreciate their extra effort.I am a foreign traveler and checking in at 11:30pm and all staffs was friendly,welcomed and openminded. Since it’s very close to Airport,their guests might be heading to Airport always, but I really appreciated their airport shuttle bus info giving me very clearly and quickly while I am checking in. Shuttle bus departs at 5am taking me airport for 15mins. They also give all 5am guests the breakfast. I was surprised their service. I would recommend to staying here for not only Chinese, but also foreigner travellers."

"Had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn, part of the InterContinental group. Castiel at the front desk was super efficient and helpful during check-in. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of options, with a good balance of meat and vegetarian dishes. The hotel's location is superb, making travel very convenient. Overall, it offers outstanding value for money. It's my top choice for business trips or vacations, and I'll definitely be staying here again."

"I traveled to Jinan with my family this time. The hotel's location is very convenient, close to nearby attractions and shopping malls. The front desk staff, Gavin, was patient and meticulous, arranging rooms on the same floor for us, which was very convenient and offered a great view. Upon learning it was our birthday, he enthusiastically prepared a cake and birthday noodles, and even asked for our preferred delivery time. The executive lounge service was also excellent, with a rich selection of food and drinks."

"The hotel environment far exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, and the bathroom, shower, and vanity were all separate. The central air conditioning was incredibly powerful, keeping the room at a very comfortable temperature. Breakfast was also fantastic, with a wide variety of hot, cold, sweet, and savory dishes, including plenty of local specialties that both kids and adults loved. The hotel even combined the beds for us in advance, and the front desk offered warm bottled water, which was a very thoughtful touch given the cold weather. It's definitely the top choice for family trips!"
