"I think this is a hotel with great value for money. The price is reasonable, and the location is not too far from Daming Lake and is close to the subway. The front desk staff were very kind and even stored my luggage after check-out. The facilities are a bit dated, but considering the price, I don't think I should complain."

"I stayed for four nights. I had booked three of those nights on another platform as non-refundable, otherwise I would have checked out sooner. The hotel's location is decent, very convenient for public transport, the subway, and dining. However, the shower water isn't hot. If you're someone who showers in the morning, you won't have hot water. I tried to shower on the morning of the seventh day, and even after running the water for 20 minutes, it was only lukewarm, and then I caught a cold. There's even a sign at the front desk asking guests to run the water for 15 minutes for a hot shower. The most important things for a hotel are sleep and showering, and if they can't even get the hot water right, it shows they're not putting effort into running the place. What's the point of just saying 'hello' when you walk in and out? On the afternoon of the tenth day, after staying four days, I asked the front desk if I could extend my 2 PM checkout by half an hour since my train wasn't until 5 PM. The front desk told me I'd have to pay 60 yuan for a late checkout hourly rate. Of course, the front desk isn't obligated to grant my request, but it still left a bad taste in my mouth."

The floorboards were coming up, and the toilet kept dripping, then started gushing. The owner said the gushing was from someone showering upstairs... but it went back to dripping afterward.
